Ive been with Allstate since 1968 and only ever submitted claim once. Tatiana has been a great help in processing my homeowners claim from storm 3/2/18. Had check in no time.

My rep. actually reviews my account to find ways to improve or save money. She recognized my needs and made suggestions that have proven to be valuable, especially since I always tend to procrastinate. I recently hit my first deer and she advised that I down load the app. and follow the directions to put a claim through. I down loaded it, took the pitcures, sent them in, and in 2 days my car was in a local Good Hands collision shop. Allstate, the collision shop, and the local Enterprise Rent A Car center all communicated and set everything up for me. I got the same size suv that I owned for no extra money. All without a hassel. Even my 3 calls to the claims department had little or no waiting time. It was properly staffed! Thats rare nowadays. I came home with a smile on my face. ADVICE: My local mechanic suggested I use one of Allstates approved shops because the shop will stand by their quality of work. They dont want to loose their Allstate referral business. Very important.
