The staff at kpmm is honestly amazing, I was in a huge predicament where the odds were against me. The people here went above and beyond to make sure the impossible was possible and made it happen. They were quick with their responses and I was updated daily. Jamie and her team are the definition of work horses. I honestly didnt wanna give a star. if negative stars was possible then they would have 5 from me. as next week is my last day with company they are by far the worst management company. i lived at my address for a year and half. these last 6months with this management has been awful. i believe they where gonna try and scam me outta my security deposit if i never did their job for them. want a good property management go to empire4rent

Was a good process until it got to the actual property manager, they assured me everything looked good but I guess he wasnt pleased or found someone else. I was never given a reason for my denial.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional rental company. They do not manage the property at all. They make it extremely costly for you to pay the rent online. They will charge you about thirty times more than my previous property management company. If you want to pay them, your cheapest way is to buy a money order, which is inconvenient. They lost my partners money order and then said we owed on the account. We tried to call them and received no answer or a clear explanation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they never sent any information on how to stay safe, showed concern for tenants, or came to disinfect the property. Just a reminder that rent was still due at the being of the month. When weve tried to contact them, there was no response during the early days of the pandemic. They also cannot do anything unless they talk with the landlord of the building, which you are not allowed to contact. KPMM is just middleman while the landlord collects your rent money. When we moved into our apartment, the place was filthy and we had to clean it ourselves. Safe your time/money and rent elsewhere.

KPMM has done a great job managing my house. The office staff is very helpful and attentive taking care of day to day management of the house.The maintenance staff is very good at identifying and repairing any work that needs to be done. Repair costs are reasonable also. They manage the tenants well and are very efficient at getting the rent to me.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Properties are always clean and well cared for. Their pricing on maintenance or emergency items are fair. The tenants are all happy and like dealing with KPM.

I have been working with Keystone Property Management for quite a few years and have had great experiences with the staff and vendors they use. I would recommend there services to anyone looking to have there property managed full time. Friendly staff, customer oriented and efficient.

KPMM has been a great business to work with. Ive been using them for almost 5 years at this point and have no complaints. The staff is friendly, helpful and understands the business. They advocate fairly between the tenant and the landlord and respond quickly if a concern or needs manifests. Its absolutely worth having them manage your property. I highly recommend utilizing KPMM for any of your property management needs.

KPMM has been managing my 2 rentals for 4 years. They are quick in finding tenants, reliable on handling needed repairs, and excellent on communication of inspection reports etc. They take good care of my property and I would strongly recommend them to anyone need a PM in the area.

Very responsive to maintenance related problems with my apartment and responds to emails quickly. Keystone is a substantial improvement over the property management company that managed my building when it was under previous ownership. They are the only company I would consider using if I ever become a landlord.

Let me tell everybody thats talking bad about these guys i lived at 118 north 11th st back in 2011 i believe it was 1st flr these guys are awsome i had a bat problem for every bat i caught they knock off $75 on my rent every month. Had a window problem it was fixed, had no bathroon door they put a sliding door on problem solved. They only issue i had is when i had 2 dogs instead of one and their was nothing on the lease about not being able to have any pets so we moved but the guy upstairs had 2 dogs that was okay and the guy that lived their before us had an alligator in the basment and 3 dogs so wat was the problem with my 2 dogs absoutly nothing but yet i wast allowed to have 2 dogs even tho we had a huge yard out back and i had to put my own gate up. This is when your office was located on 9th st hows atumn and tony doing by the way and chris never had an issue with them accept the 2 dog issue like i said we just moved out.

They hardly ever have properties available yet they want you to fill out a great amount of paperwork anyway.. and if and when they do have property available for rent the prices are extremely high!!!

I enjoy reading the negative comments on social media pages but this is the first time that I have first had knowledge of the company and people that are being spoken about. First and foremost I have been dealing with KPMM for 7 years. I first bought my property in 2012 and I tried to manage it myself a total disaster. I went on internet and found KPMM on a whim and asked Chris to replace copper that was stolen out of my house. He charged me such a small amount to do the repairs I allowed him to manage my property and it was the best thing I could have ever done. They are both owner and tenant friendly as an Owner i can say first hand that they always vouch for tenants that they feel are honest and reliable. They always convince me to give the tenant slack and give tenant benefit of doubt when it comes to repairs. I recommend and trust KPMM as the most honest property managers around they dont nickel and dime your repairs and they work with you when it comes to paying. I just closed on my 5th house today and Guess who is managing it!!!!!

Not professional at all......All they have is good avertasiment and company aperiscenc ...worker are not professional ..leaves lots if loose ends bad fishing and are poor with cumications with people..13 street front office time seem to be like brakes and face book time...I wintenss the lake of respecter towered tenets and how they handle there bissens I went to more than a dozen properties all theyre doing is collecting rents and by themselves new vehicles in new appearance looks are deceiving and this company the Allentown Division call themselves our fare from professionals

DONT RENT FROM THIS PEOPLE ALL THEY CARE IS ABOUT MONEY MONEY MONEY ....THEY CHARGE U FOR STUFF THE PROPERTY OWNER SHOULD PAY FOR I HAVE REPORTED U GUYS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ....I WENT AND GOT 50 signatures from current and former tenants ....THEY ALWAYS THREATENED YOU TO TAKE COURT EVEN IF ITS ONLY LESS THAN 100 YOU OWE sometimes u fall on hard times even if u have paid your rent on time for 7 years straight they cant cut you a break and give you at least a few days to give them that 100 ....How u charge a tenant for routine maintenance that a property needs .... If u dont want to have a bad experience renting DONT RENT FROM THIS PEOPLE there main office is in center city Allentown that says alot ....

I have used KPMM Allentown Division to manage my property for the last years. KPMM and the staff have been very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My previous management firm was a disaster and KPMM has helped me turn the building around. The repairs are professional done, and the prices are fair. KPMM has pooled there resources and have given me better price reduction on repair cost. They have been able to manage my interest as well as the tenants interest. My tenants praise them. this is a difficult and ungrateful business and KPMM has done an outstanding job. You have the option of using your resource or KPMM, also no contract. I strongly and highly recommend Chris and his Team. Very straight forward and honest group

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! Completely un professional, doesnt help with anything you go to them for or request help from. We Have issues with a tenant thats been here 7 years and everything we are staying is bullshit apperently and all made up . All they care about is your money . Nothing else . This location explain everything, CENTER CITY ALLENTOWN. If you have no choice but to do so, make sure you dont ever rent 100 Main Street in stockertown . The nieghbors are beyond loud, up all threw night, drug use, have people coming and going at all hours . Cops have been called and vouched for word and still nothing . We had to install cameras just to have proof its them and not us, as they say its my family Doing everything I call the office for complaints, they switch it on us . WORSE EXSPERIENCE EVER !!!!!!!!!

Do not rent from these people the apartment I have right now is infested with mice and rats Ive called there office three times and now they have come out and set two traps and thats it common sense would have an exterminator come out not one of your maintenance people I am done I will be calling the city in the morning and Reporting you Ill also be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau you guys are slumlords you fix nothing in the building the front door doesnt even lock the neighbor has called repeatedly about this
