Stay away from this company or you will regret it. Completely unprofessional. I had to pay another company to fix and redo this mess.

These guys are great! Mary phenomenal and Phil and his team are also great. They installed a wood stove and chimney in half a day in my unfinished basement, and did a great job!!!! Very competitive pricing, great follow up, and excellent work.

Helpful, knowledgeable people that are willing to take the time to listen and explain.

This is the worst company I ever dealt with. First they come to my job and told me I need to install the concrete chimney cap on top of stainless steel and on top of copper. Than they tried to charge me twice for their service. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Worst service I ever experienced. They were to clean my chimney but the owner told my wife that the liner needed to be parked in. She called me and after a few questions that he couldn’t answer. He said he needed to take a video with a camera to check the damage. We waited for 2 weeks for the footage and they couldn’t produce it. I demanded a refund, which they paid after 3 more weeks of waiting. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!

Very unhappy with this company. I went with them hoping they would do the job right as I checked with 4 other companies and incidentally this company was higher priced for the same work but I felt good about them. However I was let down and not a happy customer at all. Was given a level one chimney report that did not even address my concerns as was discussed with the office when I called them to schedule the service . I feel as though they were trying to make money off of customers and did not even fulfill the Initial request. The chimney was in good working order .

Was given a 3 hour time slot for the appointment. I waited four and a half hours before calling to ask if they were coming. Was told the technician is on his way, just have to wait 5 hours. You know, some people take time off of work for this. The least you could do is show up to yours, Vinny

I was referred to Lehigh Valley Chimney while my furnace was getting cleaned and it had to be shut off. I imnmediately called them which was a Saturday and they came right out. Greg was timely, professional and very nice. I set up an appointment to install a chimney liner. I just had it installed. Phil came and completed the work. He was very friendly and the work was done very quickly. I will definitely be referring and will call upon him again for some masonry work.

I never usually write reviews but I wanted to express my gratitude to these guys. We own a hospitality management training center in PA. They showed up and gave us a very fare estimate. We hired them to the work. They ended up doing more than what was agreed. Im very grateful. You wont go wrong hiring these gentle men. Lehigh Valley Chimney Specialists are the real deal.

I had one of the guys from this company come out over a week ago to give me an estimate for installing a pellet stove directly through side wall using a direct vent system. He was the 4th company I called out as I like to get multiple offers and do research. The guy was nice and told me hed get back to me via email in 24hrs . A week has gone by and finally have received the email with a price tag that is the highest in the lehigh valley out of the other 3. Along with being the highest above national average costs on a vent system and labor which should only cost around 300 to 450 to install. Instead I receive a price qoute of 1200 .00which is an estimated price that I should receive if I was installing a ventilation system for a wood burning stove which Im not. Talk about price scamming.

I agree with Marianne. Had them come out to do an estimate 2 weeks ago. Ash cleanout door replacement. Need a price on door/materials/labor. Its been 2 weeks and I have been calling, like Marianne, begging to give them my money, but still no estimate. Ill find someone else to do it.

We contacted several chimney/roofing companies to give us an estimate on the chimney which needed brickpointing. LV Chimney was the only one to actually go up on the roof to inspect and show us pictures of why the chimney was leaking. Once we chose them to do the work we were always updated with a possible date for the work to be done. Had to wait due to bad weather which is understandable. The workers who came out were friendly and professional and notified me when the work was complete. Their customer service girls are also very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely use them again.

After we moved in to our new home we’ve had non stop problems with our chimney leaking in addition to damper problems. LV chimney has been so patient with each phone call, helping us narrow down the problem each time. Hoping we finally nipped this in the bud as there were multiple issues causing the leaks. Thanks to LV chimney for being professional, listening to the customer and fixing the issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!!

They did a number of jobs on my chimney and the brick surrounding it. Every technician eas friendly and knowlegable. When asked for them to recheck something, the Owner came out with the technician. I reccommend them, now, to any of my clients who need that type of work done. Great customer service and work.

Funny enough, this is not about the work LV Chimney did for me. It is about what they found when then went onto my newly-installed roof and found problems with that. I didnt want to believe them, but even their GM stood up for the review. I called the roofing company, who came out and looked at their work again, and agreed with LV Chimney. They humbly admitted that LV Chimney was correct and are re-doing the large section of roof that was poorly done. Thanks, Jim and Greg. I would hire you in a minute but I just cant afford it.

I do not recommend. They have broken appointments last minute twice on me at this point, as I waited at home for them to show up. I spent thousands of dollars on chimney upgrades, build and brick wall for behind my woodstove with them. The first time they cancelled my appointment, they told me the tech called out. When I called them to reschedule, the tech had marked on my file that my house was difficult. The second time, after telling me theyd be at my house between 11 and 2, they called me to say they had an emergency job at 1. My conclusion is that they only want the big jobs and will not service or maintain after. To their credit, they do nice brick work. But I cant recommend as your go to chimney maintenance company. My chimney needs help! I had to wait a month for someone to come look at it. They came Tuesday morning. I was told I would have an estimate by days end. It’s Friday and nothing. I have been reaching out begging to give them my money. Obviously, they don’t want, care or need the work.Move on.....

The only perk of this company was how fast they came out intiially. We hired them to repair the crown of our chimney, which was cracked, had holes and was leaking in. The tech that came out dealt with my husband and was friendly. The price was much better than anyone else, but you get what you pay for I guess. When I scheduled the appt, I paid a deposit over the phone with my card. After they came out to do the work, nothing was left at the house to let me know they had been there or information on how to pay the balance, so I assumed they would just charge my card. I waited a few days and nothing was showing up on my card, so i called. I was confused that I had to track them down to #1 confirm that someone actually came to do the work and #2 to pay my bill. The girl on the phone said she wasnt sure if they came by...what?! Someone else ended up calling me back to confirm they were there and take my payment. Not long after, I noticed the chimney was still leaking. I called and they scheduled someone same day to come look at it, and they were to call me with the results. Well, no one called. A gave them 2 days and I heard nothing. When I had to call them, the girl that answered the phone had no idea what went on (again!), got information from someone else and said they would be out on a Friday to fix some cracks that were still there. So that Friday came and went, and again I had no way of telling if someone was there to fix anything (they come when no one is home). So the weekend goes by, it rains again, and the chimney is still leaking. At this point im very irritated that this is still going on. Monday morning before I had a chance to call, I got a call from the office saying that someone would be out to do the repairs that day. I asked her why no one came on Friday, and again, she didnt know, but someone was going out today. Fine. Just fix it. That was a couple weeks ago, and guess what....ITS STILL LEAKING! The run around with trying to get information out of the office staff is frustrating. Having to wonder if someone came by or not is annoying. And twice now this was supposed to be fixed and it hasnt been. Im trying another company at this point. I cant deal with this frustration anymore.

Just demoed an entire chimney they redid the crown on 2 years ago. The new crown was already falling apart. Waste of money.
