This car detailing service was PHENOMENAL! I was in a rush and wanted the most deluxe car detail option that they had to offer, and the detail team was efficient and thorough in every bit of the process. My car shined as though it were brand new, every possible stain was removed, and the staff was more than helpful and kind. Mr. Jim (manager) made certain that I was happy with my car’s detail/overall service and was very professional. 10/10, highly recommend.

Today was my first time at Car Spa in a while. There’s been a lot of upgrades to my experience. I stopped coming to Car Spa because my interior was always cleaned poorly. The staff cleaning my car was much more friendly and engaging. I sat outside waiting to get my car cleaned and I was even asked if I wanted my trunk to be vacuum. I’ve never been asked that in the years I’ve been coming here. The General Manager, Trey did a walk around the vehicle with me ensure I liked how everything looked. He made sure to correct anything that wasn’t up to my standards. He also checked my receipt to make sure I got the services I paid for. It was a really pleasant experience. I told him in his employment I’ve noticed a huge difference in the services I got and how I felt leaving. I even considered getting a monthly membership. Trey was such a nice guy and his customer service is exceptional. I then went home and told my entire family about how wonderful the service I received was because it’s completely different then what we know. The management is great, I will be returning with other vehicles. Thanks Car Spa!

(EDITED BELOW, removed 2 stars) Exterior clean was decent, but they charge for vacuums (they are not self serve) unlike every other car wash I’ve been to.EDIT: Upon further inspection, there are several spots that did not get cleaned. In particular, a bird poop spot with a lot of residue is still very visible (pictured, it was a pretty good sized), among other things. Not worth the $15 for platinum tier exterior wash, compared to other car washes.

A gentleman named Rafic detailed my vehicle and he made my car look brand new! He was very kind and had impeccable customer service as well. Definitely will recommend him and this company to everyone.

The professional services is unbelievable. I highly recommend this location to anyone. The manager was extremely helpful and answer each of my questions. Their attention to details was impressive. They notice the spot on my car that I couldnt remove but his staff completely removed the spot or sap. It a comfortable and relaxing environment.

Rafic one of the managers was so nice and listened to what I needed in this visit! They always are. I have the membership and they always make sure their customers are taken care of and get in and out in a timely manner. This time in particular they took exceptional car of my vehicle. I hadn’t let them clean the inside of my car in awhile with the pandemic. They got my car looking back to its pre pandemic condition. Lol…Please try them out. You won’t regret it!

Took my car in for a full service detail ($150). Waited for over two hours, 45+ minutes of which I saw nobody working on it. Wasnt until I asked about it did all of a sudden half the employees start working on it (obviously forgot about it.) When they told me it was done, there was still dirt and crumbs in all of the door comparments, crevices, grass in the carpets and easily wiped away gunk on most of the surfaces, knobs, steering wheel etc. Seems like a good place for normal exterior/interior wash but waste of time/money for detailing.

They did an amazing job on quite dirty SUV from road trip to a Wildlife Safari. Rafic was very friendly and asked if there was anything I wanted redone in interior. I had a shampooed interior-seats and carpet and rubber mats. There was only one spot missed, and that was because I did not remove my stuff from the interior hole in the door. Always take out everything because they may not touch your possessions.Mirena also was very friendly and took my credit card they found and handed it straight to me upon my arrival.Awesome service & my car looks awesome. This was my 2nd visit and I love how they allow me to just pay for my interior since my truck is older and I do not need a wax or exterior detail.I will always come here for their personalized service. Also, I think most people forget to tip. Show your gratitude and that you did not have to do it yourself! :)

Took my 2019 QX80 (mentioned so it’s clear I drive a pretty new vehicle) to Car Spa for the first - and LAST - time. Pictures are of my front and rear bumpers after they called to let me know they were done. Not just water spots but dirt still on my vehicle in other spots as well. My tires don’t look like they have tire shine on them so that’s a joke. They also didn’t bother doing a great job vacuuming the interior & didn’t put captains chairs back to their upright positions. All this I noticed after choosing to be nice and tip them $5...Why is it so hard to find a good car wash company?? Do not waste your time or money there.

I had a membership here but I’ve cancelled it as of August 2021. This place went down hill so much since I first got my membership about a year and a half ago. The current management and employees really don’t care about using filthy rags to dry your vehicle, and they consistently leave water dripping on your car after you wait 45 minutes while they “detail” it. I’m so disappointed by how this business turned out because they were decent up until about 6 months ago. No sense of urgency, no pride in service, just avoid this place until after you see an “Under New Management” sign.

Attempted to get a car wash (not first time patron) I pull up at 6:59 behind other cars who had just went in. As I pull around the guy had JUST placed the cone, good service would allow someone to go ahead and get a wash only… I was told to come back tomorrow. Lol! Nope. Customer service is huge and as someone with more than a few cars I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

This was my first and last visit to this car wash. My windshield had a lot of bug stains so I specifically needed my windshield cleaned. I bought the gold wash. When wash was finished I noticed big bug splatter spots still on my windshield. I pointed out the problem to the person at the exit. I was happy that he acknowledged the problem and said it would be addressed. He sent a worker over with a towel and some spray to wipe the windshield. First of all, this is not the correct way to clean a windshield. Worker removed a couple of bug spots, then asked if it was good. I pointed to an entire area that was still very dirty. Worker claimed that was inside the car. Not sure how this worker thinks bug splatter would occur inside my car, but I gave up and drove away. I tried to call to address the problem with this car wash but no one answered. I left a message but my call was not returned. I don’t often leave bad reviews but this was an awful car wash. The only car wash I have experienced that was worse is the cheap convenience store drive through wash. I still have bugs on my windshield and now I will have to pay for another car wash elsewhere. I will not be back.

Second time at Car Spa and definitely not impressed. Unfortunately I left with dust in places that it previously was not. The vacuuming of the floor mats as spectacular but everything else was not good. I do not recommend!

For the most part, I like this car wash. I do wish there was a place that I could vacuum my car out. I dont want my car detailed, I just want to vacuum. Also, there have been times (not today) where everyone is either working on detailing cars or standing around talking and dont come over to input the number and start my wash for a while. That has been frustrating and has happened on multiple occasions. But the car comes out shiny and pretty, so overall Im happy.

I’m a member of CarSpa’s wash club and came in to Allen location on a Saturday to do the full service included with my membership.They did not quote me a wait time, but I ended up waiting about 45 minutes for them to do my car.The biggest issue is the worker actually cleaning my car did a good job vacuuming and that’s about all.Once I left and had my car in the sunlight, whatever cleaner they use on interiors and glass, he’d sprayed way too much of and apparently didn’t care enough to clean it up properly or know how.Once getting home, I spent over 30 minutes trying to wipe down the interior of my windshield and dash to try and correct all of the residue and fog from the cleaner he’d sprayed everywhere.Wish I’d looked more closely, as it’s a waste of time to have to redo something you thought you’d pay for at home, especially after tipping the employee for doing a bad job!

When pay full service your car should be clean inside and out. They didn’t vacuum under floor mats. Had to have them wipe the car down again outside because the wash did not clean the car. Didn’t find out about the floor mats until after we left. This what kind of work you get with kids working and fooling around with no adult supervision. Very disappointed with wash.

Rafic was great and made sure my dirty truck came out like brand new. I brought in my 1 ton pickup truck for an interior detail. Did the 3 detail package (awesome deal) and I couldn’t be happier with the result!

I went to this car wash because my favorite car wash place was closed. The vibe felt kind of off. Once my car was ready for me, the guy asked me for my receipt. I showed it to him and he asked me who did I pay? I told hold him. Im thinking its not a big deal, their just being safe. He said let me go and the back and double check. It just felt really weird. I will not be going back to this place!

I have been waiting for full car cleaning and they don’t both to follow first come first serve rule and I have to look my car after 20 min not even in the line for cleaning. I have to cancel my monthly subscription for very bad service!!! And what I have seen from the moment I stapes in is not what I expect ‘fair service.’

My truck still had bugs on it and the wheel shine was only on half the tires and looked like someone spit on it. I was able to wipe off the bugs with a wet cloth. Why couldnt the car wash get them off?

Paid to get the interior cleaned, and to be fair my seats were pretty dirty from having my dogs in and out of my car but they did not even wipe anything in the back off. This includes the back of the front seats. The console still has food crumbs and dust as well. Very unsatisfied!!!

Only once did I have to ask for a little more cleaning in my 3rd row and they did it without a problem. If you drove off before making sure you were completely satisfied before leaving than thats your own fault. The staff and manager work very hard.

After my husband got his car washed, I went to have mine serviced, too. Since Elisha took really great care of my husband’s car I requested him to service mine. I live in my car for work, and it desperately needed some TLC. Elisha did such an amazing job I have been back three more times. He is so detailed oriented and efficient, and he does amazing each time! This is definitely where I will be getting my car washed from now on!

These guys sure know what they’re doing and the manager on duty named Michael made sure that I had an excellent experience.

I purchased the gold package and they did not properly clean the front of the car as you can see the gunk on and around the headlight. I was fine with it since you have a 48 hour guarantee to go back for another wash. I went back, specifically told them about the spot that wasnt cleaned properly, and they failed to fix it again. It really would take a little bit of scrubbing to get the bug splatter / bird feces out, but they didnt bother. I was the first customer at 8am, so there wasnt even a line rushing them. Dont recommend coming here if you care about attention to detail.

I paid $109 for car detailing and don’t see what they detailed. I would not recommend this place.

Make sure to check your car inside out before leaving the location cuz you may find spots and have them fix it before.

Credit card system didnt work, the guy working at the entrance to the wash was in his own world and I had to get his attention to get acknowledged. I didnt see the signs saying the self service vacuums were not available, if there was signage I would have left. If you are not offering all services then you need to drop the price, I only went because I happened to be in the area, will definitely not go back.

Good for a quick wash in between washes. Didnt get my wheels clean at all. Thats why missing a star.

Left my car with many water stains didnt clean my rugs and I payed full service wasnt impressed more disappointed.

My car was parked in the wrong service lane. This was identified for the staff who promised to fix it. The after waiting fifteen minutes it was raised again. Then after waiting fifteen more minutes it was raised third time. At this point, their solution was to pull it into the back of the line so I watched another 2 dozen cars go through and was stuck waiting with my car blocked by other cars.The initial error was not a significant issue. The service and responsiveness to correct the error was absolutely unacceptable. I will not return and would not recommend them to anyone else.Pile on that 90 minutes! after I arrived I drove away in a dirty car. The dash was covered in visible soap bubbles. They didn’t wipe the dash down. Dog hair was still sitting in easily vacuumed piles.Use any other car wash and you will have a better experience.

I hate when i have leave bad review but helps people decide the quality of service since i look at stars before i go anywhere.Service is not what you expect from car spa i pay for full service tbe just machine wash and dry the car i still see lot of dirt and rain mark on exterior and they did horrible job on interior i had to tell them twice to just vaccume the back seat pic speak for itself if you go here be prepare to nik pick them otherwise just waist of money you end up cleaning it yourself

I like the quality of the work. They are for the most part consistent. I live nearby so I have been coming here since they opened up. However, more recently they have been severely short staffed. If you are looking to get your interior done expect a minimum 45 minute delay. And 30 of those 45 minutes is the car sitting and waiting in line. They have only 2 bays open of the 8+ bays they have. And it is just too long a wait. So, I try to avoid this spot if I can.
