I had my car towed there for a power steering problem. I did have to wait a few days for a tow, not a big deal and not surprising they were so busy. The tow driver was very nice and professional. They fixed the car quickly, did a very good job and it didnt cost as much as I thought it would. Like a couple hundred less. You hear so much about garages that overcharge and do poor work it scares you when you have to depend on one. Just goes to show not all places are like that. Ill never take my car anywhere else. And Id recommend Dreisbachs to anyone.

These guys do a great job! I know nothing about cars but they have actually taken me out to the shop to show and explain my cars issues, in a language I can understand! They treat you like family here!

Ive found everyone here to be very helpful and honest. They answer all of my many questions patiently and in terms I can understand. I had a terrible experience with my last mechanic and am very grateful that my husband found Dreisbach. Would 100% recommend them.

Incredibly nice people and amazing service.I was recommended this place by a co-worker and they were so kind, found the issue, and repaired it all within a day.Mike was amazing. He was upfront about any potential issues that could be related to the problems I was having with my car. Once he had my car and looked at it, he called and left a detailed message with options I could take to fix it. Prices were upfront and reasonable. This is a first class auto repair shop.Originally Ford was the one I originally tried to have look at my car. Ford asked me to drop it off for up to 2 weeks. The repair Representatives stated they were short-staffed and couldnt handle it in a quick manner. Mind you this was just to figure out what was wrong. This does not include repair time. That means I would need a car rental for 2 weeks or more out of my own finances.Thank you Dreisbach for taking care of the issue and my car. I am so grateful to have been referred to you.

The Dreisbach folks do fantastic, honest, and efficient work. In addition, theyre great at explaining repairs and will even give you a heads-up on likely future issues so youre not blindsided at the next inspection. Book your maintenance in advance, because theyre usually quite busy and for good reason -- they might be the best garage in the Lehigh Valley!
