Pinebrook focuses on making sure that the clients needs are met. I highly recommend Pinebrook if you are looking for people who actually love what they do.The staff are very professional and passionate about what they do and always go above and beyond. The stupid Dr.Doctor high up my daughters medicine so high that send her to the hospital.and stupid of me for giving her the medicine I didnt know better.so for all the patients be careful ask questions

These people are irresponsible, and don’t care about your child. They blame the parents for their mistakes and never answer the phone for therapist sessions and are always late for the sessions. This place is dirty and disgusting.

Doctor wrote wrong dosage on script for my 8 yr old daughter. So now the insurance company is holding up my babys medicine all together. Glad were moving out of state soon. New life New doctorS.

Worst service ever. They lied to my judge about me and said that I need drug and alcohol treatment when I dont do any type of drugs. All I wanted was family counseling to get my kids back. I filed a complaint to the supervisor. Almost jepeordized my visiting rights. Wouldnt recomend to anyone. All they wanted was insurance coverage. No help at all. Worst staff.

Dont ever work here. Bad pay. OverworkedNo communication, or proper training.Transport area is so unorganized.

This agency is top of the line! The experiences with staff there (counselors, receptionists, psychiatrists, and even management) has been excellent. I am thoroughly pleased with their Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS). And although the first two counselors were not good matches for my individual therapy, We finally made a connection with the next one!They do have a stringent attendance policy but with good reasons....without consistency there is not good progress.Very professional staff. Also very experienced and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for clients that are willing to put in the effort.:)

This place has no respect for anyone. the theripist i got seems to be an unprofessional being. apparently shes not there daily but doesnt tell me the days she is so i could call to make my second appointment. the front desk people when calling gave me a stuckup remark saying that i need to give my name to call my therapist who wont even contact me. then i contact the therapists supervisor and suddenly my therapist is in contact and then makes a remark of well my supervisor said i dont need to tell you what days im here for reasons that i may be with another client. place honestly is so unprofessional it makes me so anxious...

This place is Bullshit, I called for treatment for my children, and they take over a week to call back for an Intake appointment, after you leave a message on their intake line, and then after that appointment you have to wait 3 more weeks to get assigned a freaking therapist.... which is never told to you in the first place. Bullshit!!!!
