This was my first time getting a wax and I have to say for the money I paid, I am not at all satisfied with the results. The girl that waxed me was cool to talk to but the job she did was painful and mediocre and she managed to miss quite a few spots. Not a great first experience so Ill definitely be going somewhere else next time. If Im going to spend $56 Im going to make sure the job is done right.

The best decision I made in my life so far was get the Brazilian wax! It’s quit, painless for me, and you finish so smooth! I made my Brazilian with Leti, she so sweet and make you feel comfortable all the time, make you have a whole conversation with her for not feel the pain at all! I love her! So RECOMMEND!

I got my first wax here back in April, and I keep coming back for more. Ive now incorporated a full Brazilian wax into my monthly maintenance routine. Samantha at the center located at Airport Road is quick and efficient, and is a great conversationalist. Give this place a shot if youre debating getting a wax.

Emily is absolutely awesome! The only criticism I would give is the fact that masks are still required. Governor Wolf said that after Memorial Day vaccinated people do not need to wear them so I feel that the salon should follow suit with that.

Leti…. Was absolutely the Best, totally forgot I was nervous ! I got the Brazilian, and it was a little painful, but nothing near what I was expecting…. I’d say definitely start exfoliating before your first appt, and keep up there after…

First time there and i loved it, Emily and Hanna were the ones who attend me cause i did two appointments for different day/things and i couldnt feel a thing, i have a sensitive skin and everything was perfect at the moment and the days after, so gentil and nice. Also the girls at the front desk are wonderful. I already booked my next appointment, good service, super clean, totally recommended!

I haven’t been to this one yet, but I will tell you there is this girl Bailey Meitzler that is applying at this location. She is amazing! I’ve been going to her ever since I started waxing! She’s very professional and knows what she is doing. She sells a bunch of products to her clients! I’ll be following her where ever she goes! Best wax specialist I’ve had! I hope you guys hire her! She will not disappoint you guys!

I got a full Brazilian for the first time and Noora made the experience so comfortable! I was very nervous, but Nooras professionalism and nice personality put me at ease. She walked me through the process and was reassuring the whole time. The center itself was clean with friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back!

About 3 hours before my initial appointment (11:45) I received a call that I had to reschedule because there was no waxer available for my appointment (so why schedule me in the first place??). I rescheduled for 12:30 then at 11 received another call saying they were experiencing technical difficulties and were shutting down for the rest of the day. They did not offer to make me an appointment at another location or any attempt to rectify the situation at all. When I asked if there was any coupon they could offer me due to the inconvenience, Liz told me, (without even checking with a manager to see if she could do anything for me) “no because it’s happening to everyone.” Everyone had their appointment canceled at an hour and a half notice? oh okay lol. I do not believe the costumer is always right or anything but to cancel my appointment on such short notice and do absolutely nothing to rectify the issue is definitely some of the worst costumer service I have ever experienced.

Did a full Brazilian with Diana. Was very professional and was fast having a conversation to take my mind off of the pain. Thank you!! Recommend

I just went here for the first time for an eyebrow wax. Fun fact, your first eyebrow wax is complimentary and they have an awesome loyalty program in place.Today was their first day of reopening as we entered the green phase of the pandemics business guidelines and they did such an awesome job. They clearly explained their new protocol and every staff member was very patient with the guests! My wax specialist was Emily. She was so personable and is evidently a very skillful aesthetician! At EWC, they use hard wax exclusively which is significantly less painful and irritating than the type of wax you find at nail salons. I am SO happy with my eyebrows! Its been 3 long months without a wax and I left Emilys lounge feeling like a brand new woman! I will definitely be going again and requesting her

I just had a full bikini wax from a girl today. I think her name was Hannah. I’ve been to maybe 3 different European wax centers. My first experience was TERRIBLE. But i finally found the right person. She was so gentle, quick and clean. This was the best wax I’ve ever gotten. And not one hair was left. I’m sooo pleased.

It’s really a hit or miss with this place. I started going there years ago and have only found 2 or 3 waxers that were very friendly and took their time with me. Some of the receptionists are friendly and others act like you’re a bother to them. Can’t complain about the environment though, it’s clean and aesthetically pleasing.

I went into this appointment (Full Brazilian) expecting the WORST because at the Hamilton Crossings location I had a terrible first visit... Not only did it take 40 minutes but I was scolded and told The next time you come in, if you ever do again, you can only be here for 15 minutes. I was in so much pain and hated it, but I still bought a package because I thought I would want to again if I was going on a vacation.This time around I saw Lexie who is an angel!!! She immediately calmed my nerves and the entire process took 15 minutes. I was in almost NO pain afterwards and feel amazing the day after. I am so grateful to have went to Lexie and had this amazing experience. I am not afraid to get a Brazilian anymore, and I think the Airport Road location is the place to go! Thank you Lexie :)

I went here the other day and the ladies in the reception area were very nice but the girl Brittney that did my Brazilian wax did not do a good job. It was my first time and I was a bit nervous and she was sooo damn dry barely talked to me at least to distract me and she left hair everywhere. Seriously in the front and back like what the hell?? Not a few strands of hair I mean a lot of hair especially in the back area. NEVER again I will go to this place again. I don’t know how good the other girls are but ladies I’m serious stay away from Brittney. Coming from a girl that never left a review anywhere in her life but I thought this was important since we have to go through so much pain doing this. So damn sad
