Wish price list was clearer. Seems like everytime I go, same process different price

Loved the experience everyone was very friendly and I left with the most beautiful nails I have ever seen.

They had us check our temperature to make sure we are not sick before coming in. I really liked that. The did a great job on my gel nails, toes and brows. Very Happy.

One of the guys followed me outside thinking that I did not pay using aggressive behavior asking me for money. I told him I paid with a credit card. I politely drove away while he was jerking at my rear view mirror.

Its not the best, its expensive, but at least I was seen quickly.

Walked in at 7. Had 6 other people walk in after my friend and I. They rushed through both my full set rounded no extras and my eyebrow wax. When I was completely finished they only just started painting my friends nails. The polish is spotty and he totally hacked a simple round file. Im literally sitting outside in tears while my friend finishes. The area around my eyebrows is inflamed and she didnt reduce the size at all. Totally disappointed.

I have gone here for years. Every time I decide to go somewhere else I am very disappointed. They are fast and friendly and do the best quality work in the entire area. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Worst nail pedicure ever. Only 7 toe nails trimmed. Very poor effort in the other usual procedures.Manager acted like a jerk to some customers while I was in the store.Beyond me haow this business stays so busy and has good reviews.7

Been going here for years and the service used to be excellent. On Friday May 22 I got dip powder on my natural nails and they started chipping after 2 days. I have never in my life had dip powder chip. So disappointed.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had

I appreciate the quick nail work and the team work there with clients. Best experience Ive had being here in Louisiana and in a small place at ft Polk. Very affordable at reasonable price and great manners.

They rushed, my nails came out okay the sides was not done all the way. The employees was very nice but don’t want kids/pre-teens to Turn on the massage thing on the chair. and don’t like it when the grown-up to do it, my nail Polish started to peel the Day after I got them done I would go back to them though 🙃🥰

Service here was amazing! I am here visiting from Wisconsin so I don’t know the area well and I stumbled across this place. I had a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. Everyone was inviting immediately and they give the best massages I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Tai did the pedicure and gave the best foot massage I’ve ever had, I would come back just for that. Lana painted both my fingers and toes and they look great great, Be did the neck/back massage and it was amazing. 10/10 experience

I had heard great things about this place, so of course I had to try them out... My pedicure was OK!! My 2nd time getting eyelash extensions there and this time was an absolute mess!! Too much glue and very painful... the first time was very painful and after removing them all of my natural lashes were gone!! I thought extensions were individuals but she put individual lashes and a strip and told me that the strip would help save my lashes!! Crazy!! I am so disappointed with this service and my eyes are so irritated, leaky, and crusty!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to get their lashes done there, I won’t be returning for any of their services!! This was a complete rip off... I been having these lashes on for 4 days now and they are a mess!!

Always a wonderful experience

This place can truly be a hit and miss when it comes to getting your nails done. Sometimes you walk out happy with super cute nails and other times your just like why even bother.

I was pleasantly surprised by this nail salon. I’ve been looking for a new nail salon that is friendly and courteous. The wait wasn’t long. I do planted visit again!

Owner is very rough and extremely rude! If you get anyone else it is a very pleasant experience if not............. : (!!! It seems like every time I go I get her and she will try to talk you into things you do not want and when you say no gets an attitude! She also is very non receptive and rude when you point out something wrong with your nails and refuses to fix it claiming its too late to fix! I only received one coat of polish instead of two and it was one of those colors that are splotchy with one coat. I will not be back and will deter anyone from going there just because of her.

This was absolutely one of the worst experience I have EVER had at a nail salon. I’m not from the area, but I decided to pamper myself with Valentine’s Day coming up. They were almost completely empty, so there was no reason for the woman doing my nails to hurry and rush through putting on my nails. There is STILL glue on my hands, and pieces of the nail hanging off. They were cut too short, and when I told her something she said it was too late. My nails was filed uneven, different shapes, and I was completely disgusted with the service I received as well. I wasn’t greeted or told hello upon walking in. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME!

If I had the option to give ZERO stars, I would.My nails are HORRIBLE, the service was EXTREMELY bad. The lady that did my nail didnt listen to what I wanted done. My nails are not filed correctly nor were they shaped evenly, and also the are all different sizes. I wish I could post a picture of my nail because I would so. I even told the lady that I didnt like the way my nails looked she basically tried to say she didnt understand what I was saying. I will male sure to tell EVERYONE that I know about my experience at V.I.P. nails.
