Let me first start by saying I gave it three stars because of the price is being a little high. Id like to them and they did a good job but I could get everything I got plus more at another salon for almost half the price. I I got my eyebrows waxed a spa pedicure and a dip full set. I wouldnt get my eyebrows done there again oh, because I didnt like how they did it. The spa pedicure was most memorable. I guess I was equivalent to a deluxe pedicure at most places. It came with scrubs lotions hot towels oh, and a bag filled with warm wax wrapped around your feet and legs welcome to my house. Very nice the dip manicure was nice oh, but she charged me an additional $5 for wanting multiple colors. Ive never been charged that before. Also the prices didnt match their prices on the website. On the website it says 57 for a dip full set oh, but she charge me 67. They did have complimentary wine which was nice bonus. After three glasses they didnt ask me if I wanted a refill LOL

Crystal is very patient and creative (you can tell she loves what she does) I saw some designs that I wanted and she recreated them and did an awesome job. It gets very busy on Fridays but they do accept appointments

I got a pedicure and the woman was very kind, gentle, and funny! She did a very nice job. :)

I’ve been here a couple times, and it’s overall good. My issue is that if a mom is getting a pedicure, she wants a leg/foot massage. Especially on Mother’s Day weekend. I know many people get their nails done weekly, but I only get mine done occasionally. So I really look forward to it. To spend money on a pedicure and gel manicure, and get no massage whatsoever, was pretty disappointing. It wasn’t even like it was a bad massage, or a short massage, there was NO massage. Not even lotion on my hands or feet. She left chunks of parrafin on my feet. But my nails mostly looked good. Maybe she forgot...on both services? Even though it’s in the description for both? The first time I went I enjoyed it more.

Absolutely not. I’ve made reservations multiple times and they still just take first vine first serve. I booked a visit for my friend and I to have pedicure together a week in advance. They did ours 45 minutes apart then asked one of us to move so they could start another client. There’s also no way to distance with about 50 people in same room at once. Go anywhere else.

CRYSTALLLLLL IS AMAZINGGGG. I will not go to anyone else! She takes her time, is so sweet, and my nails always look amazing. She takes her time to listen to what the client wants and does amazingly cute designs. You can tell she loves what she does and I love coming to see her. She puts the passion in pink passion nail salon.

I received a manicure and pedicure by Julie and I will NEVER go back to Pink Passion again. Julie, was on her phone most of the time during my service. I make it a point to stay off my phone while I’m being serviced because I think it rude not to. She had no care in the world while talking on her phone. She even stopped working on my pedicure to adjust her FaceTime call. I waited to see if she would apologize for the wait but she did not.Once my pedicure was about over, I asked Julie if she could clean up the polish on my toes and she caught an attitude and gave me a side eye. I can’t make this up. It was so rude and I should have paid for just the service that I had received and left. Being pressed for time and not wanting to search for another nail salon, I unfortunately stayed. I felt rushed like I was on an assembly line. I know nail techs work hard and respect their profession but don’t respect being treated rudely.My manicure was a disaster too. Julie slapped polish on my hands and did not do a good job cleaning up the excess polish on my hands either. I had no energy to ask if she could fix it. At that point, I realized I was not the client that Julie wanted to service. I wanted to be done ASAP. After paying and leaving I also noticed that the polish on one of my big toes chipped. There was no way I was going back inside to have it fixed. My money spends well, and I will do a better job in picking a clean and professional shop that appreciates EVERYONES money next time. It was not worth the energy drain for me and I don’t recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful nails. The person doing my nails was constantly on/checking/answering her phone or texting. She got up a lot to do other tasks. She was in her own world and cut my nails into a coffin shape before checking to confirm thats what I wanted. Thankfully it was. She didnt really speak to me at all but I know a lot of people dont care about that when getting nails done. Maybe she had an off day. It was my first time there. Place is small and kinda dingy. But my nails came out so perfect that Ill keep going. I paid 65$ for my coffin gel nails.

I came in for a full acrylic set. I brought a picture of the custom design I wanted and she followed it perfectly! And she was pretty speedy. I think I was in and out within an hour.

They are very on top of the current nail trends and gave me the exact design I asked for. They were also very quick and very friendly.

Today my daughter went to get her nails done, the tech that did my daughter nails was rude abs and left her after her nails were done . She refused to accept the top because was not 20 %. The only accept cash and my daughter was 1 dollar short to give 20% of the tip.I will never go back that place and I will be calling tomorrow to talk to someone in the store . Instead to educate to the client that nails job are mandatory 20 percent instead to refused and not accept it and be rude .It was our first and last time in this place !!!!!!!

I love this place! They have amazing service! The salon is very pretty inside too! I dont see my self going to a new nail tech anytime soon!

I have gone here twice for their Pink Passion Pedicure; the second time, I brought my husband. They have you book online so that there is no wait when you arrive. Additionally, it prevents having a crowd of people in the salon. The space is very clean and the nail technicians are friendly. The massage that comes with this pedicure is heavenly and worth every penny. The complimentary wine is a great touch! I will definitely be back!

They were very friendly and detail oriented. I got a dip powder manicure and a pedicure. Although it was a little busy, I was in and out before I knew it.

Omg my experience was WONDERFUL. I was cared for in such a graceful manner. Upon arrival, i was greeted by the receptionist with such an inviting tone. She was so helpful with making my choice. Originally i came in with a manicure from another salon (SNS), I don’t have much experience when it comes to nails and I was answered all the questions I had. SUSAN was my tech, she was so patient, sweet and attentive. Susan is so talented at what she does. I got dip SNS and I’m so i love with the experience and my nails. Definitely will come back.

Great experience! I was a walk-in client and they fit me right in. The first lady who did my pedicure had an appointment to do when she started on my gel manicure, so another lady had to jump in and finish my service. Next time I’ll make an appointment, because this is a popular spot. Very happy with my results.

A ton of colors and options to choose from. Very Nice friendly staff, you can make appointments over the phone or online. Very clean environment. Text message reminders for appts. When the owner is in, he always walks around says hi ask if there is anything he can do. NINA does my nails and she always does a great job she does great work Very meticulous.

I made an appointment with Natalie on a Thursday afternoon before a work related Christmas party. I am a nail biter and I need to protect my nails from myself if I dont want them to look disgusting. Natalie is a very professional, sweet young girl who did a great job and gave me exactly what I asked for. I will definitely go back to her in 2 or 3 weeks for a gel polish french manicure for my actual nails and hopefully maintain my natural nails. Extra points for playing 90s music and not Christmas music on loop.

I cant recommend. Lots of little small hiccups that added up to a less than desireable experience. My Spa Pedicure was at 11:00 AM on a Friday. The salon was at 95% capacity. I was sat quickly but waited 20 minutes before anyone came over to service - which didnt bother me much. The Spa Pedicure includes an exfoliating scrub and callous removal but when I got home I was peeling dead skin off with my fingers and my feet dont feel any softer. I noticed more issues once I got home. Id gotten an acrylic tip added to one of my toes - at home I noticed acryllic allll around the cuticle and had to peel that off as well. Also, the woman doing my pedicure was entirely too happy with the cuticle cutters. One toe is hurting as I type this because she cut too much and she cut off the side of another nail I guess to make it appear more narrow but now it will grow out looking horrible. Also, I got no finishing oils or lotions that I saw the woman next to me get. I had to go home and use shea butter on my now dry and un-moisturized feet. So overall job felt rushed and left me unsatisfied. And the cherry on top - when paid, the same woman who did my pedicure took my credit card and didnt tell me how much the service was. Only after I asked she told me shed added a $5 tip to my total without even asking me. This ONLY miffed me because Id intended to give her $10 in cash and because you shouldnt assume anyones ok with you just adding your tip. Also the shop could use a deep clean, I could see food particles in the drink holder and creases of my chair. I wont be back here.

I normally go to another place in Kingstowne but decided to try this one out. Might as well not even make an appt cause theyll accept it then youll still wait 30-45 mins! Maybe I just went on a bad day. I might give them another chance. No issues with my nail tech or anything the place just seems to herd people in with no consideration for their time (whats the point of an appt if youre not going to honor it?)

I went to get a pedicure and my toes done. For my toes I got a simple white color and my nails I got a pink, glitter, & white color w/ design. My total came out to $83 which I felt was fair. Their customer service was amazing. At the beginning of my visit I was a little upset because I had scheduled my appointment with Nina because I heard she was good but she never came. I got assisted quickly after that incident. What I really enjoyed is that when I take “me time” I like to just get my services done and go on my way. My technicians understood that and we’re really talkative.

DO NOT get your eyebrows waxed or tinted here. Wax are uneven and tints last for two days max. Depending on the nail tech nails are good.

Called ahead in the middle of a Sunday and they were able to see me in 15minutes.For those who frequently get their nails done, I had gel removal on both hands and feet, and sns back on nails and gel on toes again. They actually worked as a team!I sat in the pedicure chair and one did my feet and one my hands, talk about a spoiled experience! Thank you so much Helen, for taking the time to see me right away! I was difficult with the colors and kept changing and she was always so polite in asking me what about this color etc, that is so appreciated!Additionally itd been a long week. They never once said anything about my cap being on and headphones in the whole time. Its nice when you dont have to worry about a conversation or having to be social! What a chill, pampered experience! Prices are as expected. This place is so cute! Definitely worth a check out.

I made online appointment supposedly at 2pmI been waiting until 3 I usually get my nail done by Katty unfortunately she wasnt available at that time I been standing an nobody help me until I ask someone that I have online appointment she told me to have a sit until someone can help me 3 more customers come after me and get service before, plus when I finally got help I told the lady I need a acrylic full set manicure, Im really disappointed how she did my nails polish is all out of the edges she didnt do the shape I requested and not even put lotion on my hands when she finished .

Best salon in the area. They have an online appointment system with pricing and estimated times which makes it quite easy to schedule. Bring a picture and they can recreate anything you want. Yen is very creative and a real pro.

42$ just for a full acrylic set and that’s WITHOUT the extra 5$ you have to pay for a different shape then and extra 5$ and up for a simple design and that’s WITHOUT gel? Insane. Full acrylic sets are usually 30$ not 42$. Robbing you blind. And the workers like to give themselves a huge tip from your credit card without telling you. Not worth it.

I came here with my friends and we had the best experience! Everyone was very nice and welcoming. We booth had them pedicure and it was amazing service. Very relaxing and put feet feel so good after the scrubbing and the amazing massage. We love this place and definitely coming back!

It was my first time here and ROSE did a great job on my gel mani and pedi and waxing my eyebrows. The paraffin wax was also a great bonus that they do. It’s very clean and they offer free refreshments. All the ladies were very polite and welcoming. It is a busy place (for a reason) so keep that in mind and be patient as they do work very hard. I also live an hour away and will definitely be back. I’m so happy I’ve finally found a place that does it right and is fairly priced!!!

My first experience here at Pink Passion Nail Spa was great. I am pretty picky about selecting tech but I was in the nearby area and need a refill pretty bad. Give this place a try and was not disappointed at all. I walked in and the place was packed. I though I had to wait long but less than 15 minutes later, they got me set up in. This lady was super quick but efficient and also friendly. We had a good conversation during my service. She did a refill for me and it was a good quality nail service. They had a pretty good selection of color and she choose one that matches mine. The salon was busy but they keep the place nice and clean. I really enjoy the service here due to quality services. Definitely will be back to try their complete services next time.

I got the dip powder for my wedding, having heard dip is better for your nails than gel, and that it lasts longer. After a week and a half, one nail popped off to reveal a green fungus on my nail bed. Mind you, I NEVER get my nails done, so the fact that I got a fungus on my nail was shocking to me. I went to the nail salon immediately after to have all of the nails removed and let the salon know I got a fungus from their service. They didnt seem to care and told me to purchase a fungal remover they had behind the counter. I didnt object, but while I sat in the chair getting the powder removed, I read in big bold letters on the back of the box DO NOT USE ON NAILS OR SCALP. I pointed it out to the lady doing my nails and she told me to talk to Helen about it. When Helen came over, I pointed the bold lettering out to her indicating it was not for use on nails, she said its fine its from DR. I asked why it would have such a warning on the back and she insisted its okay its okay. I gave it back to her and told her I will not be using it. The whole time I was there, all of the technicians were weirdly staring at me and giving me the side eye. I would go to this place with CAUTION. It is obviously unsanitary and they insist on using products that are not for your nails.

Got a refill on my acrylics here about a week ago.Kinda a weird experience from the first time I’ve been there, the lady that did my refill (1st visit) asked me if I had my nails done at another salon because most of them were lifting. Yes they were lifting because I had them for 3 weeks but the refill she did only lasted 3 days.My 2 nails broke within a few days. I came in on Friday to get them fixed and the lady that fixed it commented on my crocs (shoes) asking me if I wore these to work.

Nail salon is sparkling clean! Some of the staff are very nice and other really rude.I got a gift card to use in this nail salon, so I got a Spa pedicure. Service was awesome! But at the time of payment, the lady at front desk got very annoyed I was using a gift card and different ways of payment. Even though it was a gift card issued by the same business

Wow!! I just love this place and the people who offer such excellent service. I arrived 45 minutes before closing and decided to just get a manicure because I wanted to be respectful of their time. But I was welcomed and told to get both the manicure and pedicure I desired because its easier for you. Every person Ive worked with was been wonderful. They know I always come when my daughter returns home from California. Im grateful to have such superb care and appreciate the commitment to making the customer feel so pampered.

Staff is friendly, shop is clean. Some times they offer me something to drink during my appointment. The prices are fair. Not sure how they are with advance designs. Havent tried that yet but overall they do a good job and will correct things that arent right.

5 star service. Other salons need to take notes. This was my first visit, and I came about an hour before they closed. They took their time, always made sure I was comfortable, and did a great job. The salon is clean and doesn’t smell like chemicals. I had a wonderful, relaxing experience and will definitely be returning!

Absolutely horrible! I have gone there several times because I like to get designs and a few of the girls know how to do them. However, every time I go they make me feel like they are doing me a favor not that I am paying for a service. I dont mind paying and tipping well but I would also like to leave happy with what I paid for. They give you an attitude and are very sloppy with your nails. They dont even address your cuticles which should be part of the service.

I received a full set and within a week a nail broke off. I was told to come in to get the nail fixed. The nail technician tried to remove the rest of the nail and ended up cutting me. As she was unsuccessful to remove the nail she had me soak my finger in acetone which stung. After waiting 10 minutes, as I was told, I was then told to come back as her client receiving a full set had come in. Very disappointed as I never had this type of an experience at a nail salon before.

This is by far the best Mani/ pedi Ive ever had! 2 weeks with no dents,and scratch. Excellent quality job and the Polish still look new. Thats rare and Im loved the service I got from here. Ill coming Back here forever!

I love this place, it is nice and clean! There are lots of technicians, so as a walk in your wait is never long. You also have the option to book an appt. in advance online via their website. The male manager is always smiling and very friendly. He is always very accommodating.

I have been going here for 2 years. A few things I have learned along the way. Do not go on the weekends and if you do: expect to be rushed and if you make an appointment it doesn’t matter, you will still wait and have multiple people work on you. Go during the week. It’s a different atmosphere and experience.I have seen a lot of the techs but for the past 8 months I have been only seeing Crystal! She seems to have the most pride of her work, she is very particular and she’s so fun to spend time with. She is extremely personable and seriously does an AMAZING job.The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the prices are high and they keep raising their rates.

The lady that did my pedicure was horrible! She cut 3 toes and then tried to file them. She has a short Bob cut, burgandy with bright red lipstick. I was still charged $32 after expressing my concern. She put lotion and oil on my legs 3 times because it could not mix. Then she put something on the towel to wipe it off. My feet look worse then when I went in. The wax..she mixed it in the bag before putting my feet in it which defeated the purpose then removes the bag and puts lotion on my feet!! So I had lotion, wax and oil mixed on me! HORRIBLE!

I go to Julie and she is amazing. I’ve been coming here for about six months. I come once a month! The nails last a long time they never chip or peel off. She does an exceptional job and is very nice!!

So glad I found this place after moving to the area! Great selection of colors and services, and technicians who care about the end result. I don’t go anywhere else...we all know once you find a great place that it becomes YOUR nail place and that is Pink Passion for me!

I came here about a month ago and my nails still look the same since I got them done. Usually the places I go to do my nails and they crack and chip within about two weeks. I promise if you give this place a try you wont be disappointed.

Loved Pink Passion! Today, was my first time going and was immediately impressed. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and think one of the people to offer me a drink, was the manager. The spa is nice, bright and most importantly, very clean! Amy did my gel manicure and did a great job. She was also very nice and definitely paid attention to detail. I was impressed that they included paraffin with a gel manicure. Other nail salons in the Kingstowne area do not do that. After paying, the same man who greeted me made sure to ask how my experience was. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service. Pink Passion will be my new nail salon!

This place has top notch service!! I go in to gel manicures on a regular basis and each of the ladies I have met are all super friendly and professional!! I had a nail chip and they fixed it promptly with no charge! this is the kind of customer service I really admire and appreciate! highly recommend!!

There are several nail technicians that are great with nail design (Yen, Natalie, Crystal), but all ladies are super nice and welcoming. Best pedicure I have ever gotten. It is now my favorite spot and i will 100% be going back. That is a huge statement because i am very picky and have been to many places in the NCR. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is amazing. Beautiful decorations and ambience. The salon is also very clean and the pedicure tubs have a disposable lining so everything is very sanitary. They have a huge selection of nail colors to chose from. The nail tech did an amazing job on myself and my friends nail tech did amazing as well. Great place!!!!

Worst customer service! I took my little niece to get her nails and feet painted. She was extremely excited because this was her first time going to a nail salon. I wanted her to enjoy every minute of it however the lady that did her nails and feet was very rude and disrespectful. I didn’t get her name but she had a short bob hair cut. She kept yelling at her with instructions to the point that another customer noticed and notified me as I was on another chair away from my niece. I would never recommend this place to anyone! You don’t treat anyone like that, especially young kids. She ruined her first time experience.

I have been here twice for pedicures. This nail salon is top notch. It’s very clean with new pedicure chairs and a beautiful wonderful ambiance with flowers. I can tell the manager really cares about the customers as he frequently asked if I was ok. I will be back. 5 stars!

Terrible for respecting clients time. They do not have anyone working at the desk. No way of keeping track of clients. They say it will be a few minutes and then they ignore you if you as how much longer. This was 30 minutes after my appointment time.

Wife goes there. Very relaxing and the nail techs really take their time. Only problem is they cut my wife’s finger and sanitized it with blue liquid but did not clean the blood off of her finger before surprising her with a dip into the paraffin wax that is used for EVERYONE . Then after that they still painted over the blood which you could still see all around her nail after the manicure was done. Kinda gross. They should stop using the parrafin wax dipping station and instead find a better way to make it more sanitary

I walked in this past Sunday for a pedicure and, I gotta say, this is now my favorite nail salon. The salon itself is peaceful; there are no TVs and no harsh lights. My nail technician was AMAZING. Normally, pedicures hurt when they trim my cuticles and clean up ugly toe nails, but this one was pain free. Pricing is fair- $31 for a pedicure or $36 for the pedicure+callus treatment. Bonus for me: they allow credit tips, which most salons in the area do not. They do prefer cash, I just never have any on me.

I dropped my teen daughter off to get a nail fixed knowing it would be a wait because of it being a weekend. Over 90 minutes later all that had been done was somebody wrapped her nail in foil to remove the rest of the broken nail. The manager said every one else had appointments. Whats the purpose of accepting walk-ins if all the employees are busy with appointments? No wait time was given or updates as to when somebody would be able to help her.

I had a 1:00pm appointment with Crystal. I called informing her that traffic was backed up on 395 and I would be about 10 minutes late. I arrived at 1:09 and was told that she took her next appointment. How would she have another appointment schedule for the same time as me? Also they were extremely rude and would not even communicate with me when I first walked in. I would not recommend this place as they are lacking customer service.

I’ve never received such great nail service before. I mean the experience was amazing. The ladies really know how to pamper their clients. Ladies this is a place that you should really check out.

Gr8 & speedy service

Customer service has gone way down hill! I use to walk in the salon and at least get a courteous, Hi. Now, I get nothing but stares. Ridiculous! I make appointments in advance and still have to wait 30 min to an hour. It is time to look elsewhere for my nail services. Note, that this spa is for basic nail services. No designs and no stones that last 3-4 weeks.

Nina did a wonderful job. She was friendly and talked with me the entire one. I typically don’t like nail salons because of poor service and lack of quality of care, however this salon does both very well.

This place is a joke. Sent my sister here with her friend. The lady she got was very rude and disrespectful. My sister sat down and said exactly what she wanted including she wanted matte top coat. Lady decided it was “trashy” and she wasn’t going to do it without even consulting my sister. The nails are uneven and not even painted covering the whole nail bed.

I gave them 4 stars because they were professional and friendly and the environment was as best as can be expected considering I went the latter part of a Friday afternoon. I found that making an appointment online for a Friday late afternoon, really didnt mean much because there still was a bit of a wait. The nail tech that was assigned to me did the best she could to give me what I asked for (square shaped sns powder french tip - modernized meaning thin white tip rather a fat white tip reminiscent of the early 2000s lol) The SNS powder was not agreeing with her so we ended up just doing a natural look with the natural pink only. I still chose to tip and I plan to go back primarily because everything was basically perfection with the exception of not quite getting what I wanted. From what I observed of the other women there; their nails came out looking like pure perfection in my opinion. Its quite obvious they really care about their quality of work.I do plan on providing an updated review once I go back in a couple weeks. I have no doubt I will be able to give the full 5 stars at that point.

I was there for pedicure and manicure . The employees have to fix my nails 3 times they told me something its wrong whith the paint and the lady just put it back . IF YOU KNOW SOMETHING ITS WRONG WHITH YOUR PRODUCTS ...... Why you put in back ?? Just take it off . How many customers have to used expired products . f you want to used expired products you know where its the best place to go good luck 😉

Terrible customer service, arrived and waited to check in for 10 min, selected my gel color and was told to sit at one of the tables, was told to move 10 min later, someone without any conversation sat down and applied the acetone and cotton/tinfoil to my nails and then walked away again without any conversation. I was told to move again 5 min later. I waited 20 min, while the acetone began to burn my skin...still no one has actually spoken to me.I removed the tinfoil to release the burning and as I am feed up and leaving finally someone says oh I’ll do it now.My skin in red and irritated around my nails and my nails are curled from the tight wrapping of the tin foil.

I was excited to visit this salon based on the reviews until I went there. I had a 1:30pm appt on a Sunday and they had me sitting there for thirty minutes as they took on other customers that arrived after me. I left the salon due to this treatment and will not come back again.
