My hunt for a good chimney sweep and repair service led me to their website. I filled up their contact page and left my contact information. It was just a random question since we need to get our flu cleaned after a few months. They were very polite and good and told us that initial inspection and estimates were free, so I got nothing to lose.  I booked for an appointment and they arrived just when they said that they would. They inspected my chimney and confirmed that it doesnt need cleaning. Happy to find an honest tradesman.

Weve been using them for almost 6 years now. I was never disappointed with the result. There were some problems in the past, but they were willing to fix it with no additional charge. When finding a schedule for your job request, you can feel the eagerness of them to help you. They have a technician that is polite and also clean. They moved the furniture and covered our floor with a padded sheet. They were really reliable.

I called this company to look into a cleaning/chimney liner. They asked me for my ZIP Code which I provided and then immediately sent me to a recording that told me they had no one servicing my area. After the recording the line immediately hung up on me with no other information. I called back and spoke to another person who again tried to hang up on me. I told her their company was extremely unprofessional and at the least they could speak to me in person and not through a recording to tell me that they have no one to provide me with service. She then told me to look on Google for someone else to help with my repair. I asked her if they could offer me a referral to another professional company that they would recommend in my servicing area and she told me no we don’t do that. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

There are four different services that are restaurant has used area to clean the gas fireplaces that we have around our establishment. None of them has been better than this service. Andrew is excellent, and has been the one we have asked for each time to come out here. No disrespect to the other ones at all, we really love Andrew.We recommend him to our franchise establishments in the area, and they have loved him as well. hes truly spectacular and is a good job. We like that you wouldnt even know he was here either. Never a mass left behind when Andrew is the guy who comes out. Other services have been okay, but they havent topped with this company and Andrew in particular have provided.
