I was recommended by an older gentleman who works there to come and to get a pedicure, so I went and the first thing I noticed was the person doing the pedicures was using the same tools on me as the last person! Now I have both of my Big toes that have a fungus and they are brown! NEVER AGAIN!

Never again! The nail tech clipped an ingrown toenail out of my big toe. It was extremely painful and I politely asked her to stop 4 times. She told me “no” and continued to cut it out, removing the entirety of my toenail. It looks infected and it has been throbbing for 12 hours. This should have been done by a medical professional! I left the salon bleeding, with no bandage.

I love this place, I have my feet and nails done. It’s like going to see family. I’m handy-caped and they treat me with great care. They couldn’t treat me any better if I was family. They are very friendly and helpful. My daughter gets her eye lashes done and they look so natural, they do a great job.

Nails stayed on on whole month....Ill definitely drive from deridder la to alexandria for Nails 4us 💅

I had a great experience at this location. They were very customer focused. I got a pedicure and full set.

They didn’t do the service I asked them instead took it upon themselves to do extra I didn’t want in the first place just to get an outrageous bill at the end. The listed prices are not what they charge you at the end of services, I was robbed for mediocre work!

Worst pedicure ever. 3 different people performing my service a forth translating and what I wanted was still lost in translation. It took nearly 2 hours and I still didnt get my polish change for my nails. This place has been around a very long time and they used to provide a great service. That is no longer the case. The salon needs desperate updating, polish selections are extremely limited and proffesionalism is non existent. Please dont waist your time.

It doesn’t take 2 hours to do short baby nails. At first it was going great, until they was switches places the man was very rough and rude. Horrible service never again 👌🏾!!

Had the best pedicure since I moved back from California 8 months ago! Believe it or not though the prices are higher here. About the only thing though!

The older lady that did my pedicure left me with an infection on my big toe, im guessing from not the cleanest tools. Peroxide and neosporin have been my help.

I absolutely loved my nail tech. the pedicure there was unbelievable. I got great customer service it was my first time ever going there and please believe me when I say I will travel these extra 35 minutes to go and let this woman do my pedicure. I am not sure what her name was but she did a fantastic job. And not to mention the prices were better than half of what I paid in Lake Charles for worst customer service.

This was my first time coming to this nail salon and I totally loved it the service is super good and the girl who was doing my nails seen my mom was waiting for me so she hurried and did my nails and I love them! New favorite nail salon!

Great Work & relaxing environment. Ive been coming here for 3yrs. Polite workers with awesome customer service!They have a large Variety of Nail colors.& The only place I let wax my eyebrows!!

Ann is great. Gel nail polish long lasting, doesnt chip as soon as some other shops I have gone to.

They take their time doing your pedicure and your nails love it you feel so relax when you leave

Dear Nails 4 u. This was my first experience with you guys and my last. My feet are sore i have marks that burned for 2days from the pedicure.. Neosporin and peroxide has been my companion since friday. Yes you tried to talk to me as i sat in my car but at tgat moment it was too much.. Please be gentler to others...
