Where have you been hiding??? The Best Experience in 2021! Ive lived right around the corner, and didnt know this place even existed. Queens Palace needs to stop showing off!!! They got Cakes descending from the ceiling like the Las Vegas show Cirque du Soliel! My cousin wedding was absolutely beautiful!!! If you want to plan your next event party come on in to Queen Palace and be treated like Royalty!

What a beautiful and affordable hall. I will only use and recommend this hall for all occasions. The hall is so beautiful that you do not even need decorations. I only had to buy balloons. They even have a beautiful dressing room. The service is extraordinarily and their food is amazing.

The establishment was excellent in itself. Ie .. Clean and accommodating. (Wedding Reception) However, the staff, was too judgemental for me. Im not sure who the lady was that spoke with us regarding the venue, but she was over the top too judgy. Her tone in her concern for the patrons that was of a different race was enough to make me never want to rent there or attend a function there again.

Ghada went above and beyond so we could have a great Henna celebration. Everything was executed perfectly. The hall was stunning, the ladies who served the food were wonderful, and she was a very pleasant person to deal with. Very flexible and accommodating too. We are planning all our future parties there.

I dont know about the prices but it is a beautiful Hall. Its good for a bridal shower or baby shower but not for a wedding over 300 people kind of small. But the food was good the service was good.

Ghada, Liliana, and her team were amazing! My friend has an amazing wedding! They were very accommodating, precise, and punctual! Anything we needed they made sure we had it! I would recommend this place for anyone!!!

Its a very beautiful hall. Nice for small weddings, and pretty nice for other events. Amazing staff and very cleaned. But the only issue is the parking lot, its a bit small. Many ppl end up parking in the neighborhood. Other than that i would totally recommend!!!

Nice and good atmosphere for venue parties

I was at my sisters engagement party Saturday March 13th 2021. First off the hall is absolutely beautiful but however the staff was a complete mess they threw everything away without asking if it was needed to be thrown the staff were super unorganized and highly unprofessional they had nothing prepared as the cake was coming down the table and the knives weren’t ready then when my sister cut the cake they took the cake and put it in the back no one got to try the cake and at the end they never gave us the cake to take home like they should’ve. Towards the end of the engagement these group of men wearing bomber jackets and sagging their pants smelling like straight weed and acting drunk entered the hall from the exit looking around and going to the rooms in the back then coming near the tables where there was purses and keys left around and trying the mess around with peoples cars which is highly dangerous. The hall needs cameras from the inside and outside for safety reasons.

I booked this hall for my engagement party on March 13. Ghada was really nice and understanding with the corona virus pandemic, and she made everything really simple. I was excited for my party because the hall was really beautiful and the perfect size. On the day of my party however many things went wrong in regards to the service. Ghada wasn’t there she had her manager running the place. The service was awful they only came up to some tables and asked them if they needed drinks and water and other tables people had to keep going up the bar and asking for water or refreshments. It was embarrassing because they didn’t show any care to my fiancé’s table and they were our guests. The workers were just mainly standing around. The manager forgot me and my fiancé’s food and everyone ate before us and the dj had to go tell theManager to get us food. They threw away our cards for the seating charts, when people were up and dancing after the food they threw away most of the favors that I made and people came back and said most of them were gone the decoration lady seen a lady putting them in a bag taking them away and my mom grabbed them. My friend gave me an expensive perfume in a basket and I kept it in my dressing room only to come back to it no where to be found. And they said they couldn’t find it. They took my cake. The cake cutting service was horrible. when the cake was coming down from the ceiling they ruined that whole thing for me. The cake was coming down and her workers were nowhere to be found and there’s a small table covered in flowers and it had the wine glasses and the knives and plate and no worker was standing by it so my mother in law started getting stressed out cause the cake is almost done going down and no one is there and I looked very annoyed and stressed in the videos and the photographer got really stressed out. Afterwards they only cut some pieces of the cake and everyone was still dancing they only asked the couple of people who were sitting down on the tables and then they took the cake in the back and didn’t even offer to give it back to me. So I don’t even know what happened to my cake. When I said this to the owner she said this is how most banquet halls do it, like excuse me I’ve been to countless weddings and parties at banquet halls and the least they do it out the cake on a table and have people cut their own pieces or leave plates of cakes on the tables. If it wasn’t for the photographing company the party would have been horrible because they were running the whole thing. It’s like ghadas workers and her manager don’t do it. The funny part was when I was talking to her she really kept telling me ok I’ll make sure with my manager like hello would I be telling you this for no reason. She didn’t seem like she believed me. It was really frustrating talking to her I even showed her videos and stuff and still no. She is a really nice lady so I could not be rude to her at all and she was very welcoming but her workers and manager are just not good and I don’t think she knows that. She said this type of stuff doesn’t usually happen in my hall but it happened on my day and my party got ruined. She asked me why I didn’t text her at the party and to me I don’t need to text her and tell her these things, this is how banquet halls are run I don’t need to tell them to go to peoples tables and ask them if they need water or refreshments or to give me back my cake lol. I don’t care about money or prices and she probably thinks I was telling her this for a refund and that was not what I was looking for nor did I ask for that. but I can’t tell her I loved her service and everything when I really didn’t. It’s such a shame because the hall is beautiful and even my sister in law really loved it at first and said she wanted to do her bridal shower their but changed her mind towards the end. I just don’t want anyone’s say getting ruined like mine so if u book at this hall be very clear on what u want and you have to tell them to do things because apparently they don’t know lol.

Perfect event hall for small-mid size events. Decor is very feminine. The decor may be too princess like making it not right fit for a mixed party but it does have 2 entrances if needed. The DJ used some music off YouTube with commercials, that was a little weird. All in all it was a nice event hall.

Wedding/Wedding reception and food was great

We had such a great night at Queens palace banquet hall last week for my daughters wedding. I would give them 10 stars if possible, not only 5 stars!!! It was an amazing night, the food, staff, service, and hospitality - they have it all! My daughter and her husband were so pleased, and family was raving about it for days. Highly recommend if you want a night to amaze your friends and family. Will recommend this venue to ALL my loved ones!It was also amazing how the cake comes down from the ceiling in front of all the guests. Its really a unique thing to introduce. Love it!

Working with Ghada has been an amazing experience, she is the most honest, kindest woman I have met with while planning my wedding. She has been extremely accommodating during COVID, which is very appreciated since I am hearing all sorts of stories of other venues not returning payments or even postponing. Because Ghada’s team is brilliantly skilled in catering, photography, videography, DJ, and lights, there are so many things she is willing to do for you in house, and truly goes above and beyond to host the most perfect wedding or party. Not to mention that the venue is beautiful all on its own to the point where very minimal decor is needed. All in all, grateful for Ghada’s hospitality and I am so happy to be going with queens palace for my henna!

This is the worst banquet ever they will kick you out at 10:30 especially if u are Yemenis. My family paid almost 9k and at 10:30 they told everyone that was there that they should leave at 10:40 its embarrassing if you have a lot of guest . And the DJ thats work there was horrible and she dont have respect. Dont waste your time and money. Its was big mistake going there.

My client is very upset about the experience they had there. Their contract was hand written so the owners changed the numbers and items on it any time they wanted to. They made promises that they did not keep. Our staff had to move furniture. They were mopping the floor once we arrived and the lady asked us to remove our shoes and walk in our socks. It started to rain outside and there were leaks in the front where the guest enter and was out taking pictures at the photo booth. They knew it leaked because they had a bucket near by bad did not tell us what it was for. They move the wedding rehearsal time and showed up late. We all were in the parking lot. When we were finally let in the venue was filthy from the last party they had there.They will find out ways not to give your back your full deposit. They charge different prices depending on who you are. Buyer be ware. The only saving grace was the manager that worked the event. She was so nice and understanding.

I went to a wedding reception here. Atmosphere and food were excellent. The staff are professional. Its a beautiful spot to have your reception. Theyve done a really nice job on the details.

Gada is a nice and very friendly lady. She is very good as a DJ but the people working with her are rude and do not do the job right like she does. I only recommend hiring her.

I want to thank Queen’s Palace for making my daughter’s bridal shower very special! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Everything was perfect and set up exactly the way she dreamed of. The decor was beautifully set. Each table was designed to perfection. The food was excellent and tasted delicious. The desert table was amazing. My guests were mesmerized by every detail. The photographer, Sireen, was kind, lovable, and showed utmost respect and patience with our photos and videos. She worked extremely well with my family. DJ Ghada, of course, brought her profession to existence and made my daughter’s bridal shower a dream fairytale. Her excellence and coordination brought the party to life. Everything was organized, from the food to the decor I loved every moment that this banquet hall had to offer, as well as the great staff, wonderful photographer, and DJ Ghada herself brought to me on this wonderful occasion!

The hall was great..the waitstaff was terrible..they wouldnt clear dirty dishes from tables. They was rude the walked around with trashbsgs at 9pm when we had the hall till 11..they told guests there was no cake but yet afterwards we had plenty to take home..lazy..plus family seen them taking containers of the food we had paid for home with them..

The hall was small, perfect for small for private events. The decor is suberb. Some is questionable like the jug for water.Service was terrible.As a guest, I am appalled by the waitresses. The waitresses who were manning the tables kept stepping on the dresses of the guests including me. How would you like it if someone purposely stepped or dirtied your clothes like some barbarians?Not very much.Your guests should be treated with respect. It takes great effort and expense to look as great as we do.Over all I had a wonderful time. The food was very good, the sound was ok. The temperature was perfect and the decor was really well made.All I am concerned is with the staff manning the tables. Stepping on guests is NOT ok.

A bunch of liars that steal personal items and tell you they don’t have them when the phone they have of mine has the “where’s my iPhone” app and said it was there and they knew it was red when I never said the color... will be posting publicly to fb and where ever else I can because this is ridiculous they think they can keep someone’s phone and backpack.

Queen’s Palace is simply spectacular. We had our 40 Year Class Reunion Banquet there, and everyone loved it tremendously. Ecorse High School Class of 1978 is forever grateful to Ghada and Kamil for accommodating our needs.

This place is an eyesore. It looks like an Arab strip club on the outside. There are convoys of Dearborners hanging out of car windows speeding in and out every time they hold an event here.
