I definitely recommend this place. I have been searching for a really long time for a good haircut. My hair is curly so Ive had bad experiences in the past with haircuts. But Jeremy did such an amazing job. He gave my hair volume. I loved it so much I went back for highlights and it was another great experience. I absolutely loved my highlights! Jeremy also did an amazing job with my dads haircut, my dad loved it (and hes really picky with his hair). I also recommended Jeremy to my nephew and he was also very happy. Mai gave my mom a haircut and she also did an amazing job. She gave my mom a really nice style. Reasonable prices and excellent service!

Took my grandma and myself to do a manicure and a pedicure. I clip my nails and grow them so all I was looking for was a quick trim and buff. I felt like I constantly had to correct her on the clipping as one side obviously looked rounded and the other squared. Just seems like it shouldnt be a detail to miss. I mean who doesnt want their nails to look even? As for my grandmother she had her toes done and the associate who did them accidently hit the fresh paint on the big toe and fixed it. Looked terrible. If you take a chunk out just remove the nail polish and start over for an even coat. Very disappointing as this should be some basic 101 skills.

I made an appointment last Sunday and it took a good amount of time to even get a table. NO prep work done before my acrylic tips were on and my nails currently are ALREADY LIFTING. Sure my nails ended up pretty but are already lifting.In the other salon I attended they would last almost two months6/25: one officially chipped and they only told me to wait but i was not about to have them work on my nails once more. This was a bad service. Last time im ever coming

I came in today not knowing what kind of hairstyle or color I wanted to get, however the stylist Joni was so sweet and helped me figure out what style and color would be best for me. I am extremely happy with the service and will be coming back to maintain my hair. I would highly recommend Joni! She is usually off on Tuesdays and Thursdays but has availability most of the other days, I can’t wait to be back! The overall salon and customer service was amazing!

Jeremy styles and cut my hair and he does an amazing job! I recommend this place 100%. I recently got a haircut and face wax, the value is great and the service is excellent. The staff are pleasant and helpful! Mani and pedi are excellent as well!

Similar to another person here, the lady who helped me forgot that I had asked for round half way through, and she did round on one hand and square on the other. I reminded her again after and now my nails on my right is are much shorter now…. $35 is not worth it for this type of experience.

I am extremely glad that I came to Excel for my Japanese straightening after much research on the products. Jeremy did an excellent job and I am very happy with my results and the cost! I will be returning for regular touch ups, and manicures!

Danny does an amazing job on nails! So quick and pays attention to detail! The owner is so sweet and welcoming and brings such a great energy once you walk in. The whole staff is sweet and friendly. I took my girl there today for a haircut, and this place is money hungry. Be careful! They will tell you different prices when you checked out to pay. I had a confrontation with the girl sitting in the front. I said to her face if you are going to raise your price, you need to speak to the mother, not to my 16-year-old kid. My kid doesnt know what youre asking of her. She started whispering and giving me a run-around. Shes such a BS. I think shes the owner/manager of the place. Too bad, they just lost another customer. I give them no stars.

Danny is the best! I love my nails every time I get them done! I am the pickiest client ever when it comes to the shape of my acrylics and Danny knows exactly what I want! I like my acrylics a certain way every time and I dont even have to say anything because he already knows exactly what to do when I sit down! I get daily compliments on how beautiful my nails are and every time I go in I look forward to what gorgeous idea Danny has for me next!

I would highly recommend going to see Danny if you want the nicest looking nails in town!! I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails, and Danny is THE BEST EVER in his art. He knows what he is doing, doesnt use the cheap stuff that ends up making your nails lift- and he does a fill in a little less than 1 hour!! He is good- I mean very good.....and I give them a 5 star review!!!!!!

Tom is AMAZING with dip powder. Even after a full 3 weeks my nails look shiny, gorgeous and I still get compliments. No chips or lifting. Ive been a customer for many years. So pleased with my mani/pedis!

Mai does a great job. She is expert at hair coloring and I receive compliments on the vibrancy yet naturalness of the color. She is sweet and always listens to my requests, which is often not the case with stylists.On another note, this salon had a change of ownership in this past year and I see that the negative reviews are from before that change occurred. My family enjoys our experiences at Excel.

Really bad costumer service nail ladies had a disagreement between them, and didn’t care about customer watching them, one of them was to rude, one lady told the one was near me to move away and she hadn’t finish her job, she got mad and scratched customer legs when taking away the lotion previously applied to customer. Lady that was charging seems to enjoy arguing with unsatisfied customers, she was loud. Really, really bad service won’t recommended. Seems that they care more about money than customer service. Shame on you ☹️

Danny has been doing my acrylic nails for a while now and hes the best of the best! He does them perfectly each time and Im only in there for about 45 minutes. I really recrommed this place to everyone. I have also got my hair colored here a few times which all have come out great! The people are super nice and friendly, and their store is more upgraded everytime I come back! So they must be doing something right 😉

I came to get my nails done and a brow wax. The lady told me I needed my callus done which I didnt and kept on telling me I didnt. I know I didnt since I am a licensed cosmetologist. I also needed my eyebrows done and lips done. There was a lady at the door rushing her to finish as she had another customer. She charged me $60.00. I got home looked at my brows and lips and did a lousy job because she was being rushed and the French manicure was the worst. My daughter does better. Will never foe back to this place.

When I need a mani/pedi or spa treatment, I love to go to Excel Beauty Salon in Aliso Viejo. There’s such a nice atmosphere and they do a great job. The people who work there are very friendly and the quality of work is great. I’ve had my eyebrows waxed, mani-pedis, even my hair done. They just do an amazing job and there are plenty of people to help you.

I come here for my haircut. I highly recommend Jeremy he does a great job!

They boy did not come back out right .. my mother in law took him in ... The haircut looked like one of those bowl cuts ... 13 bucks that ill never see again and the boy maybe scarred for life ... try at your own expense.

Danny is the best manicurist ever! so if you want some great nails be sure to book an appt with him in advance because he is very busy! All of the hair stylists and pedicurists here are great too! These are my dip manicure halloween nails done by Danny! How amazing are they?!
