Actually parley in front of closed laundry and got my propane tank filled

All thewashing machines need cleaning, they are filty. The place needs to be maintain suchof important investment.

The location is frequently dirty. The employees, if ever present, are rude. I went to do laundry and got coins first, leaving my laundry in my trunk, so that I did not have to leave my laundry unattended when I went for coins. As I was returning to my car to get my laundry, an employee approached me and told me he wanted his money back. I told him my laundry was in my car, to which he replied that he would help me bring my laundry in. As Ive been approached in that parking lot previously by people who were asking for rides or for money, I was not comfortable with the man coming to my car. The reason is obvious, and he could produce no identification as an employee besides keys. He threatened to call the police on me if I walked off. I then decided to give him his coins back and take my business elsewhere, telling him that I would never return. Despite the convenience of being able to do multiple loads at once, and the larger washer for my comforter (which is why I was at the location), I will do my laundry at home.

I wouldnt give this place 1 star. This was the first time I used this laundry matt because it was on my way home. This is the filthiest laundry matt in the Lehigh Valley and the washing machines do not clean the clothing properly!!! Also after putting $3.00 into the dryer I ended up taking my clothing home wet because they definitely should have dried after 3 or 4 quarters. I will never come back to this place nor recommend them to anyone. They should stick to the propane business and should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. How dare you not take care of your business!

I only come because its a dollar on Tuesday and Wednesday and I know which machines I can use. I can count 5 machines that have an out of order sign on them and 2 that are broken but have not been signed. It is usually dirtyand by the looksof it, the owners could care lessabout cleaning the machines and or maintaining their laundromat.

Their machine stole $10 from me! Who knows their phone number? Propane next door has no idea who manages the location. Its ridiculous.
