This place was my first apartment living on my own and it was an amazing place. I loved the convenience of walking to GIANT for groceries and going to Trexler Park for exercise. I loved swimming in the pool. The staff was very friendly and maintenance and was very timely.

This is an incredible place to call home! My apartment was so comfortable and spacious, as well as quiet. The complex itself is so peaceful and well planned out, with a great walking path and a really nice pool. The management office is so organized and helpful. The maintenance crew is super responsive and does a really nice job. After a wonderful 3 years I am really sad to leave!

Not worth the money. Apartments aren’t that nice. They charge you for every service outside of the base rent, which they should be included with. Floors slope, outlets are crooked. Was only there a short 3 months but killed multiple pincher bugs and thousand leggers inside the apartment. The dishwasher barely worked, had to hand scrub everything.

If you are looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend Madison at the Lakes. I have lived here for the last 2.5 years and have had a great experience. The maintenance staff is amazing! They come right away, are super friendly, and fix everything! The leasing office responds quickly and has been super understanding throughout the pandemic. I could not be happier with living here!

Madison at the Lakes is a beautiful place to live! The application process was incredibly simple, and we were helped every step of the way by the super friendly leasing office. The apartment itself is very nice, and the location is close to both parks and shopping centers in the Allentown area. Cant recommend it enough!

We have loved our experience in living at Madison at the Lakes, mainly due to the great customer service received from the leasing office. We have been thoroughly impressed with the responsiveness (and niceness) received during the move-in process, maintenance requests (very few of course), and simple inquiries. The additional surprise perks received for residents, ranging from a free pizza delivered to having our car washed on the property, continue to make us extremely happy with our choice in moving to this great location, just off of the golf course and surrounded by great amenities.

Defently best apt and customer service around whitehall and allentown.

Great place to live! The complex is vast, has a beautiful walking path and boasts a naturalistic setting with ponds, trees and nice landscaping. They allow pets which is great and the community residents are friendly which makes it a comfortable place to live. The Management staff is very pleasant and helpful, they really care about their tenants and the complex as a whole. The location is great, its close to just about everything you can think of (shopping, restaurants, banking, convenience stores, hospital etc) yet when you enter the complex it is very peaceful and serene. Highly recommended. 😀

Madison at the Lakes has been a great place to live. I especially love the walking path and the serene setting. You are close to everything but it feels like you are away from the crowds. Everyone has been very friendly and the office/maintenance staff is responsive. My apartment is very spacious with lots of closets, and its also very quiet. I would highly recommend living here!

Very nice and clean apartments and town homes. Rents are reasonable and the pool is Clean and well maintained.

A really lovely complex with trees, flower beds and ponds with fountains providing beautiful views and a walking path surrounding the complex. Apartments are spacious with wonderful closets and storage and also pet friendly. Residents are from diversified cultures and all ages. Im looking forward to Halloween as there are children here too. Madison at the Lakes is a wonderful place to live! The staff and maintenance crew a very helpful and pleasant. If looking for an apartment or a townhouse, this is the place.

I am a resident of almost 4 years and have been pleased at every turn.The amenities offered by the complex, the pool, the walking path and the diligent staff are wonderful. Every need, emergency or not is handled with the same urgency. The maintenance staff is capable, friendly, efficient and responsive.I love living here and the location is convenient to shopping, recreation and transportation.

I have loved living here for the past 3 years after transferring from 2 years at another Madison community. Everything I wanted, including a lovely pond view, parquet floors, roomy pet friendly apartment, walking trail, pool, gym, close proximity to organic groceries and easy access to major highways is here! The only thing it didnt have is warm sunny winter weather, and thus my decision to return to FL. I am, however pondering a short term lease here during late summer/early fall to escape hurricane season! Thank you to the staff and all the friendly neighbors for making this a great place to live!

Just extended my lease for another year. The office staff is great. The maintenance crew has been responsive and helpful the few times Ive needed them. The apartment itself is spacious and quiet. This is one of the few places that allows dogs which is great. The grounds are really beautiful. I do wish they had an off-leash dog area (havent heard any plans regarding that). My rent has increased about 4% each year.

They have excellent customer service. Love the amenities offered such as central air conditioning, washer/dryer, free cable, parking, a workout facility, and much more. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to move into Allentown, PA.

Ive just extended my lease for another year. Place is clean, quiet and very well maintained. Staff is always helpful. Swimming pool is my daughters favorite summer time activity. Area is safe and the location belongs to highly rated Parkland School District. I definitely recommend Madison at the Lakes!

I have lived at the Lakes for the past 9 years. I am extremely happy with my experience here. The location is ideal for me - near Rt 22, Rt 309, PA Turnpike. Near my church, eye doctor, dentist, gas stations, supermarkets and about 4 miles from the Lehigh Valley Mall.. It is in a nice suburban area next to the Allentown Municipal golf course. The maintenance staff has always been very efficient and responsive with any issues. The grounds are well kept and look beautiful. Plus the people who live here are very nice. I know most all my neighbors in my building and they are very friendly people.

I have lived here more than two years. Location is very convenient to everything I found maintenance to be outstanding The view and outdoor paths are wonderful I am glad to be.part of this neighborhood . Office staff are good We now have a nice workout area and also get to meet our neighbors for some social occasions provided by Madison. I recommend moving here

Excellent family community. Well maintained with professional and caring office and maintenance staff. Feels like your in your own home without all of the worries. Easy access to shopping, medical, restaurant and entertainment venues. Love our move here!

We have lived here for several months and are very happy with the environment. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is very responsive. The complex is centrally locates to shopping centers and major highways.

The maintenance staff is fantastic! They are very responsive and respectful of our large dog!Yes folks, they allow large dogs. Everyone is so friendly and our pup has made lots of friends.

Being staying here since 3 years. Great community. Good maintained and great service too. Rents little high but worth to pay as per to the space and surroundings. Very convenient to reach route 78 and route 476. Even other shopping areas are close by for your daily needs.

Lived here 6+ years love it Madison has done some nice upgrades since taking it over. Standards are high and quality of living is good. Location is perfect and close to all major highways including 22, 78, and Pa turnpike.

Lived here with a roommate in a 2 bedroom for a year. The maintenance staff was great whenever we put in a work order. We enjoyed the pool and the basketball court a lot and the location was perfect for everything. We did not renew the lease, but my girlfriend and I would have moved into a one bedroom if they weren’t ridiculously expensive (over $1200). When we moved in, a lot of little things did break within the first few weeks without even being used that much. There were also other minute details like walls not being completely straight, but overall the apartment was really spacious and nice. We think they do community charging for utilities, so that was something we didn’t really like. Not a bad place, but definitely expensive for what they offer!

A wonderful place to live! Beautiful landscaping, and well maintained. The complex makes you feel at one with nature, despite being located on the edge of one of Pennsylvanias largest cities.

Great place to live. Office staff and maintenance are very responsive.It has much more of the feel of living in a neighborhood as opposed to an apartment complex.

We [my wife and I are planning to move back to Allentown, PA. from Endicott, NY. We have looked a many, many APTS And senior living centers even though these are not for seniors only, this complex is located in the middle of Allentown, on Cedar Crest BLV. and Tillman ST, you can here a pin drop[ just kidding,] but it is very quiet complete with three ponds, the grounds are very well maintained, and each APT. has a washer/ dryer in the apt. it self, no walking down the hall to those coin operated machines. They will give you a color chart, to paint an Accent wall of your choice.The Appts are roomy open, and I have cluster phobia, which was no problem for me.

I would not recommend madison at the lakes due to extremely high price and ever since the new management took over,they always find ways to charge residents more money every month for services that were included in the rent in the past.1.They increased the rent buy 12%2.they started charging residents for other services that were included in the rent: A. for water,trash and gasB.they decided recently to downgrade the cable TV service to very few channels, so residents could get the channels they used to have for extra money.3.they charge residents for car port4.The free one month that I was supposed to get when I renewed my lease was just a scam,i ended up paying for that month when the lease was up.5.management staff are not friendly, they are arrogant and rude

The rent gets more and more expensive each year, glad I moved out of this place. Other than that, it is a nice neighborhood and it is really close to the middle school.
