Interviewed with PeopleShare a few months ago when Covid first hit. They were seeking a sales Rep/manager position in the Allentown office. Everything went well initially after the second interview I was ghosted. Reached out to Hope-who was the recruiter I spoke to initially about the opening. I messaged her on LinkedIn to get an answer and also through email as I had a few questions regarding the position. No answer, which is frustrating. If there was a change within the company I feel as though as a candidate you should be made aware so you can focus and dedicate your time with other companies that can benefit from your background and experience.

I loved the experience of initially doing the paperwork, they were very professional and were there to help every step of the way!

I just wanted to write about my experience with Peopleshare, I have been dealing with a few different recruiters and all of them have been exceptional.I am losing my job on July 2 due to my company ceasing operations. I have worked with recruiters before and had amazing experiences until now. First of all I was contacted by people share about a Customer Service position with Optium. I was told that I would be working with AARP members however they did not mention that it was a sales position didn’t find that out until the actual day of orientation. The training started August 10th and I was told it would last for 6 weeks however I was trained one week and now I am in the 2 nd week of training and already on the phone. Now this is where the problem begin the first week they were just throwing information out left and right never got a chance to actually learn their system and how it works all of a sudden Tuesday which was the 7th day of training were on the phone with customers. We were originally told that we would only get calls about AARP and only take payments “LIES”. When I tell you all kind of calls come through it’s ridiculous. My biggest problem is with the training. I asked the trainer if he could go over something’s with me because I was not clear on their system and how it worked because everything that was taught in training wasn’t working for me when I got on the phone he flat out told me that he couldn’t do that. Had I known in the beginning that this was a sales based position I would not have took it in the first place not to mention being lied to about training. My problem with people share is I can never get anyone on the phone and when they sent my drug test paperwork I sat there for 30 minutes for the lady to tell me I need to make an appointment. I Was sent to another clinic waited 3 hours and was told the same thing. People share reached out to me via email about the drug test and I told them what was going on. They told me to call around and find another clinic. First of all I have never in all my years of living experienced anything like this. From my understanding that is something that they are supposed to handle so why am I being told to handle it. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my life not to mention a complete waste of my time. Go here at your own risk not trying to discourage anyone but all they care about is money both companies. I believe honesty is key and it’s sad that people don’t have the decency to do just that anymore.

I am very happy to be working with Peopleshare. The staff is professional and friendly. I like the fact they knew what type of job fits with my experience. Interviewing was fast and convenient location. I would definitely recommend this agency!

I applied for a temporary to hire position for a local company through PeopleShare- got brought in for an interview promptly. My interviewer was able to provide company insight and tips that really helped me moving forward in the interview process with the hiring company. PeopleShare also drafted a resume on a PeopleShare specific template using my personal resume and experience discussed. That resume was then passed on to the hiring company and an interview with them was setup quickly. Communication was always through PeopleShare. The company hired me, the temporary term was a breeze through PeopleShare and now I am full-time with the other company, but have a lasting relationship with PeopleShare where I could potentially utilize them for opportunities in the future locally or nationally!

My experience with Peopleshare unfortunately was a bad one. I was in the interview process for an Account Executive position within the company. Jennifer (VP) extended an offer to me on Thursday, June 11th. Upon receiving a verbal offer, I asked for a day or two to review the offer with my family as well as a friend of mine that is also a lawyer. The minute I asked for the time, Jennifers attitude toward me changed. On Monday June 15th, I accepted the position with the CEO Ryan Clark. After accepting the position Peopleshare wanted me to start June 22nd. I politely asked to start a week or two later so I can buy a vehicle, read the required book, as well as setup a home office.Jennifer then calls me back after my discussion with Ryan and says they need to reevaluate my employment because I dont seem excited to start. She then followed up the next day rescinding their offer saying I am no longer a good fit. On top of all this, after I accepted the position, I informed another company that I was moving forward with Peopleshare. Now I am jobless because of Peopleshare rescinded an offer that I already accepted. The interview process was sabotaged and I hate to think its race related but as an African American, I find it hard to believe they would treat someone else like this. Very unprofessional on behalf of their upper management.After speaking with the Co-founder & CEO Ryan, He did admit to mistakes that could’ve been prevented and has since took necessary steps to rectify the situation. Peopleshare is lucky to have a leader like Ryan. He completely changed my perception of the company & would do business with him anytime.

Great place. Especially if you never been on a agency before they make everything easy and smooth to go through. Found a job upon my experience and skills very quick. Highly recommend you should give it a try.

I have dealt with peopleshare two years ago and were friendly and understanding and do the best to fit you in a position in what your looking for. Now I came back with certificates and did my homework to make be a better candidate and walked in there looking for a higher position, successfully they found a place were I could fit right in like a glove. And even with the NEW staffing there frm the front desk lady to the manger are very well put together, knowledgeable, and respectful. They dont care about you or your work its all about turn around people would quit left and right and they had 100 new people to fill their place its and endless cycle. I quit after a year because I had enough of the terrible management. Not getting paid taking paycheck or people who quit before me. They make promises never keep them. Never trained properly, when there is a problem no one wants to help so eventually people call corporate and they finally fix some issues.Please for anyone looking for a job DO NOT GO HERE!

First and last time coming here. When I went, they didnt seem to care at all (Kelly services, I think it is). It is as if the lady was giving me attitude. I wanted to say something but I didnt. First if all, dont be half-ass when people come in looking for help. Second of all, smile and be cheerful. The lady was talking over me as if she werent listening nor did she care.

Worse place ever went through two interviews that were scheduled at a specific time and waited almost two hours before being interviewed. I was interviewed and turned down the position because I was not well informed about the position duties or specifications. They waste your time when you can spend those two hours actually seeking employment with actual perfessionals. Don’t bother with this company it’s just a waste of time.

Overall great experience so far. Friendly staff and nothing yet to complain about.
