The doctor is great! I was only able to see him once unfortunately. He is very hard to get an appointment with. The other doctors are good but new. They are never running on time. It takes forever to get in, and when you are finally being seen, they take forever to get to your room then rush through your appointment. The staff and receptionist are rude and unhelpful. The office is dirty and bathroom was disguising. When I called to schedule an appointment the receptionist told me to make my own appointment online even though she already pulled up my information and couldve quickly done it. I will unfortunately be changing doctors.

The Doctors here are good and very nice but Administration and billing is awful. I tried to call multiple times to deal with a bill and the service and admin is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! I spoke with My Insurance specifically said these services are covered under preventive care. The people I talk to are RUDE and act like they are always right and nothing was done wrong in billing and to be able to speak to someone or getting a call back is like pulling teeth. I think they do this because you wont realize so you just pay the bill or if you keep calling they string you along and force you to pay. All in all I am VERY DISSATISFIED with ST Lukes and will be finding another doctor and provider.

Very nice staff, but the amount of time spent waiting is staggering. I scheduled my teenager for a physical, arrived 15 minutes early, and we weren’t taken back until 25 minutes after the scheduled time. The doctor didn’t enter the room until well after an hour after the scheduled time. The staff was apologetic, but as this is a very common practice at this office I’ll be seeking a new care provider.

Ive been a patient at this practice for over 10 years since it was McGorry & Neumann. It is a very busy practice but they can get me in to see someone usually same day if its an acute illness, or within a few weeks if its a routine/preventive visit. Currently I see Dr. Patel when I go and I really like her. I never feel rushed, she genuinely listens to my concerns, and takes my opinions and wishes into account rather than some doctors who just want to tell you what to do. The nursing staff and reception staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Ive seen multiple doctors and NPs over the years at this practice and all have been compassionate and helpful. They also tend not to push antibiotics too quickly which is something I care a lot about, and they support alternate therapies that I use such as supplements and massage therapy. If I have a complaint its that to call in a prescription refill request or speak to a nurse you must always leave a voicemail you are never put right through to speak to them. Having said that, the prescriptions get called in quickly and if needed my calls get returned same day.

Dennis Mcgorry is awesome because he is one of the friendliest people Ive ever met and is very helpful. one of the nurses didnt diagnose a permanently cut artery in my nose that when it bleeds it is a water fall of blood and it takes an hour to stop it pisses me off but Mcgorry is awesome and very good at his job. Mcgorry is awesome but that nurse needs to pay more attention to diagnoses this is not a hate message this is a review Mcgorry is awesome though.

We thought this was a good office and it was for a little while, actually recommended by a friend that works there. But my husband has been trying to call for 2 weeks leaving messages and not getting a call back about his prescription. He finally gets someone yesterday and says it will be called in and ready for pick up that afternoon. Its a day later and call cvs because we havent heard anything and SHOCKER it was never called in. Check their hours on the website says theyre open but it send you to the st lukes hotline (which is what happens when office is closed). I just cant get passed the fact my husband has been without his meds for weeks now, thats NOT ok. He has a legit condition and needs his medicine, its not ethical. Needless to say he will be finding another doctor because its beyond ridiculous and unnecessary.
