Do not go here. front desk lady has NO motivation to do her job right. She charged my card twice and made me start a claim with my bank instead of knowing how to charge me a refund. This claim has taken longer than it did the IRS to cash my check. Super rude and had almost 0 knowledge. I almost never leave bad reviews but this one was worth it. Go get your self a tax professional, these ppl arent it. H&R block if you see this and want to help ill change the review.

I would not recommend this office! I called in for help and talked to Sharon Fowler. She discriminated against my accent and talks down to customers as if customers are not on her level. Discrimination is unacceptable and treating customers like we are lesser than is unacceptable! Businesses including HR block need to clean up and act more professional!

Sarita has been very helpful through all these years helping prepare my annual taxes. Not only do she do a great job, but helpful you in any matter you been challenged. 100% recommend her.

Waste of time... I called asking if somebody would be available to do my taxes, i was told yes... Come to find out i walked all the way up there for the azn old man to tell me he doesnt think anybody is available... Watching him try to run the credit card system was a circus show. These people very unprofessional and completely useless. Only go here to waste your time. Steer far away

Elvis j Nelson is not professional. I did my family tax return with him this year. He did that slow n just gave me 3-5 pages files when finished. He didnt give all the tax return files to me. After a few days I have to go back to ask him for the whole tax files bcz my attorney need use that information. Also I follow Elvis j Nelsons suggestion to give the direct bank account to IRS. Then IRS got money from my account on April 1st.Today my wife go to check the COVID-19 stimulus money, nothing there. Then she go to IRS webside, n it shows that IRS doesnt have my bank account. That feel so bad. It sucks !

Betty was an educated, very astute, compassionate and nonjudgmental expert at tax preparation. She did miracles for our annual tax return which had confusing to us (but not to her!) aspects that we couldn’t do our taxes on our own like we have done in many, many years past! and all within an hour! What a godsend gift! We will request her specifically every year we return to H&R Block. She is an amazing asset, resource and mentor to the office in allen, tx on Greenville ave! The prepare who we got was extremely rude. She kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me speak finally I just stayed quiet because I gave up trying to talk. Then she argued with me about a home office expense and how my office and my phone line was not strictly for business, even though it’s in the business EIN. I was very frustrating to be treated in this manner. I will never use H&R Block again. She didn’t even speak to me while she was filling out the forms, she never went over pricing, we are paying now close to 500$ just for the preparation.

While my taxes are uncomplicated. The representative Nathan was helpful in suggestions of changes I should make.

I will never go here again. I gave my paperwork to a lady to help take care of our taxes when my divorce was final and she was obviously busy with other clients tax returns too and said she would add mine to hers. I gave her all of the paperwork and she lost it!!! Lost all of it and never called to follow up with me. I had to leave messages over and over to get a call back and when I finally did she said the paperwork must of been mailed to corporate. I still don’t have the paperwork and she never did the work we hired her to do. Just go to an actual tax professional if you need special tax work done. She was recommended to me by a former colleague and that former colleague was just an idiot.
