I took my car here for a car wash after a long time and deeply regret my decision. My car wasn’t thorough cleaned and I still had debris on the floor of my car. I also noticed a very deep scratch on the hood of my car. While it’s possible the car wash is not responsible for the scratch, that was my first thought since I haven’t driven my car that much since the pandemic. Sam was extremely rude when I went back to show him the deep scratch. He mentioned they had video footage but failed to share it with me. I’ve followed up multiple times with no response. Unless you want to leave your car still dirty after a wash and bad customer service, don’t go here.

Quick inspections. Very friendly staff. The only place I go. Plus you get $5 off coupon on their web page. Came for a oil change on 8/26/2021 which was great but the car wash SUCKS look at how they didnt clean my console NOT EXCEPTABLE!! I love the oil change & Inspection but I will go somewhere else for my car washing!!

I just had my car inspection done by Waterfalls Car Wash & Lube. The service was super fast and the staff was friendly. I was back on the road in under 15 minutes, which is awesome as I had a busy day. They also offered an online coupon for $5 off. Definitely recommend them for state inspections, at the bare minimum. :)

This place is the best, they always take good care of me! I come in for oil changes, car washes, and inspections, but they’ve taken care of emergencies too, like punctured tire walls. They’re straight with you about what needs to be done, honest about pricing, and they’re lightning fast. Great team!

These guys are good at what they do!! I can always count on them to be honest and fair. They dont just do oil change, car wash and state inspection. I get a lot of my mechanic work done here as well. Great work at a great price every time. If its not in their wheelhouse they tell me the best place to go. They always have my best interests at heart not theirs. That is rare!! Family owned! Got my oil change done here today, customer service is out of this world, and I got a free wash with my oil change and all that took a grand total of just 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Been coming here for as long as I can remember, I was getting my car washed when one of the employees who vacuums the cars came inside the waiting room and yelled out my car name, when I told him it is my car he came over to me and handed me a 100$ bill that he said he found under my front seat. I thought I couldn’t like this place more, but after that employees honesty they’ve proved me wrong, I handed the employee back the 100$ dollar bill as a tip because he reminded me why I have been coming to this place for 10+ years. All the best to this family owned business and their unbelievable staff.

Full disclosure this is my first visit when I arrived I was looking for a specific cleaning for my car but I didnt want to shampooing so if you see the pictures of the menu of services are up above where youre supposed to pull up to but the main menu for detailing is on the window on the side. I spoke to them after they took my car around everything was done. I wish there was a little bit better vacuuming in the car where my kids set and there is some water spots on the grill for the most part Im satisfied since its my first visit and the supervisor has spoke to me about the detailing services was completely booked, so next time Ill call ahead.Mainly upset because I have to do a better job at this vacuuming than they did since some of the dog hair is still in my floor and the back of my seat.

Very nice work. Very friendly but Communication not so good. I think they put a lot of effort into understanding what I was saying but still missed it... We good. Car clean inside and out!

Bad customer service, I was waiting in the lobby for 10+ minutes and had to go outside to find someone to assist me. Extremely expensive, like $80 or more just for a simple interior/ exterior detailing. Gladly drive the extra 10 minutes to Kwik Kar to get a detailing for $16.

My family has been going to Waterfalls for over 15 years and have always had a great experience. We have been very loyal customers. My experience with them today has ended that relationship.I got a new serpentine belt on March 22. A couple days later, my car started loudly squealing every time I turned my car on. I took my car back to them to get it fixed. The bald man (I dont know his name) was extremely rude and condescending. He mocked me and completely brushed me off. I have NEVER had someone treat me this way at Waterfalls. I was in a bit of shock at this interaction. I was really upset.Jason came out and talked to me about what was going on with the car. Jason was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Jason has helped me out with my cars multiple times before and every experience with him has been 10/10. Jason took my car, got it fixed and resolved my issues. In my mind, Jasons excellent customer service and my past 15 years of coming to Waterfalls had made up for my terrible experience with the man before. I was ready to move forward and was pleased with Jason.I went to pick up my car and had to talk to Sam. Im still confused on that whole conversation. Im not really sure if Sam was trying to offer customer service or was trying to irritate me. It felt like a mix of both. Sam should really learn some communication and customer service skills from Jason. I genuinely felt like Jason had resolved my issues of the day then Sam made me irritated all over again. It was pointless. Sam kept saying that the reason the first guy lacked communication was because he was from Poland. I felt like that was a really awkward and unnecessary comment. There wasnt a lack of communication with the first guy- there was a lack of empathy, *explanation*, customer service and just all around decency. Sam stated the reason that the first guy brushed me off in the beginning was because they were busy that day with 21 cars. Okay, that is a fair statement. It would be different if the first guy had actually stated that instead of walking away from my car mocking me for asking them to fix my car SINCE IT WAS AN ISSUE THAT THEY CREATED. If they had done their job correctly the first time, I wouldnt have been there anyways. I think Sam probably was trying to help, but he just kept saying the wrong things and made the whole situation more annoying and was wasting my time. Especially since Jason had already fixed it.TLDR- Jason is excellent. The first guy is a jerk. Sam should really just let Jason handle customer service issues.

They have become expensive and to clean weather mats from inside they charge extra. Its better to go to newer car wash places

I have gotten my oil changed here for years. I also take the car to them for other repairs as well. I just cannot say enough good things about these guys! They are awesome and I trust them...that says it all.

Very upset with the job they did on my car. I had cat prints on the hood, trunk, and roof. Paid $25 for a wash and continued on my errands. Got home and saw I still had cat prints. Took it back and was told it would be $250 to buff out cat prints! I use to get my oil changed here but no longer. Say goodbye to my patronage.

They did my brakes, oil change, inspection, and washed my car...they did an amazing job! They have my full trust.

Old do-it-yourself coin op carwash. Has good coin op vacuums. Facility in working order. Seems pricey for this kind of car wash. (Minimum $1.50 for vacuum.)

Super clean, super fast. Got an oil change too... So reasonable!

Took my car for an oil change, got my car back and the AC was no longer working or cooling my car. My AC settings were moved to warm instead of where I originally had it. I took it back spoke to the manager (one of the three brothers) and he charged me an extra $100 for a diagnosis, the guy who worked on my car came back and told me that I had a hole on the main line to the AC compressor and it was going to cost me $400 to fix it. At that point I knew there was something fishy about the whole process. I paid for the diagnostic service however, i was not happy with the entire experience, so I took my car to a different place. My findings were very disappointing at the new place where I took my car the same day, there was no leak on my AC system whatsoever, I was told most likely my Freon line was disconnected by mistake or purposely. They filled the system with Freon again and my car has been working just fine for the past month now. Very unfortunate to know that there is people in this society doing these type of fraudulent actions in the middle of tough times where a lot of people are being affected. They lost my trust and my business for sure. I wonder how many others have paid the extra $$$$$. Then the car wash next door is also corrupted, my credit card was taken and then it was being used in Downtown Dallas for illegal purchases. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service is top tier at this place, I got everything done on my car and they made it so easy.

Got a great wash inside and out for about $20 and theyre pretty quick considering I was about 15th in line.

Ive been coming to this car wash for as long as I can remember, I drove in last week and it was super busy, 45min wait they said, they finished in way less than that and the car still looked amazing even though they were slammed!! Love this place perfect for all my cars needs.

This place used to be my favorite car wash but not any more! In the last six months, I have been very dissatisfied. I have even experienced stuff that was done deliberately to the passenger side of my car with the intention of me driving off and not seeing it but fortunately saw it and they had to completely redo my car!! I left with a clean car but will not go back!!!

It would have been alright if they had actually vacuumed out my car. I did d pay for it and when I got home I noticed the didnt vacuum the back of the car. So I had to go back. Not too happy.

Disappointing. The place has really fallen apart. I used to wash and clean out my car here twice a week while I was driving for Uber. Havent been there for a year. Now many of their machines are out if service, the place is looking shabby and most the vacuums are broke.

We have had everything from a car wash to a new oil pump done here. Quality service, fair prices and nothing is done without prior approval and pricing.

Ive never had a problem until this visit..they were busy was willing to wait 45 mins to 1 hr..when car was done it was not wiped down at all in some places inside..paying $5 more and not done properly is unacceptable.

Excellent Customer Service

Today I went to this car wash for the first time with a one month old vehicle. The vehicle needed very little on the inside as the vehicle is a month old. I opted to get the Gold package and figured it would be great based on the above information. On my drive home I noticed some light dirt on the drivers side mat and the doors still had some shoe marks meaning they didnt wipe down the inside of the doors. Im not sure if they are supposed to do that but based on my past experiences they have at other car washes. What made me look was the two bird poop smudges still on my windshield. I dont think my review is harsh or unreasonable. The way I see it is if they cant make a brand new vehicle look new something isnt right. I wont be going there again.

This is my second year with them. They increased the rate by $5 each plan, and in order to use their membership car, we need to choose the $20 plan or higher, it becomes unreasonable, and I dont think it worth it anymore. And it definitely dont encourage me to tip anymore, plus they usually dont have a thoroughly cleaning inside anyway. Thinking about changing a different one after my membership ends.

Poor communication skills. Went for a wash and interior clean. Hispanic lady had a negative attitude. I tried to explain to supervisor about customer service rep. They didnt care. I left and went to Trademark Car Wash across town.

Quick inspection. Staff was courteous and pleasant to do business with.

They checked out what was wrong with my truck really quickly and helped me through the process of how I should fix it. Nice people who run a great business.

The guys at Waterfalls always do a great job! Ive brought all my vehicles for oil changes over the years. Ive had my breaks replaced, and most recently spark plugs, fuel injection service, and shocks and struts replaced on my 08 Honda. They do great work at a decent price and are honest and upfront with any recommended work your vehicle needs. And they always wash your car whether youre getting an oil change or service work!

Terribly picky place. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO PASS STATE INSPECTION FOR YOUR CAR THEY WILL FAIL YOU AND STILL CHARGE YOUAVOID THIS PLACE!

Great place to clean and detail your car. I do both my cars weekly, there are other car washes around town, but I have found this one, always clean, operational, and soap and other car was detergents are always full and working. I have been at others where you pay, and only water comes out because they do not refill the missing detergents. I have not had that experience here. I will add to my post if that changes....go get your suds on

Went to this location for firat time i had excellent experience with the team. The employee name ray helped me with my every question. Please check it out this location as much as possible. Great staff, great quality, good value, they will get your work done on time. Definitely this is gone be my perm store for oil change. I used to go to valvoline but thought give new. Business a try and the result came out to be better than valvoline.

Poor guys there were so busy but they took good care of me. Almost too cheap for the work they did in detailing my minivan.

35 is a good price for oil change free car wash and vacuum. Oil change was fast. All of it took 45 min. Not bad. The only problem i had was no one bothered wiping mechanic oil fingerprints off car but rest of car looked clean and washed. It was a wait to get acknowledged when i arrived. I will be back. A tiny bit disappointed but mostly impressed. There were no probs with my coupon.

What amazes me is the level of quality and attention every car gets at waterfalls, everyone will go by the cars to check on the detail work is done to meet the expectations .I get everything serviced for all my 3 vehicles - from detail washes (hand wash) to inspections and oil changes ...... extremely pleased with everything every time.Ask about their loyalty program, why not a free wash every now and then.

This was my second visit to waterfalls car wash. I’ve been impressed both times! On this visit I requested some additional touchup and the post wash crew was very kind and gracious to do more than I requested (And unknown to me at the time, more than I had even paid for), I also requested some additional touchup on the vacuum (I have a big Expedition, some stuff may be easy to miss). Sam and Sean both obliged with a smile and a genuine desire to do a great job. Thank you to the whole crew for a great experience, a great price and a beautifully-clean car. I’ll be back, if you need your car cleaned then you should go as well:).
