I had my baby shower here in February of 2019. When we booked the date and time of the event, Danielle had helped us. She was very bubbly and professional. We really enjoyed her. My mother showed up to the venue first the day of the event, and they informed her that the dinner was being held an hour later than what we agreed upon with Danielle. We were a little disappointed at first with the lack of attention paid to such an important detail but it ended up working out great as we were running a little behind ourselves. We paid for Prestige to cater the event and the food was great. My BIGGEST complaint is when everyone was done eating, there was plenty food leftover. They didnt let us take the food when we already PAID for it, per person. They told us it was getting donated. Why? We had already paid for all the food. The hall was beautiful even though they were in the middle of remodeling when we booked the event. I would possibly consider booking this hall again for future events, but if possible with my caterer of choice.

My wedding was June 5th!!!! Let me 1st go back 2 days prior to my wedding day, the rehearsal. I get there withy fiance and bridal party and I was introduced to Anthony a person I had never met, I had been working with Jayden &Kenny. Im going to jump right into it I was very displeased with everything except for Scott the bartender for the reception. My decorations were not what we agreed upon, the chapel had no decorations I had to buy my own, there was no air in the bridal sweet but the lady Debra who was a server, did get me 2 fans to help. They told me that my guest would be drinking from plastic cups, so I had to argue for them to get glassware. My card box was black and our colors were navy ivory and gold, so for $10000 it wasnt worth it

I just had my wedding there and it was gorgeous! I have lived in Allen Park my whole life and have been to the building many times before when it was had different owners and was called the Red Fawn. They did a beautiful job fixing everything up. The food was great and the decorations were beautiful! The staff were professional and accommodating! We ordered cake and cupcakes and everyone loved them! Friends and relatives were coming up to me all night telling me how great the place was. If you have an event then this is the place to go!

GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. Dont just take their word for it. We had a lot of miscommunication with them for our wedding. There were a few things that they initially said would do but then didnt. They were really nice in the beginning but then things went downhill. Double check everything!

I chose to have my engagement party here and it was hands down the best. From the planning, to decorating was so easy. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. It’s amazing how everything is handled in house and on location. Easiest and best party I’ve ever had.

I attended a wedding in this building several years ago under the previous ownership and I was pleasantly surprised to see the improvements that have been made when I attended a recent event under the new ownership. The Prestige Banquet Hall has been renovated into a beautiful facility and the service, food, and staff are all top notch. I recommend The Prestige for any occasion.

If you havent been to The Prestige since the new owners took over (Formerly The Red Fawn) they did many renovations, the venue looks completely different and is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very helpful and provides top notch customer service.

From the first time I contacted them through to the event we were very pleased and our moms 80th birthday party was fantastic. Kenny, Meghan and Danielle were the best, very helpful and accommodating. The servers always smiled and were very friendly. The food was very good and the hall costs were very reasonable. Emails were answered right away. I would highly recommend The Prestige.

Awesome place to hold an event. I set up my company awards event here and the food was Wonderful. They where able to do custom cupcakes with my Companies logo and a candy table that would impress anyone. The food was great. The staff was super helpful. Setting up my event was a breeze:)

I will begin with the pros.Danielle was great when we started with the booking. She was super nice, friendly and helpful. She was easy to reach and always seemed cheerful. The payment plan was easy and they didnt hound you if you didnt pay on the exact day of the month.Our food was excellent. The ham and chicken were great. The venue was nicely set up and looked awesome.But now the cons.To even get any of these issues settled after our wedding day we had to speak with 2 different managers.First be careful with anything they say that isnt it writing. We seemed to have some miscommunication that resulted in a few minor issues. The biggest of these is the bar. YOU PAY THE BAR PRICE FOR EVERY GUEST. This includes those under 21.Second if you get the photo booth and the album also be watchful. We were missing close to 20 photos (a full ⅓). The guest got offered to take all the copies so they werent all added to our book so we didnt get signatures. We did eventually receive copies off all the pictures but again no signatures.Third and this is the biggest issue we werent given a pasta. Now their menu gives you the option of 2 entrees and a choice of 3 SAUCES for the pasta. It doesnt tell you that the pasta is optional but which sauce you select is. My wife forgot to tell them we wanted Alfredo instead of the normal red sauce. Because of this we werent given any pasta( which is still included in the price per plate). Now when we were made aware of this, Kenny the venue staff coordinator (Who deals with only the staff, dont let them tell you differently!) offered us the venue for an extra hour. Now normally this is $150 and its the day of, so unwisely we said sure. But that didnt cover the bar (another $150 but thats because of laws).We went up several times after the wedding to discuss the issues and try and get our photos. They werent extremely helpful. Took a full 2 weeks to get the photos. And then they told us that they charge $2 per plate for the pasta. Now we had 130 guest that would be $260 but they gave us the room for an extra hour. Still waiting on the $110

1 year olds baby shower. I must say the staff was amazing the food was also quite impressive. They allowed us into the venue to setup decorations and were quite accommodating. Very fairly priced and the inside has been completely transformed and renovated. I booked the hall under the previous ownership and was blown away by the renovations performed by the new owners.

Had an event here a month ago, the new owners are amazing. The updates to the place were phenomenal, I could not believe it! I was worried at first as I paid for the party 6 months ago. They stood by the contract, food was great, My parents had a memorable anniversary. I can’t thank you all enough!

Beautiful venue! The owners and staff are professional. They take pride in making you feel like your event, large or small is the most important event on their books. Food is excellent, service and wait staff is energetic and very personable. I will highly recommend them to my family, friends and colleages. We recently booked them for a rehersal dinner, wedding and reception and we were very happy with all the personal attention, and accommodations we received!

We Chose Prestige Banquet Hall for our Annual Christmas Drill. The whole experience with Prestige was amazing from booking the Date to all the changes that we needed to make prior to the event even some day of changes. They were very helpful with suggestions. As well as adapting to the military ceremony that we had to conduct. During the whole event we received many Complements about the food being amazing and the staff was very helpful and polite. Had our youth sports Banquet for over 20 years at the Red Fawn, Prestige took over last year so we keep our banquet there last year. After meeting with the owner we decided We will be going back this year for out Football Banquet. UPDATE: Had our Banquet Dec. 5, the guests were very disappointed they ran out of some food before every one got to eat. That is why the one star. The speaker system did not work. Tried to call the owner for 3 days after and never got a call back. Needless to say they lost a customer of 20 something years.
