Definitely would recommend. They where very upfront and honest. They could have easily sold me a new furnace like most companys would. We where able to replace my blower motor and is working great again. Very friendly and personable. Definitely will be using for my future needs and would recommend.

Came home to water all over my basement. Called Todd and he figured out that the drains were plugged. Had the issue fixed quickly and helped clean up the basement.

We recently purchased a home with the orginal HVAC systems in that were getting to the end of their life.Todd came out and explained what the current issues were and our options to repair or replace the units. He was very straight forward and down to earth. We ended up replacing both units. Todd installed the units himself and went the extra steps to make a clean/tiddy install (trimming up extra wiring outside so it wasnt laying in the dirt, recalking around the house, letting me paint the brackets and do some landscaping when he had the units out). Highly recommend A Quality and will be having them come out for the yearly services.

Todd has done two full installs for my family (furnace, a/c and water heater)...one for me and one for my parents. His estimates were not only very reasonable but also stayed within budget at the end of the jobs. He was on time, prepared, and cleaned up very well after the install. Did not give as any price or idea about the cost . He change the Round Motor Dual Run Capacitor,35/5 Microfarad Rating,440VAC Voltage . Then He told us who ever service the unit B/4 overfill it with Freion and the unit would not work like that. We live here 10 years and newer have the unit services and it was running fine. He corrected the level. Time He spend here was 1/2 hour total.The bill:Part-capacitor ................. .$145.50X-tra charge for saturday (weekend)...............$160.00labor 1/2 hour...................................................$ 60.00Total bill ......................................................... $365.-I check with Electric Supply Store . US made good quality capacitor sell for $25.00 . We know He have to make profit on parts. Is 7-times mark up normal?? Next day we call him to ask why he did not informed us about the extra charge for saturday or not give us estimate.His reply was :- you did not ask and parts are expesive. We feel this is not fair business practice, some could even call it rip- off .

Amazing Company! Completely honest and superb customer service! I called A Quality for a second estimate for my furnace. I was a little suspicious of the first company that came out because this was just a routine annual service call - Ive had zero issues with my furnace. Within the first few minutes he was there he said my furnace was no good and needed to be replaced and said my CO emissions were dangerously high. He quoted me over $3300.00 and was pushing me to act fast. I was feeling very uneasy about it and decided to call another company. When I contacted A Quality and explained what was going on he offered to come over and take a quick look at the unit and give me a second opinion. He did a thorough inspection of the furnace and ran a test with his CO detector......there were no CO emissions whatsoever. Furthermore, the furnace was functioning perfectly fine. This company saved me from a HUGE and completely unnecessary expense. A Quality took the time to explain everything to me, educating me a little bit on the inner-workings of a furnace. After using their services the first time for a furnace check, I felt that they were honest and did not try to sell me something that I did not need. They actually informed me that my 30 year old furnace was functioning fine.I had an issue with my furnace years later and they came out that same day and repaired the blower motor. The next time I used A Quality, I had a complete replacement of the Central air unit. Todd was awesome! He told us the night before our appointment that he would arrive between 9 and 9:30 a.m. He called at 8:30 the next morning to say he would arrive between 9:15 and 9:30. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our furnace, which was not working. It was quite cold out, and only 54 degrees in the house. He told us exactly what needed to be done, gave us the cost to replace the part, and efficiently completed the work. Very polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely use his company again.

We were extremely pleased with the prompt and excellent service that Todd provided for our very old boiler at a very fair price. Our search for someone to do a pre-season checkup turned into more of an emergency when the old boiler wasnt firing and electric space heaters were all we had. Todd had to replace several big parts and got them ordered while he was still at our house so he could install then the next day. Sometimes you wonder if a repairman will know about a really old furnaces of our vintage! Todd was great, explained so much to us and figured out the main problem quickly. In addition to some failing parts, there was an awful soot buildup but he had to clean out. He reset and tested everything several times to make sure the old boiler was working properly. Todd also showed us how to bleed all of the lines to our baseboard heating locations and that made a huge difference to several rooms. We highly recommend A Quality Heating and AC and feel like Todd is now more of a friend that we can always trust in the future! Weve been a customer since 2005, and have never considered calling anyone else. He has come in emergencies (heat went out) and on regular yearly calls. Had everything fixed within an hour. Even after that we have used him for a couple of the inspection fixes and his communication is above and beyond. We received excellent service. 84 degrees and humid at 5 pm, then BOOM A/C went out :( Called AQuality and Todd came out in just a little over an hour later, fixed the issue and now our home is nice and cool :). Gave Todd a call at 7 am on a rainy humid day due to issues with my a/c unit. The fan motor wouldnt kick on, struggled so I explained that to him and since he had many calls and weather wasnt cooperating he said he would give me a call back shortly. Replacement of the motor would cost around 600, which is a scary number, but Ive been told to hold on until he can diagnose the problem. Well guess what...honest person that didnt take advantage of our wallet. Turns out that I ended up paying over half of that and got the unit working again. Sunday night we went out to dinner, came back and the house was cold. I read the indicator light which indicated a problem. I called A Quality because their info was on a magnet stuck to the heater. I figured they were here before...(we moved to our home in april... this is our first winter in this home). The service technician was polite, friendly, and helpful. He told us to shut off the heater because it may cause damage to the electrical board...good tip that probably saved us a bigger problem. He was helpful explaining how the humidifier works and the dampers. The fix needed was quick...the tech went thru possible problems and replaced a a burned out ignition for the pilot light. Cost was reasonable considering it was 9pm Sunday night...it is what it is everywhere you go..it costs...so...that being said...I liked A Quality. They called when they were 5 minutes away extending courtesy for us.Ok...that was our first experience.Second One;Todd installed a new heater and air conditioner Spring 2020. He was competitive with his price compared to bigger companies. He did the right thing when we first hired him and he treated us right with this purchase and installation.We will trust Todd and use him for the future. Highly recommend him.We value people with integrity and Todd demonstrated that.

My air conditioning went out on one of the hottest weeks of the summer so far. Todd came as soon as we called. Todd found a part on my unit that was broken and was able to fix the problem and get our air back up and running.
