I was quoted a different price over the phone and when I got there I was told a more expensive price. Either they dramatically increased their prices OR she based the price on my appearance. Not cool!

Ive never been so disrespected in my whole life. The lady that speaks for everyone in the salon said, You can go back where you come from. When I told her that I do not want to pay $53 for a fill, when the full set cost $60 the last time I was here. She tried to give me $5 off for her rude remark, but I had to leave. Im new to this area and I will never go back to them.

Ive been going to Connie for my hair for 18+ years. She is so talented and I constantly get compliments on my hair. I highly recommend her. Lee is amazing for nails, and she gives the best foot massage, ever! All the gals that work here do a great job, so you cant go wrong. 😍💇‍♀️💅

Favorite place to get my hair and nails done. New to the area and found this place by chance and have had the best professional experience. First time had my nails done by Lisa and Van both did a wonderful job, manicure and pedicure have lasted 7weeks now (other places ive been to and paid high price for would chip next day)!Most recent visit got my hair done by Connie and WOW, best customer service and phenomenal job on color and cut. Will not go anywhere else after this. Affordable prices for high quality standard. Thank you ladies!!

Lisa does the best pedicures of my life, and Ellie is an artist on hair and eyebrows. Everything is cleanand sanitary. The ventilation is good and prices are quite reasonable. I would highly recommend this salon.

First and foremost, Id like to address that Ive been coming to this nail salon since I was about 11yrs old and have never had a problem. Yesterday, I went in to get my nails and toes done for my wedding on Sat. and even though the staff and atmosphere were friendly and helpful, my wants were not listened to and I left feeling overcharged and obligated to say I liked the work, Even after I tried recommunicating my wants at least 5 times with pictures. The attached pictures on yelp are of what I wanted and what I received. I was charged $93 in total not including tip. The new pedi kits ($40) are subpar, I had to come home and re-pummas my feet. I think this was more the new kits and not the person. My nails on the other hand, I was just not listened to. ($53) I asked for sq sq nails and some came out with rounded corners. Showed pictures of what I wanted, purple sideways brushed tips with the painted flower on my ring finger (painted flowers have been done there before) but that is not what I got. I received a purple French tip with a corner cut decal of flowers sealed in gel. And was told dont know what painted flower means. I had to add petals to my left hands decal to make the decal not look so corner like. They are pretty and will do, but not worth what I paid and not what I wanted for my special day. Something besides sorry well talk to our staff based off the replies on yelp needs to be done.😔😔 Overcharging for inadequate work is not very good business.

I have had very good experiences at Top Nails. I understand where the woman below me is coming from. But in all honestly bringing a 2 1/2 year old to get their nails done is ridiculous. The fumes and acrylic dust is not good for a young childs lungs in the first place. Maybe spend some quality time with your granddaughter somewhere else than a nail salon.

I would not recommend this top nails. Christine was very nice and did what I asked but my nails were very thin and one broke a day or two later. I went on to call so Christine could fix it but they said she was not available for about 30 minutes, I then asked if someone else had the time right now to fix it because I cannot wait and they told me yes no problem. I went in and no one was available mind you this was minutes later and they said I would have to wait. If no one was available they should not have had me drive there just to be told I would have to wait anyways. Safe to say I wont be going back there again.

Staff needs to be educated on how Groupon works. My hairdresser Diane did an excellent job on haircut/style. Thanks Diane!

Visiting from out of town and went to the closest salon to my location. Walked in, was seated immediately, had a great Mani/Pedi with Vi (Vee?) and Tiffany. Great job, especially the Pedi. Very pleasant staff. Very surprised at the price, ($35 for both) which included a salt scub. Cant get that where I came from! Will definitely return on my next visit.

I like how connie does my hair and eyebrows and i like how lee does my nail. Highly recommended

Ive been a customer of this salon for over 25 years. My Daughter, my 2 1/2 year old Granddaughter and I went for a pedicure. When we arrived I informed them we wanted three pedicures. My Granddaughter sat with my Daughter for about 45 minutes asking was it her turn. My Daughter said your next but when Lisa was done she just got up, didnt say a word and started somebody else. My Granddaughter said Mommy is the lady coming back? We didnt know what to tell her so Judy stepped in and did her pedicure. When I was paying I asked Lisa if it was a miss understanding and she said NO she didnt have time to do her pedicure. As a Grandmother I was very upset how rude she was. I will never give that salon my time or money again.
