My experience was a disappointment. The tech said his machine was set wrong, and it took my couch three days to dry. There were streaks and stains left on the couch, and spots returned on the carpet. i was told they would send someone to hand clean the couch for me, and they did not. They will not return my calls. Ive had to hire another company to take care of it.

While servicing a neighbors house, they came on to our property to fill their sprayers with our water. Could just as easily used water from the house they were cleaning. They moved our trash cans from the street in front of our driveway to the sidewalk to make room, though they didnt need to. Had we not had Ring cameras, we would not have noticed until our trash would not have been picked up. When confronted, they didnt care.

I had called Larry a couple of months ago to take care of my carpeted stairs. He did such a good job and the price was so reasonable that I called back when my cats for some reason decided to use my carpet and rugs as a pee-parlor. I love my kitties, but wasnt feeling much love toward them...Larry to the rescue! He not only got everything sweet-smelling and cleaner than clean, he also was able to remove several rather unsightly stains. He arrived about 20 minutes early, having called and texted to say he was on the way. He was friendly and professional and answered all my questions. Id highly recommend him.

This company did a great job cleaning my carpet! I have my own little bissell carpet cleaner that usually works okay. However, I had some guests at my home that brought a dog and that dog mustve been on some special diet or something that made its urine extra potent... it peed one of the rooms and no matter how hard I tried, I could not get the smell to go away. I bought and used almost a whole bottle of enzyme cleaner, and still I could smell the dog. I called Express Carpet Cleaning for help and they cleaned the carpets and at the end did some kind of bomb that kills viruses, reduces odors, etc. It worked really well! Thanks so much!

I called express carpet on a weekend, told him I had water damage and needed his services right away, he showed up to the house within 30 minutes and started to clean up the water in my carpets, he did treatments, and brought him a bunch of air blowers and a dehumidifier to help. Ive lived in two different cities in the northeastern realm of the Dallas Metro, and I havent found a better carpet cleaning company than Express. Ive used them 3 different times between two houses. Carpet in the last house and tile in the current house. Theyre knowledgeable, consultative, and thorough! They always work me into the schedule within a couple days from calling. They always come out when they say theyll be there, and they show up and do a brilliant job on cleaning the floors. I should also add, they always keep me within a reasonable budget. We contacted Speedy at the last minute today looking to get our carpets cleaned before getting some new furniture tomorrow in. My carpets were a nightmare and not cleaned in years. 2 small kids and they were what I thought destroyed. They came out within a couple of hours for our last minute call and did an amazing job. I’m shocked at how good the carpets look now. I wish I did before and after pics to share but sadly I forgot. This guy is awesome! I had a flood caused by a plumbing problem & Larry responded to my needs quickly. He was very accommodating really helped me in getting through the mess of a flood. He extracted the water & set up fans & humidifiers & performed other services to mitigate the damage. Just cant say enough positive things about this company. Prices were also very reasonable. It literally looks like they vacuumed my carpet NOT cleaned it. Of course they came here and found a spot and quoted me a different price once they got here. I personally cleaned my own carpet and it looked better than this. Im not sure why this company got so many good reviews. My carper is STILL FILTHY and it looks worst

Absolutely fantastic. My son had the stomach flu and threw up on the carpet. I was able to book an appointment online at 4am to put my mind at ease that someone would be out the same day. Robby was on time, very courteous and professional, and did a great job. Really could not have asked for anything better.

Ive used this company twice, and both times the employees reached out to tell me they were scammed out of money by the owner! Not a couple hundred, but both were scammed out of a few thousand! Both guys took pride in their work and did a wonderful job, and are the reason this company even has good reviews! What a shame the owner has to scam people, he would make more with them than against them! Look elsewhere for a more professional company!

Update: Before the review posted, I emailed Larry about my dissatisfaction with the work performed. The email pretty much said the same thing as the original review.Larry called me back after receiving the email and scheduled a time to personally come and clean the stains. He arrived a few days later when it was the best time for me. He took the time and effort to make things right. The stains were gone after his through efforts and I was satisfied with the results. He offered to refund the enzyme treatment but I told to him to keep it.I would have just updated this review to 4 stars if Larry’s crew return and took care of the stains but Larry was very sincere. He wanted what’s best for his clients.Original Review:I called to setup an appointment. I was told it was $99 for 3 rooms. They ran a few minutes late to the appointment but called ahead to let me know. When I showed them the rooms with the stains, they stated it’s another $60 for enzyme treatment which was ok with me since I thought it would remove the stains. Total bill with $167.78.The technicians were nice and friendly. Did the job in about 40 minutes. They told me the carpet would be wet for several hours afterwards. On the initial inspection, the stains were gone. I was pleased with the results. The following day, the stains reappeared. I was pretty disappointed. I called the technician and he told me the stains are from the pad. And if I wanted the stains removed, the carpet has to cut and pad had to be removed. I thought that was the case till I did some google searching. A good company will vacuum the cleaning agent and get the carpet dry. This should help the stain removal. There are cases where the stain is pretty deep down. I’m going to google home remedies to try to get the stains removed. For the cost, I do not recommend, especially if you have stains. Call and ask if they carpet will be dry afterwards.

We came home from a vacation to a failed water heater and a flood! My husband googled for carpet restoration and thankfully, we got Express Carpet Cleaning. These guys came the next day after the water heater was installed, were efficient, thoughtful and so very professional. We highly recommend Larry and the excellent service!

Great service, fast, and affordable! I was in a bind and needed same-day carpet cleaning. Not only were they flexible and able to schedule an appointment that same day, they were affordable and a pleasure to work with. My floors and upholstered chairs look AMAZING!! I had upholstery stains on light colored fabric dining room chairs that I thought would never come out... the chairs look brand new now! They cleaned the baseboards, the house smells amazing and Robby, Marc, and Larry were a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using them from now on for carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning. The team was very prompt and friendly ! My carpet had big stains, stains that I thought would not be able to come out because of the length of time they had been there. I am amazed at how amazing the carpet looks and I don’t have to tear it out. The room smells a million times better. Someone left a negative review recently about carpet being wet. The steam/hot water application then extraction method that they use which is one of the best IMO will leave the carpet feeling wet, not soaked but very damp. It also depends on the fiber and/or type of carpet and its tendency to absorb and/or hold water. Older carpets or ones that have not been cleaned for a very long time and/or ever will tend to give off a slight unpleasant odor. This does not necessarily determine how clean the carpet was or is but rather again the type of material, fiber, or carpet. Ever wash a down pillow or related? No matter what kind of soap or even using bleach the pillow when wet will stink until it dries. The carpet should smell much better when it dries. If the carpet dry still smells that bad then it should be replaced and cleaning it was probably a waste of time but I find Larrys rates fair and certainly competitive. He is very kind, professional and thorough and as a first time user, I would use him again in a heartbeat. I know if you ask him to do something or for example go over a particular room or area slower or run a few additional passes over such area because you as a customer express your concern for how dirty it may be ? There is not doubt he would gladly oblige.
