The technicians have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They communicate well before, during, and after the treatment appointment. We had major issues with various bees, wasps, and ants prior to our first service. Not only has it eliminated the indoor issue, but it has also vastly improved the outdoor situation as well.

Initially it was challenging to get the appointments scheduled properly. Once it was done, I was updated on regular basis for upcoming technician visits. Technician were responsive and took care of the planned work. Since I was not in the residence during their visit, they called me after completing the task with an update. Thank you for the job done and follow up call.

Carl was the tech and took great care of the home. Explained what he was to do and let me know after what he saw and accomplished. Great guy and very professional.

Quick service and reasonable price.

I wish I could even provide details of my experience, but I havent even had one yet. Lack of knowledge is an understatement. I signed a contract Monday and by Wednesday I am ready to cancel. Shame. They took money from my card happily, but when it came down to actually showing up? They didnt bother. No new scheduled appointment. Customer service line is a joke. I was literally told I dont know why me neither. I am NOT a happy customer. And I havent even gotten to be a full customer yet.

A pain to get ahold of. Didn’t show up. Didn’t call. I have a 1 year old I had to make sure she wasn’t home when the spray was drying. Now I have to make plans a figure out again to make sure she isn’t home. I had to move all my stuff. Now I have to move it back to just move it again. Awful awful awful. Don’t ignore these bad reviews, they are all true. Don’t not use this service, use literally anything else

I live in a 4 bedroom house and found out we had bedbug in one room by time we caught it. Considering I’m shoving out 3,000k dollars I’d expect them to be gone by treatment two. The technician came out the first time and sprayed. I was still getting bit. Second technician came out didn’t spray even though there were still bugs. Now it’s over two months in and IM STILL GETTING BIT. Why am I paying 3000 FOR SOMETHING THAT ISN’T BEING TREATED when they STILL SAW BUGS!!! I called customer service FOUR TIMES and I keep getting that the manager will reach out and call me but NOBODY HAS. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great service!!! Our tech that came out did a thorough inspection then when they came out they were very professional. Just a small conversation and I knew they know what they are doing. Gave me good info on my situation explained everything they will use and do. After the service I was given details of the job they did. Also gave me advice and recommendations.

Techs are amazing but as of this morning I am having to call a lawyer to attempt to schedule our next paid treatment and or get a full refund for breach of contract on their part.I gave up trying to reach their scheduling department.

I have them under contract for yearly service. Inspected the home at first, then also had it treated for termites and mold in basement. No bugs, or mold have returned. Termite traps in yard are checked once yearly. Great Company to work with.

I have never used pest control services before. Terminix had the option to schedule online rather than over the phone, which is the primary reason I chose them. However, it was never made clear to me that I was signing up for a one-year contract. I dont anticipate actually needing this much service (all I needed was an exterior treatment for yellow jackets) and I still have not been sent or emailed any contract paperwork so I dont know what my options are for cancellation. The technician who performed my service was very nice and explained a lot to me verbally, but I still would like hard copies for my records. On the day of my scheduled service, I had still not received a confirmation phone call about the timing as of halfway through my two-hour appointment window, so I decided to call the main phone number to check if I was still scheduled. The person I talked to was able to confirm my appointment window and left a voicemail for the technician. I received a call back from said technician a short while later, where he told me he thought I had a later window and he would be an hour and a half late. I was able to make this work, but it certainly wasnt a stellar first impression. I still appreciate the online scheduling and service checkout, but overall this process hasnt been as positive an experience as it could have been.

My tech Mr Troxell was very thorough, he was careful not to disturb the sleeping baby. He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything before and after. answered all our questions and i really like that we will have the same tech for all of our visits.

A building contractor had discovered large black ants when installing a new sliding door in my home in 2012. He remedied the problem. Extinguishing the ants. And replacing all and any part of the area damaged. He soon thereafter, recommended Terminix for future quarterly service. I have retained their services ever since.

Thorough inspection, and treatment continues. Have not seen ants or mosquitoes in over 6 months. Catching mice like crazy. Its getting colder so expect to see some. Sure wish i didnt see them. We are watching for entry so that area can be treated more.

Orkin is the best!They gave a 30 minute courtesy call before arriving right on time during the designated time frame as promised.The complete opposite experience I had with Terminix who didnt show 3 separate times without a follow up call or apology.I highly recommend Orkin to everyone who wants to work with a company who have their priorities straight and put their customers frazzled needs first.

The service center was so helpful in getting me a quote and explaining the coverage of the service. The service technician Henry has been wonderful and effective. He came to treat our house and within minutes found the source of the carpenter ants we were struggling with. Great service all around!

Terminix has been providing pest control services for us for a number of years. During that time we have had the same technician, Henry Shin, who consistently goes over and beyond what we would normally expect. He is dependable, pleasant, extremely knowledgable and professional

Over the many years we have had Terminix contracts, we have generally been pleased. This year, the effectiveness of the treatments seems to be less than in previous years, but we do appreciate that Terminix is willing to send people out to retreat when necessary.

Fast Response, reasonable prices, and expert knowledge. I had a giant Yellow Jacket nest that needed to be killed and removed and Dave went above and beyond the call of duty. He was professional, thorough, very pleasant and one hell of a lot braver than I am. Highly recommended!

I am very dissatisfied at the service I received. First of all, I was scheduled between 1-5 PM, the Tech finally showed up at 8 PM. Second, after treating my kitchen for the original problem, I told him that I also had spiders and centipedes in my basement and he stated that he couldnt treat it because my basement is finished...I think this answer was nonsense. This means he cant treat any floor of the house since my entire house is finished. I just think since he left me for last out of my scheduled time that he didnt want to do much. He also didnt have any equipment with him to treat the perimeter of my house (which has been done many years ago when we used to have this company on a regular basis). I regret calling Terminix to begin with. I called to complaint the next day and was told a manager would call me back, 2 days later nobody ever called. However, they were fast at charging my card. I never even saw any type of documentation or receipt of what the tech actually did or put down that he did. I dont feel I was treated like a customer and did not receive the service as promised. An extremely disappointed customer!

The technician sends you a text message before he gets there, when he arrives and then sends what he finds in a text then he leaves. All very professional and you dont even need to see them. Works out great.

When u try to call and speak to someone they never answer the phone or return calls not to mention not show up when they are suppose to and screw up your whole day waiting for them to show up. Don’t use Terminix go with another company. Trust me you will be very disappointed if you use them. My family is going to terminate our contract and go with another company.

I reached out to Terminex when we found what looked like evidence of termites. Three phone calls and two no-shows at different appointment times and I’ve given up on them. Very disappointed in their response.

Both of the gentlemen who originally came out the inspector and the technician were knowledgeable and polite. I had a home inspection in preparation for sale of my home and was told several things that I questioned. The gentleman who did the inspection confirmed my suspicions that the report was not correct. The home inspection company also owned a pest control company. I was happy with the service and the employees who came out.

2 We had a misunderstanding. I thought if I paid Terminix $900, they would guarantee getting the rodents out of my attic. This did not happen. Apparently because I have a condominium and there are other condos on either side of mine, they claim no one said they could get all the rodents out. And then they wanted me to re-up for another year. I dont think so.&&&&Turns out my account does not end until February does. Had an emergency issue and Ryan came out on his day off to help me solve it. I have reassessed my attitude towards Terminix. I will be re-upping at $200 for the next year.

I despise bugs, so Terminix is worth every dime! In addition to keeping spiders an centipedes in check, Terminix has also solved a carpenter ant problem, as well as an issue with ground bees near our patio.

My technician is so nice! He takes time to explain what pests he is targeting, what products he is using & how it is applied. He gives me complete instructions on what to look out for after every visit. He answers my questions & concerns. I used to be plaqued by ants & mice. No longer. What a relief!

Mr. David Hicks was the nicest and most professional technician we dealt with on our most recent visit! I didn’t mind helping him locate all the termite bait stations but I had some questions about our service/contract. He was honest and extremely knowledgeable! There was one bait station that we could not find (for whatever reason), or maybe it was just buried under the mulch bed. No problem, Dave installed one and 5 minutes later we were moving on. My 10 out of 10 score is because of Mr. Hicks, hands down. Awesome customer service! Thank you!!!

I have multiple Terminex services including termites, mosquitoes and general pests. The technicians are friendly, professional and on time. I’ve had this service for years and my pest problems are virtually non-existent and my house is in the woods!

Jason takes care of all our needs. In addition, he takes the extra steps to make sure our home is free from the ongoing problem we’ve been experiencing and gives us a full report when he is finished.

I met personally with the account manager, the master technician, and the technician. The master technician and the technician each provided services. All were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They made sure I understood what was being done and why, before they began to work.

This company has major issues with communication. I called to make an appointment and their computer system wasnt working so they were going to call me back. Never did. When I called the next day I was told the tech was coming in 30 minutes?! I made another appointment. Prepped the house and was waiting today. Called to confirm, and was told the appointment is on Monday...but I have an email with today confirmed. They never showed up! The customer service people and tech I spoke to were friendly...but no one seemed to know what was going on. Long story short I will be going with another company.

There automation phone system is enough to drive you insane 3 times on the phone already. They where supppse to service my house Monday didn’t show up. Now suppose to come July 31st. I have yellow jackets flying around. Have another nest forming on the front of the house . I always paid on time and been a customer for probably a year or longer. Time to switch???

I cant rate their performance, they didnt bother to show up for the appointment nor let me they were werent coming. This caused me to waste an entire afternoon. As I had told them while setting up the appointment, this was a time dependent situation dealing with the sale of a house. I certainly cant rely on them to make it right, dont have the time to get blown off again.

In one visit you found that our house had termites the other company had no clue he also found bats in our attic the other company was never even in our attic where to go on a great job

I cant review their service because I cancelled it prior to the date of service. My issue is that although service was cancelled in advance my Visa was still charged the full amount. Its been 12 days since cancelling, called multiple times, never able to speak with anyone beyond a customer service representative and my money still has not been refunded. At this point Ill have to contact the Bbb and an attorney. Absolutely the worst practice from such a large company. I would never recommend them based on this experience.

I was hearing scratching noises at night, turned out to be mice. They were in the walls, and in the ceiling. I called Terminix, they came promptly and made an assessment. The next day two excellent young men came to do the job. They set traps, and blocked all the entry holes. I was told they would come back when I called, to take away any traps with on it, and that they would keep coming until the situation was under control. They were pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Very professional and experienced. Did the job! We had mice in the kitchen and squirrels in the proverbial attic. Immediately no more mice! Somewhat pricey but you get what you pay for.

Terminex was great especially our technician/supervisor Josh....his employee called out and although he was on another job hours away, he stil came out to our house late on a Saturday, with his own home being a far distance away...we appreciated that so much!

I called to make a pest control appointment. Appointment made and confirmed we waited 6 hours for no one to show. I called customer service First Lady told me I was in the system and taken off the schedule. Second lady I was transferred to to confirm cancelling any services told me I was in the system for an appointment but never assigned to anyone. Three days later local manager calls I said I went with another company I cancelled any services with you. Two days later an inspector shows up at my house saying I was in his schedule. Don’t use Terminex ! Horrible communication
