The business plan turned out great. I presented it to several banks and to the cities Economic Development Director. Everyone said it was one of the best if not the best business plans they had ever seen. In fact the bank that was working with the SBA ask for their information when I told him how much I paid for it. The company they normally recommend for business plan writing is five times the cost and not as good as what I presented.

Terrible experience! They put absolutly zero effort in creating a authentic document. They ask a handful of questions and produce these pre built plans for you. They have a 30 changes time frame, but they doesnt account for their team to make changes which takes at least a week. If you ask to get the team writing the plan on the phone to walk through it they wont allow it. They literally make it so much harder than they need to.I would not reccommend this company, we pretty much made a donation to Butler Consultants then had to find someone to actually build a plan for us.TERRIBLE
