Last week we decided to purchase a new car. We went to several different dealerships and settled on a VW Atlas> Our sales rep Louis was very helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable. Never pushy, gave us all the time we needed to make our decision, which meant walking out of the dealership, and coming back the next day. Thats pretty much unheard of when buying a car. I highly recommend Ciocca VW!

I have always dreaded the car buying process, but my recent experience at Ciocca VW was wonderful. I purchased a Volkswagen Atlas, which I love, and the entire process was easy and transparent. I never felt uncomfortable during the purchase and I was extremely pleased with my experience with each employee I dealt with. My salesperson, Santiago, was a pleasure to work with. As was the Sales Manager and the finance person I worked with. I would suggest Ciocca VW to anyone I know and look forward to deal with the dealership moving forward.

I stopped by Ciocca Volkswagen because i was interested in the 2021 Atlas i walked inside to ask the sales man if he could get the keys so i can see the inside of the truck, he was instantly offended that i called the SUV a Truck and told me they do not carry Trucks and asked me if a flat bed is attached to it. He asked me to sit at his desk and i left because there is no way i will be spending my money here. I believe his name was Pete and he also saw me and my family outside looking at the vehicle as he was going into the back and didnt offer any assistance.

Terrible management within the service department. I paid to have a flat tire repaired during an oil change. The next morning my tire was flat again. I called and asked for a refund and they refused. I even sent them a picture of the tire and they stated I could have done that myself. So much for the Ciocca Customer Promise.

I visited Ciocca of Allentown on a Friday evening just to take look. I was in the market for an electric car and was interested in an ID4. Jake Padelski let me take a test drive of the ID4 electric SUV. We made an appointment to bring my Passat in the next day to see what I could get for a trade in. Jake and his finance team gave me a great trade in offer on my car and excellent lease and buying options. The experience was wonderful and I was in and out in less than three hours. I have already referred another potential buyer to Jake this morning who was admiring my car. If you are interested in a new or used vehicle, ask for Jake at Ciocca of Allentown, he will take excellent care of you.

DO NOT buy a car here or give them any business. Find a better stealership. Car came with multiple things broken, car not detailed, they screwed up the warranty, and parts are missing from the car such as the airpump which is really convient as I am stranded and have no car as I am stuck with a flat that I cant repair, oh and no spare tires either so if you get a flat tire, good luck.

He answered all our questions and was very compassionate and understanding with our situation. 0 star customer service & just lies. They don’t provide accurate information until you fill out their financial application then they will come up with totally different information and laws that you will either end up going with or you would take your business elsewhere which i did.

Great experience dealing with Peter Cole, our salesman. Peter made sure we were happy with our used car purchase and was eager to answer any and all questions we had. I was given incorrect information by a person in their finance department when I called the day before seeing the car, which is the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise, it was a quick and easy experience.

Purchased a beautiful 2021 Tiguan a month ago. Great sales experience with Tyler, no complaints. When it came to the finance process - absolutely terrible. This was a cash deal - they were well aware that we were coming in with the check and ready to buy. Was still ushered into an office (closed door) with the finance managers. After expressing our discomfort in the room, finance manager proceeded to tell us the there was a camera in the corner of the ceiling that was recording our entire conversation (no disclosure at the beginning of the conversation). Totally felt violated and uncomfortable and asked to leave the room. If it wouldnt be for the shortage in new cars right now we would have left without a car. Ruined the experience and we will tell everyone we know not to buy a car through the Ciocca dealerships.

Louis Reyes was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the 2021 Arteon we test drove. He understood our needs for the vehicle and answered all of our questions. Very personable and if we would have decided to buy, I felt confident that he would have been easy to work with in that process.

My experience was pretty smooth and I purchased a 2020 Arteon from out of state. Peter Cole was thorough and communicated effectively through phone calls, emails and text messages to make sure I had all the information necessary to make an informed purchase. I have never purchased a car without being there in person or sight unseen . Peter drove my car to me, due me not being able to leave Connecticut without having to quarantine. My girlfriend and I reached out regarding a car that we were extremely interested in and had financing already approved for. This dealership(specifically Frank Rodriguez) and the upper management(Joe Maher) really deserve 0 stars. Frank’s lack of professionalism of using my fiancé’s personal phone number to try and hit on her should speak loudly enough to explain the frustration. Frank’s lack of professionalism should have him fired, but apparently Joe Maher sees no issue with how Frank goes about business since “he is doing well for Ciocca”.After explaining the situation to Joe, he asked me what I would like done which I answered for frank to be fired and for a better offer for my fiancé. He couldn’t do the monetary situation, which I understand, but then said they will handle the situation internally with frank whether he gets let go or not. There has been no update from anyone at Ciocca and it truly shows their lack of professionalism and what they allow at their dealerships. I see now why their turnover is through the roof.So if you have a wife, fiancé, or girlfriend I would advise not taking them or they can expect text message and adding them on social media to hit on them.

I am truly disgusted with this place. I bought a 2017 Jetta from this dealer about 7 months ago. It was not certified when I purchased it, but I expressed to my salesperson Matt that I wanted a warranty. He explained to me the warranty options, and said that he would have the car evaluated and certified by the next morning. It was certified, but in the slough of signing paperwork I must not have realized that I didnt sign a warranty or maybe he forgot, or maybe he just wanted to waste my time. Either way, I thought I left with a warranty on my nearly $15,000 car but unbeknownst to me I did not. A few days after the purchase, I called the financing department and let them know my situation- they confirmed my information, and told me that I did in fact have a warranty and my salesperson, Matt, would mail the information to my home address. About 5 months later, the check engine light comes on. I take it back to Ciocca, and they determine that I need a carbon cleaning and the spark plugs in cylinder 1 need to be replaced. The carbon cleaning sounded like a BS upsell to me at the time, but when I tried researching the service, no information followed. So I figured trust the dealership, they should know what theyre doing. Well $1,000 later, and them being unsure about the status of my warranty, Im out of the shop and going home. Now its late June, and the check engine light comes on yet again. I called a few weeks prior to this happening and asked them about the status of my warranty, to which they told me it did not exist. So today I took my car to my local Jack Williams, the shop that worked on my old car prior to me purchasing the Jetta, and a few hours later they have now come back and told me that EVERY SINGLE ONE of my spark plugs AND ignition coils need to be replaced. All of them. Costing me nearly another $1,000. All of which could have been avoided if Matthew did his job. So no, I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from a Ciocca dealership, especially not a Volkswagen from any dealership, ever again and I would NOT recommend this dealership OR the service department to anyone else. So far the service department refuses to refund me for the service, unless I let them fix it. In WHAT WORLD would a reasonable person allow them to do something like that???

I originally left a 5 star review back in March 2021. I have since removed that review because of issues Ive had afterwards with Ciocca VW. When I first bought my car, I had an issue with the horn and no one really wanted to help me at Ciocca. I owned the vehicle for about a month and they were not willing to help fix my issue so I had to go to my local VW dealer. I also had an issue with oil consumption... which I thought. A sales manager from Ciocca actually called me a couple days after I went to my local dealer about the oil issue. The sales manager asked about my car and I explained to him about my horn and oil issues and he told me he would call me back... he never did. So, I just recently took my car back to my local VW dealer to complete the oil combustion diagnostic and they said the car barely burned any oil after they replaced the old oil. I have a strong feeling the oil light originally came on because Ciocca did not put enough oil in my car when they serviced it before they sold it to me. I find it very rude that I explained my issues with a vehicle I purchased only 4 months ago and no one had the time to call me back and try to fix my problems. I personally will not return to Ciocca Volkswagen of Allentown.

The selection of cars was the best out of the lehigh valley. The sales rep was super professional and really listened and catered to what I was looking for. I ended up with the 2021 SEL V6 Atlas and absolutely love it. The finance part took a long time and a lot of negotiating, but what would it be like to buy a car and not have to go through this process? At the end of the day, they got the numbers to where I needed it to be and made the deal happen. I just wish it didnt have to come down to so much negotiating and back and forth.

I searched online for a VW GTI and found a 2012 VG GTI (with 83,000 miles) at Ciocca VW in Allentown. I inquired about the vehicle and was contacted by salesman, Jake Padelski. I set-up an appointment to see the car in-person then took the 1.5 hr drive to see the vehicle on April 19, 2019.Upon my arrival, Jake and I discussed my interest and why I wanted to buy a VW GTI. I advised that I wanted to purchase the car as a graduation gift for my little brother, who was finishing up his junior year at school. I planned to drive tge vehicle for the next year then gift it to my brother. Jake and I took the vehicle on a test drive, and I didnt notice any mechanical issues or major issues at the time.As Jake and I sat down to go over paperwork, he reviewed a carfax report and advised there were no issues with the vehicle other than the visible minor issues noticed by the naked eye. NOTHING RELATED TO DAMAGE WAS MENTIONED in Jakes report. We moved on to financing and other documents.I moved forward with the purchase that day, April 19, 2019 and drove the car home on April 23, 2019. Everything has been fine with the car for the last 16 months. However, plans changed and I was unable to gift my brother the vehicle as a graduation gift. So, I decided to shop for a new vehicle and upon doing so, I was told that the 2012 VW has a bad carfax. The recent carfax shows 2018 damage to the entire front, right side, and right rear. I was immediately baffled bc I know Jake and I NEVER discussed any damage when we went over his carfax report.I returned home and pulled the vehicle purchase packet that I received from Jake. Convenienty, it does not contain the carfax report that he and I reviewed at the dealership. So, my thought is that this information was left out of the packet on purpose as I have no way to reference the report that he reviewed with me back then. Additionally, I believe this information was withheld by Jake in order to sell the vehicle, which currently has even less value bc of the damage. Of course, if I had been aware of the damage I wouldnt have purchased the car as there is no shortage of 2012 VW GTIs available. I emailed Jake and the General Sales Manager this weekend and received a response today. Jake forwarded the carfax report that he allegedly showed me at the time of purchase. Interesting enough, my signature is only on the last page of the document, not each page which would prove that he showed me EACH page of the carfax and didnt skip pages or leave out details. He also failed to give me a copy of the alleged report that he reviewed with me for my own reference. As I stated previously, I was not aware of any damage to the entire front, right side, or right rear of the vehicle at the time of purchase.I believe that the business practice of Ciocca VW and its sales personnel is shady. What I encountered is unprofessional, unethical, and well below thw Ciocca promise. I would advise other people to NOT to buy used vehicles from this dealership just as I have told my family, friends, and coworkers. If you truly feel the need to purchase a car from Ciocca, obtain your own carfax for the vehicle you are interested in. So, you avoid shady used car businesses.

We had a wonderful experience at Ciocca Volkswagen. Jake Padelski was our sales representative and he was very attentive to everything we were looking for in a vehicle. He was super knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly as well as helped us get the best value for our trade in. He was able to keep us right in our budget and We ended up buying a Volkswagen Tiguan that we love.

My representative, Tyler, was absolutely wonderful. He was genial, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable. I came to the dealership not sure that I would even be changing anything with my vehicle and once he explained everything to me I realized I did want to upgrade.

The worse experience Ive had so far with a dealership. Went to look at used vehicles, had no problems to start. After signing papers and they said everything was good and mentioned then loan was approved, it all changed the next day saying they needed more information to verify income. Called the bank that the loan was through and they had NO record of husband and I having a car loan.We returned the vehicle immediately that night and has been very difficult dealing with the manager, Jimmy. Said since it wasnt approved even though they had us take the vehicle home and sign the contract. Said there would be no problem with the $3,000 deposit we put down, which was recieved in writing we would have it returned. Few days later our check has been cashed when said it would be returned to us.Said they would write out a check and return the money.Never ever going back or recommending at all.

I bought my first car at the Ciocca VW dealership over Labor Day Weekend! Working with Louis Reyes made the experience straight forward and enjoyable. The entire sales team was very accommodating and even put the roof rack on my car for me! I will definitely refer friends to Louis and the team in the future. Im very happy with my new car and experience at the dealership.

We purchased a second Volkswagen from Ciocca Volkswagen since we were so happy with the first experience we had with the company about a year ago. Louis Reyes was the sales person we worked with both times. He is a pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable individual who does not put pressure on you to make a purchase. Great experience all around. Jake went above and beyond to help me out in a difficult situation. I changed my mind a few times and nothing was difficult for him to do. He was happy to answer every question I had and make changes as needed. Jake and his team worked together to get me in a new 2021 GLI. Very pleased with the experience.

Purchased a Golf R today, my salesman was Tyler Rider. From beginning of process to the end purchase. Tyler answered all my questions and concerns in a timely professional manner, very knowledgeable. He also had tons of patience for my indecisiveness when debating between 3 or 4 different vehicles. Ultimately I know I made the right choice. Im happy that the dealership was able to get me a new rear wiper arm, I just felt ripped off by the labor cost after it only took about 4. Minutes to replace. The woman who was at the cashier gave me an attitude, I asked her how much labor is by the hour and she said its $149. That seems crazy for one hour of labor, I was only charged $75. Then when I paid she asked me why I had the nerve to ask how much the labor was for only 4 minutes. Im not happy with the experience I had here and I wont be back.

My husband and I were in the market for a third row vehicle so we set up a time to look at the 2019 Volkswagen Atlas. Upon arriving we were greeted by Tyler and he made the process so seamless. He was able to work with the price point we wanted to maintain and went above and beyond to make sure we went home in the vehicle we wanted. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Such a great experience!! Frank asked me a few questions and immediately started sending me cars that I loved! Not only is he a sweetheart and made the process super easy, but he was very knowledgeable and we were in and out in about an hour. For someone who hates car shopping it was perfect.
