Clean for Allentown.No need for quarters for machines (buy cash card = bills, debit)Just check dispensers for leftover soap, bleach... ALSO if any pooling water (if water the same soap is in machines)only complaint is dirty dispensers. Cleanest in morning -or- after another customer(last customer rinsed out remaining soap ONLY if they dont make it worse)(workers just pour water in machines, which leave unwanted soap behind for next customer)

Nice quite place. Been there twice,last week i went someplace that was closer to my hotel but what a mistake, had to wash my clothes twice to get them clean. When Im ever in town Ill come back to this place.

I tried calling to reconcile the situation before writing a review, but I couldn’t get through .I went there yesterday and the little old lady, the African-American one was so rude to me. I was using the wash and fold service I bought my own hamper I asked if she can transfer my towels in a bag so I can take my hamper she looked at me dead in my face and said you should’ve brought your own bag and walked away. I then went on to tell her the Spanish lady does it and I come here every week and I never have this issues. She then told me to calm down she knows what she’s doing. I asked her why is was she being rude.I had a back-and-forth with her in front of customers she had no regards to any kind of customer service. She told me that she couldn’t afford to purchase the bag for me or something like that and I told her she should have said at the beginning I’m able to purchase a bag on my own.

Not cheap, meaning the place its real clean all the time everything is clean all but good working machines. The environment is inviting. They have an ATM machine on place. Restroom is clean and floor free o debris. Its very hard to find good Laundromats this good.

Very clean up to date washer and dryer

This old lady (manager according to her) sweared at me sain th F U word becauseThe dryer had lint and will not start.She told me it was my own responsibility to clean it out in order to use it.This is gross attitude and behavior.Is it the owners policy to have a user clean their machines even if the user did not used it prior to that moment.Please employ and train your employees properly.By the way when I use your machines I leave them clean.Not sure if will come back.

Little hidden, but really nice! Theres this card system here similar to Dave and Busters which was new for me. Theres also a six lot parking garage in the back.

Always clean, washers and dryers always work. Clean bathrooms, clean folding tables. Attendant is always friendly amd polite.

Wash Wearhouse maintains a clean environment. The machines are new and the prices are better than average. Joann plays great music. All of the ladies do an excellent job anytime I have questions or need assistance. Parking is great especially when the weather is less than ideal. The owner must be a really great person too as they have special give aways for customers and there is a nice play area for the kids.

This laundromat is the worst of the worst their customer service is horrible they never answer the phones they lose and misplaced bags of clothes. Theres never an attendant working ever! At times attendance only speak Spanish!Ive been coming to this laundromat since they first open brand new service was great somehow it became horrible Ive allowed attendance to wash my clothes by doing this Ive received other people clothes and they misplaced a whole bag of laundry of my clothes! So spare yourself do not come to this laundry

The staff is sweet and the place is clean BUT i don’t stand for a wash and fold to steal your clothes and than wear it like if your not going to notice that they are wearing your clothes and than you check your bag and find other peoples clothes

The washing machine was quick and leave your clothes almost dry making the drying process quicker

Quality cleaning and fast

I dont know why anyone would talk bad about this place or its employees! The ladies there are amazing, helpfully, kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The place is always clean the machines are great with very few breakdowns. All in all I refuse to do my laundry anywhere else! They are the best in the city and recommend them to all I know!

Im giving 5 stars for being the cleanest laundromat I have EVER been to. The machines are always clean, the music is popping on night when Joann is there and things are fun and friendly on her nights. I go there twice a week because I have 5 kids and work at a daycare center. I do their laundry and on those mornings I see Annie the manager. I have been talking to her since she started working at this laundromat and I have never seen her act high or out of place. I am personally giving the staff that I know a rating it may mean nothing but Joann gets a 5 star and Annie gets a 5 star rating. Im sure the other people that work there are as nice but I havent met them. If you want to do your laundry in a clean safe, respectful, fun for your kids and even you then go to this laundromat. The machines wash real good and the dryers do too the prices are good except for the detergent they sell in the vending machines a bit to high but I can live with that cause I bring my own.

$1,175 worth of clothes stolen by their wash and fold services. Miriam the manager continues to hang up the phone and not help with anything. I am beyond disappointed, do not recommend this place at all.

Was there last night to drop off some laundry, the sign said be back in 15 min waited about 45-50 min as soon as I leave I look back inside to see that they came back helping other customer

I took in 5 bags of clothes in which when it was returned many of my cloth was missing. I can’t see no one trying to help figure the situation out and it’s been over two weeks today since I got my clothes back. I’m highly disappointed with the management and also with everyone who doesn’t seem to respond to my complaint. I’m highly annoyed and I need solution as soon as posible. I lost hundreds of dollar of cloth and I need some solution.

I would give this place 5 stars for how clean it is and how helpful the employees are except for the lady with the blue hair who claims to be the manager. I use to come in the mornings but I refuse to wash around such hostility and negativity. Ive witnessed the way she speaks to customers on multiple occasions and its just disgusting and embarrassing. Ive never had an issue with the other employees but her attitude is just way too much. I now only come in when the lady with the very long hair is working or the young lady. Washing clothes is stressful enough I rather not add to it. Overall these women work hard to maintain the laundromat clean they really keep up with the place which is always a relief.

I dont know when you were there and that sounds terrible but the lady I know to be the manager is extremely nice, respectful, fun with the kids hard working and pleasant. I have seen her smoke in her car when it was cold but thats her car and no ones business. I always see her working and I go in EVERY TUESDAY and my uncle started going because I had told him that it was under new management and he loves it too! He calls his visits to the laundry a date because its at the same place at the same time with the same gal. I am sorry you had a bad experience but I think we are not talking about the same place.

Great laundry, very clean and well kept

I dont understand how that place and be so dirty now. I dont understand why the machines arent getting fixed. And i hope that the new staff does better then the current one because she is rude and i feel like lazy. But each person has their point of view about her.

Im moved here from Akron Ohio, this is all new to me but I found the place to be very clean, employees are friendly and the machine prices are pretty cheap compared to the other spots in the area. I am not sure what lady you guys are talking about because Ive been there at different times and different days but all were very helpful and nice to me. Love the place and I recommend it to all my friends.

That is some BS. The manager there is Annie and she is a sweetheart. Shes great with ths kids, shes always cleaning or helping someone and always friendly. I love it there i go and my auntie does as well we go twice per week and she even gives my auntie a ride home and she is not required to do that. If you get rid of her i promise you that you will lose lots of regular customers including myself and auntie.

I come to wash my clothes at least once a week and the place is always clean. I mostly come at night when the younger lady is working and Im always greeted with a smile and whenever i need help shes more then happy to help me with no problem and with patience. I especially love coming when shes working she plays music from back in the days so it reminds me of sunday morning when my mother would clean. Shes very sweet even when the customers arent. I was washing a couple days ago and one of the customers called her all kinds of words and she just kindly asked him to leave and she continued to clean and do her job. I would recommend this place to anyone

Very nice and clean place

The lady who says she is management is always high when I come to do laundry I’ve noticed a couple of times the way she speaks her slurs and even the time she smoked a cigarette outside and fell asleep as she smoked it . I waited 45 minutes for someone to attend to me on Christmas Eve and it was very busy while she was outside the laundry matt inside a vechicle most likely getting high . She finally came inside to attend to 5 other customers angry and waiting to be helped she then proceeded to talk on the phone to someone saying it’s slow and not busy to close early well it was definelty busy this is one way to loose business and valuable money . She laughed as if it was nothing to serious ! The management here seems like a joke . I would not like her working for my establishment if I owned a business . They really need to do something about her and fix the issue as soon as possible I am a customer here very loyal every week I do wash . Two big loads 3small dryers so do the math of how much I spend here a month . I like this location because it is always clean and all the workers seem to care and are very helpful at times . They are great employees but this one has got to go
