Terrible organization. If you get a job and they tell you you need to go through PeopleReady decline the job. They try to acess an individual through a 50 question online survey and if you fail they will not work with you for a year. They cannot explain your deficiencies or let you do anything with them. Terrible way to judge people by using an algorithm that cannot see who people really are. It is sad that this is what the hiring process has turn into.
