I try to be respectful as much as possible, this company is a scam. After telling them several times that “please remove my name from their system” as I don’t want to work with them. Every single day, I get calls from a different recruiter saying that I’m a good fit for blah blah role. At this point, I’m very frustrated and I will sue this company for harassing me.

I am very frustratedI had a call because the recruiter fromt metro cystem found my resume onlike. the first intervew was conducted. after the first intervew they told i am a good fit because of my personality and i am willing to learn. i didnt hear back from the recruter, when i called her back she told me that i wasnt selected. i asked why wasnt i selected, she told me no reason then she told me that she will speak to her head manager to see if i can get another chance for another intervew, i called/email even went to the office, i drove 2 hours to go to the office nobody was there. i called over and over go straight to voicemail. Iam frustrated

I worked for Metro a few years back, they had a great team. Unfortunately, now they are not the same. I had a recruiter send me an email about a position, I replied and never heard back. Then she sent me another position, called, no response, email sent, didnt hear back. Hiring the right recruiters is the first step in an consultant agency. If you hire bad workers, your going to get the same quality in return.

Did not handle my aws contract well and would not pay me. They think me getting harassed by other employees is a joke.

This recruiting company is absolutely terrible. Their recruiters are like used car sales people. I fell for their tactics initially, but soon realized that they are full of (you know what).Theyll say that your resume is perfect for a certain position and that it pays X amount to lure you in. Then theyll ask you for your resume as if theyve never even had it to begin with. They are rude and they do not listen. They will ask you questions youve already answered. You can tell them that youre not interested and to be removed from their list...and then theyll just contact you again as if theyve never talked to you before. They dont read your resume (or they never had it in the first place). Theyll say youre perfect for a Helpdesk Specialist position, when youre clearly at an Architect level already. smh.After a few negative experiences, I even tried to contact their HR department in an attempt to rectify their ways, but *crickets.I wish there was something in place to regulate terrible recruiting companies such as this one. How is this place still in business?DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!

This company deceives people by changing their resumes to meet what the client demands are. They will take candidates and put certifications on their that cause individuals to lose employment. Metro Systems will put you in harms way and devalue you in front of the client. At many times they asked a candidate to dumb down their resumes and change titles to meet the employment quotas. Be careful, is the job worth being taken away for deceitful practices.

These recruiters do everything wrong. Literally everything. So rude, annoying, nosy, impatient, and don’t care about your wants/needs. TypicalJob seekers, email me if you need a different agency. I know plenty of recruiters at much higher profile companies

I really wish I could give this company zero stars. Megan, Krystal and Laura constantly waste precious time by emailing and calling me like they have hot job offers. They’re extremely rude on the phone, constantly talking over you and rushing you off the phone promising to get you more information and a follow up phone call/email. Neither of which ever happens. Instead they call you months later as if they’ve never spoke with you before to do it all over. Absolutely horrible recruiters and consulting firm.

Wow just spoke with Megan and she just wanted to get information for a skills matrix. She called me two days in a row like there was a hot job she had to tell me about. In the end she was just fishing for information. Not a good experience at all.

Unprofessional and rude internal employees who treat consultants like craps. Only good thing is that my client company is really good. But the Metrosystems is a horrible consultant company. It makes the shady Indian companies look like saints. Metrosystems will nickle and dime it’s emplyees and downright lie when asked for a raise after more than a year. The raise itself is a hit or miss depending on the politics and favoritism instead of employee performance and experience. Also men will make more than women despite having the same experience and position and performance.

Let them convince me to take an opportunity with Amazon AWS as EOT. After they repeatedly called, I finally agreed to interview with a panel of 3 people and was offered a contract to hire. Left a great state job for the offer, which I was lead to believe was a stable career change. Found out they terminate a majority of there contracts before the 90 day period, and the transition to permanent full time staff not only requires a test, but also another panel interview. Less then 25% of the amazon staff I had been working under had been there more than 4 years!I believe them to be practicing unethical hiring processes on behalf of Amazon which is costing several great technicians there jobs and families well being.It is a cut throat environment which was misrepresented the entire step of the way.Do not Recommend in any way!

Recruiting continuously calls me even though I told them I am not interested. Ive blocked their number and they still try to reach me. Unhinged.

***VERY RUDE***I got a call regarding employment opportunity and the recruiter jumps and first thing asks my ex-bosss name. She also asks me about my criminal background checks on the first call. Outwardly rude. I will never want to do business with Metro Systems.
