I own a carpet cleaning and janitorial business for 28 years, however my company does not perform damage restoration. As a homeowner who experienced water damage issues I have used Restorecore at my home twice. Both times were a very good experience. Being in the cleaning business I understand a little more than the layperson so Im not being biased toward any contractor. I do feel my being both the average consumer and a person who is somewhat knowledgeable in that area betters my ability to leave an honest review. Both times the Restorecore personnel had all the equipment they needed and were well prepared, were timely, took precautions to protect my home from any dirt they might make and did the job right and in a professional manner. As for the rate they charged I dont recall the price because my visits were covered by insurance. I do remember from what I saw, their charges were fair and in line with industry norms. Sometimes these jobs run into many unforeseen situations and so most reputable companies will have a disclaimer signed stating limitations and special circumstances prior to starting. I dont recall if I signed one or not but my wife and I have no problem recommending this company to our customers if the work is beyond the scope of our service. They are our first choice when making a referral or handling our own personal situation.

Terrible communication and bad work. Its been 3 months and still the job isnt finished. The floor is hacked up and you can see pieces of the sub floor underneath. They kept extra money from a check when we paid for a vanity out of pocket and went with a lower cost floor. They said they would send another invoice and instead cashed a check they said would be shredded. Stay away from this place.

Shoddy work, no communication between contractors and workmen, took 4 months to get a laminate floor replaced, and its terrible,trying to get them to come and repair it, but do not expect much help there. They got paid by the insurance company who recommended them.

I had a sewer blockage after having our pipes cleaned.my insurance company recommend restorecore they came in and cleaned the family room ripped out all the carpets and removed all wet drywall the men did a spectacular job .Thats where it changed after weeks of phone calls on when they were going to finish our family room they never called back . They told us John was not available but he will give you a call back did not call for weeks when he did we already got another contractor .But because of their poor business practice it is costing us about $900 dollars more

Things were thrown out that did not need to be and of course the insurance company will not cover it for replacement! All furniture left together but unfortunately an end table that my uncle had given my grandfather never came back. My uncle is no longer living so that table is priceless now to my grandfather & hes upset over it.
