They do a really good job and its a quick in-and-out for oil change and state inspection.

Friendly, quick, and affordable! I dont want to take my car anywhere else. These guys are fantastic every time I go.Had a small issue with my vehicle after an oil change and took it to Mike, the store manager, to see if they could take care of the repair. I explained what happened and he immediately said they would take care of it for me. He drove to the dealership to get the parts and then fixed it himself! So appreciative that they were willing to make it right for me with no questions asked.

This is by far the most professional and on top of things group of people That I have ever taken my car to! Shelby is absolutely amazing and takes such good care of my car I love her so much! Our family has 3 vehicles and this is the only place we will come for oil changes and inspections it is quick and painless. I stopped by to night to get an oil change and I was there one minute before closing and they still took me and not once did they complain about it.

I came in the other day, Zach was very helpful. He was kind, fast and efficient. Manager was no where to be seen and there was only one other guy there. Super busy but only two men working? Do better.

I went in to get safety inspection. It went smooth and fast. The customer service was very good. It is nice to have competent workers who are both friendly and courteous.

Don’t EVER go here! They sold me a $150 battery that lasted 15 mins and I had for less than 24hrs. I would have returned it that day but they were already closed. I came back with my receipt in hand and the battery. I told them that the battery only worked for 15 mins from Allen, to McKinney is how far I got, I stopped at the store and when I came back to head home my car wouldn’t start, I was stuck in the heat with my 1year old daughter and had to wait for my friend to come and jump the car to get to autozone to get a new battery. So I show up first thing in the morning and they told me that I couldn’t get a refund for the battery they sold me because apparently it was my “alternator” even though the NEW battery I got from auto zone works just fine and my car has no issues. So instead of just admitting they made a mistake and just refunding me for the bagger they told me that I need to put that battery back in my car and go and get my car tested for an alternator issue and if it came back with no issues only then I could have my refund…Why would I need to have my car inspected for an alternator issue when the brand new battery I got from auto zone starts my car with no issues since I got it last night. This is the worst place EVER!!!!!! If you think customers are always right, then this isn’t the place to come,because to them customers don’t matter,it’s all about money. I could understand not refunding if I had the battery for a couple days but seriously LESS THAN 24hrs. It’s been awful dealing with them. I’m taking measures, because this isn’t right and in no way, shape or form should I be denied a refund. Like I said don’t shop their don’t get your oil changed just don’t go here ever

Terribly slow service and technicians were not properly trained for the services they offer. Spent over 2 1/2 hours here before they finished. Technician put the wrong type of transmission fluid into my vehicle and took forever to even tell me what was going on. Will never be back to this location.

They couldnt change my oil because they didnt have the correct bit for my drain plug. Luckily, this wasnt a problem at the Kwik Kar down the road.

Whew. What a mess. Third in line for an oil change and they averaged about 25 minutes per car. Had to keep car running for nearly and hour and a half. Definitely recommend going anywhere else.

I had to edit my review, I took my car there and I was told I need a new battery which I okd it.They has so much trouble with the battery, I lost almost half a day, supposedly they put a brand new defective battery on my car first....

Pulled in at 4pm on 1/15/2001. Four guys are standing looking at me with empty bays. One walks up and said we are all on break. You need to come back in 30 minutes. Having been a DM and GM for many years at retail this blew me away. I Guess they have all the business they need and dont need additional customers. Unbelievable.

I came into this location 15 minutes till closing, I felt terrible for being that guy but I work 60 hours weeks and this was my only day off. I was am Extraordinarily happy to say that I was greeted with exceptional service and happy faces with great attitudes. Chris, Tony, and Aubry stayed late to make sure the job was done right. Extremely professional individuals, I have zero complaints. Valvoline just got a life time customer with this service. These individuals that i named need Recognition. I had an hour to spare for an oil change. They had 1 vehicle in front me and told me they could get me in and out quickly. I have never seen anyone move so slow in my life. It almost felt intentional. If they really knew what they were doing they wouldn’t work so slow. 50 minutes later they were trying to pull me in and I had to leave without the oil change. Beware of taking your vehicle here.

Got a full synthetic oil change from them. They went through every detail in our car and let me see my air filters and compared them with new ones. They also explained everything in detail about what is recommended, but they werent pushy at all! Then, when one of the mechanics dropped the plug for our oil filter, they bought us a new one, and even though it took a while to get it, they got us a free oil change for the next time we went for longer than usual wait. They were very caring, and I understand accidents happen. They didnt need to give me the voucher, nor did I ask for one, but they were very sincere in the apology. I definitely plan to use them for the future needs of my car.

Couldnt even change it because didnt know how to process the MPP service warranty. Zach was helpful and polite but no one knew how to process even customer care. So sat for 30 min and still need oil change.

Been there couple of times before. Liked this place a lot for its good and friendly service however, the plastic cover is missing after last oil change and also missing couple of screws.

The guys here are great! They are always so nice and helpful and never make me feel “less than” because I’m a woman. They have done inspections and oil changes for me, and they are great about putting air in my tires and never even charge for that. The service is fast and reliable and a very fair price. I don’t understand the complaints at all ... this is a great place, and I will continue to come here. Thanks guys!!

Way overpriced for the service. I went in for an oil change and brought my own oil and filter and was charged $36 for just the labor. I would have left but they had already started draining my oil before I was informed of the price. Also they started doing a safety check as if I was getting an inspection asking me to turn on my headlights, blinkers, high beams which was annoying…I came there to get an oil change, not to get an inspection, but I’ll never be back. I have three vehicles that I used to get the oil changed there and inspected, but not anymore. $36 to remove the oil plug wait for it to drain replace the oil plug then pour new oil in. They also added washer fluid without asking. I use a certain kind of washer fluidand don’t want it mixed with whatever they put in my vehicle without even checking to see if it’s ok.

Always a good experience

Managed to break both my filter housing and and oil cooler. When presented with the complaint, it was shrugged off and pointed to as a power steering leak. The UV fluid in the oil determined this to be a lie. Both parts broken are over 400$, with no responsibility taken on their end. Dont waste your time here.

Been a customer for years. A little off their game today. Several concerns but specifically I dont really like the sales pitch for extra service, even services that dont make sense like rear diff service on FWD vehicle. Last straw was greasy hand prints.

Received an oil change at this location. We had specific items in our car- that were in the glove compartment. When my husband checked the glove box on his way out he noticed them missing. He went all the way back and confronted the management team over the issue. Stated “things may have fallen out” I don’t understand how something like that could have happened in the first place. The glove box is closed. Fact the matter is the item was stolen. The manager offered my husband $10 cash & off next oil change. That isn’t going to fix the issue- I’m extremely disappointed with this, we’ve been going there for a long while. Not going back.

I cant tell you what a delight these fellows are! They are ever polite and helpful. I am disabled, so they allow me to sit in my car and they take care of everything! If the fluids run low in between oil changes, they readily add whatever I need in a very speedy fashion and I am usually in and out in 5 minutes. I highly recommend this location on Greenville in Allen.

The people were very friendly, efficient in what they were doing, and sound in their advice. This place has recently undergone new management and have thoroughly improved from what I have read. I have always trusted Valvoline and have come to believe that this location is one of the best places to which I have gone. I even made a new friend while waiting!

Went there for an oil change around 11am on a Monday so as to avoid any lunchtime crowds. The second I pulled in there was the efficiency of a pit crew working on my car. Checking fluids, tire pressure etc. I was really in awe. I got my oil changed very very fast. I am an over the shoulder looker kind of person and stood by and watched it unfold. Very very impressed. The only reason not 5 is because I dont usually give the highest grade. They did a great job.

Every year, 4 cars a year, I take my rides in for state inspection. Im a small auto restoration shop. These guys dont know that. Not once was I miss informed of pending issues with my cars. Fast, friendly, clean location, tv and free coffee. Qt in same shopping center. What else can you ask for. Ive worked for many up sale shops. This is not one of them. Im sure these guys could make more money scamming but I bet they sleep well at night. Im glad they have stayed in business this long. Thank you customers that keep coming back. I been going to this place for several years now but I will not getting my oil change here again. I was there 2 weeks back to get an oil change. I asked for a basic oil change which I though it was going to be conventional but to my surprise I was giving full synthetic which cost me about $100.When I asked for basic oil change at other shop for my other car; they do the conventional which cost roughly $30.

I just got my oil changed here, and I couldnt be happier with the experience! I got a basic oil change and had a headlight bulb replaced. I timed how long the entire process took, from pulling in to driving out, and it was less than 20 minutes- by far the fastest oil change Ive ever had. The technician also looked at my Carfax and noticed that something I had been charged for at a previous service (by a competitor) had clearly never been done (meaning that the other place ripped me off). He showed me everything so that I would understand, and gave me advice on how to handle that situation. He was so courteous and helpful about the whole thing. This place is wonderful, and I will be definitely be a repeat customer.

Hey I got here first??? ( NEVER AGAIN HERE) I told my self 3 times, I was so mad the only reason I dint leave and got the oil changed here was because I already had wasted so much time here and to waist even more to start again on a line on a different place not worth it.

Quick service, short lines, manager frequently ebgages directly with the customer. Bought a new wiper blade that had a manufacturers defect, and they offered to replace free of charge. They do complementary checks on fluids and lights, and keep a record on your car for scheduled fluid-related maintenance. Valvoline also offers an engine guarantee for those who commit to exclusively valvoline oil before ~70k miles.

The staff was very helpful and they have a decent waiting space but dont spend much time there because they are QUICK!!!😁

Good place for vehicle inspection and oil changes

They hired my son fired him in fours hours in sept and still havent paid him. I called. They said they didnt remember him then they did. They said check would be mailed to him. They said general manager would call. A bunch of lies. I would never go use a place like this for an oil change that cant even pay people that work and dont even give 3 months probation. Wow. Horrible.

This is location is incredibly slow every time I come here they seem to be unorganized. I have never had this type of experience with any other location. Upper management probably needs to fix these opportunities or this location will definitely lose business.

The oil change is fast but charge me $42 for conventional oil change. It is more expensive than dealer. I show them valvoline coupon I download from online $24.95 and the guys said they do not take it. Very rude attitude and I will AVOID this shop next time.
