They cant handle the simple task of answering the phone. They put you on a brief hold indefinitely. Seriously, dont waste my time guys

They were all extremely helpful especially Nate who walked out to my car and carried some of my returns. It was nice especially after going to the UPS Brookline Center where the employee couldnt be bothered taking my return.

I go here often and the employees are efficient, friendly and knowlegeable!! Makes mailing a breeze!

Sadly shipping and mailing quality isnt something you notice unless its terrible. I want to thank the entire crew at this UPS for being so helpful and knowledgable. Thanks so much for the great service!

Very professional, fast, precise, friendly. Experts at advising the cheapest, fastest way to ship to a destination. Undaunted even by international customs forms. Been going here several times a year, especially Christmas, for about ten years. Only had one mediocre experience and the manager reached out personally to make it right. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Quick service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. This is my go-to local UPS store. I have to go in here for business errands weekly and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always quick to take & send out packages. Out of the countless times I’ve been here, I’ve never had to wait in a line longer than 2 minutes (that is, if there even is a line!). Also their prices are competitively lower compared to other UPS stores in the area. I’ve gone to the UPS store off Pacific Park and LaPaz and was charged $1.99 for the same package/bag that I always buy from this location for only $.60! One UPS store employee explained that each location may vary their prices based on the owners, so be aware that prices may change when visiting different locations. I will continue to visit this store location (in Aliso Viejo, next to Ralph’s) with ease, knowing I receive a better deal on prices and continue to receive convenient service.

I cant emphasize more in how convenient this store is for me. The line at the central post office is always long and time consuming. Happy to have somewhere that also offers your typical everyday office solutions like laminating printing etc.

.La paz road seems to have everything I need including a UPS store--last but not least. The guy who helped me out was friendly and handled a busy time with no sweat. In other words, the service was fast and non complicated. Wish I could say the same for the post office...derp

The UPS stores have never let me down. I have a hard time using Fedex due to some of their rates and policied with respect to signatures. Having a local UPS Store kind of takes me back to the old scholl when I used to come here with my parents. Cheap and Easy, you cant ask for much more than that.

This is the 3rd year I have had my UPS box with them and the guys and gal behind the counter are friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. they are a 10 out of 10!

Beyond disappointing. I paid damn near 300 dallors for the LARGE Po Box so I could Retrieve my packages after hrs if i couldnt get there before they close. Problem is, even with smallest packages i get a drop slip and have to find time to go back while there while they are open. When it would more then fit in my box. The frustration comes from paying more then 200 bucks over the price of the SMALL box for the Convenience. Which is nothing more then an Inconvenience due to a lack of people doing their job. This has happened a number of times and i normally let it slide. But im pretty over it at this point. Someone has gone as far as taken there time to put a drop slip in my box when it would have taken the same amount of time to put the package. I mean it was a freaking envelope guys. Comeeeee onnn! Not worth the money thats for damn sure.

Theres never a wait and staff is friendly. I love they have these stores for my christmas shipping needs.

If I could recommend people to use ups for their shipping, this would be the most recommended location of any in the Orange County Area. There isnt a location super close to home but this is my go-to for most of my office and shipping necessities.
