If it were not for Dr Morris I’d run away as fast as I could from them. I absolutely hate this place. Dr Morris is amazing but unfortunately her colleagues are lazy and unproductive. I could call for days at a time and not get a response from anyone. Now Dr Morris is out of the office and I’ve been told for days someone would be sending my medications in and they keep pushing me off on someone else. I even called to let them know I landed in the hospital with a new diagnosis and no one has called even after I’ve been calling non stop. This place is horrible and all I keep hearing is I’m sorry let me send an urgent message over which makes no difference because a person could be dead and in the ground before they realize it and call.
Doctor ignored my complaint and started addressing issue not a concern. Her assistant had to insist that the real complaint be addressed. Did not give me the lab test she stated she was. They refuse to make lab report. I have nit received good care under new doctor and assistant. Prejudice against black (nonhispanic)patients
My experience here was just okay. It wasnt that hard to make an appointment over the phone, and upon arrival I was called to the doctors room about 10 mins after the appointment time. The doctor was very nice and helpful, she took care of all of my concerns during my general checkup.Some of the staff, on the other hand, are very disorganized. It took almost 40 mins to get out after the checkup. They kept leaving the desk and coming back to schedule my next appointment. I told them that I had another unrelated appointment scheduled for next week but they tried to schedule one for 3 weeks later, so I had to remind them that it was already set. They also kept asking what was the reason for my gyno appointment, even when I was sitting in the waiting area with other people around. It wasnt a big deal but I was surprised at the lack of privacy.
Terrible service. Always late and have terrible terrible attitudes. I missed class waiting for my call in appointment at 2... didn’t get a call from them until 3:30. Happened to me several times. Coming here is a waste of time.
I’ve been calling for a couple of days now. I’ve waited 15 minutes each time.. even with 1003 extensions. The last time I went in person and saw 3 people at the front desk. I don’t understand why no one ever picks up the phone. When I went in they didn’t even know what I was asking and I still need to get a hold of someone. Is there any other way than just calling or going in ?!!!Update: I called today and the process went smooth and I really Love Lesley M. She is the best!!

Ive been trying to pay my bill for months now for a covid test back in MAY! My insurance paid for most of it but I have no idea how to go about paying the rest lol. I dont want to open up my mailbox and receive a collections notice. No one answers the phone, all voicemails are full. I cant walk in. I dont have the information to do an HSA payout....Can someone just please see this review and reach out from the office? I understand youre inundated but I want to make sure my bill is paid. What I dont understand is how it is so difficult to give you money. I think youd want to get paid.
The receptionists behave unprofessional.They don’t answer the phone calls.You have to wait in the waiting room 30-45 minutes if you have appointment or not, Specially in pediatric section.The doctors are good.
This clinic only treats Latinos. I tried calling and was told they got no new patient appointments until after 4 months. I went to the office and noticed all of patients are Latino. Its unfair and its pure discrimination. They need to serve all people not just Latino majority. Even the people that work here are mostly Latino.
Slow service & very disorganized

I got to the appointment just on time. Wasted time trying to park, there was a moving truck blocking the empty parking spaces. After 15 minutes waiting they called my name to tell me they had to reschedule because they are very strict with the time. Never going to this place. The only reason I went here was to see a doctor I saw before. I live half an hour away (with traffic its more) and its hard for me find someone to watch my kids. I didnt even argue with the receptionist but I want to let you know to be aware.
I don’t even know where to start? First of all they don’t know the concept of appointment, they want you to sign in weather you have an appointment or not so by the time your name is called after a number of people, obviously you’re late for your appointment. I have been there two times and both times I had appointments but they tell me I didn’t make the appointment. The nurses are very rude and unprofessional specially if you have a child with you. Their attitude will make you feel very uncomfortable know that it’s a medical facility for low income family. They don’t have to behave like as if they are paying for you treatment from their own pockets.
Dr. Varona is a good doctor she takes care of my mom really good!

Who worked at front desk is very rude customer service this happened not only on me and not only today. But the nurse are very good and so politesse.
When you call early each month they say our schedule is full come later on when you come later on they say still not open for next month, if you arrive 2 mintus late they dont accept you, but, but if you come on time then you have to wait for 30 mintus just the nurse make sign in then no one coming 45 more so bad experience with this center
The worst Neighborhood Health center I’ve ever been. I went to make an appointment at 8am and they gave me the next available at 10:30am but was told to stay that I could see the Doctor before that time. I waited since 8 to 11am. I talked to the personnel upfront and they told me that the doctor had more important patients to check before me. I finally was called at 11:10 because I insisted that it was my turn to go. The doctor told me to wait the nurse it was 11:30am and nobody came back so I went out and somebody saw me and called the nurse. It was 12:45Pm when the nurse came. I waited 2 hours to see the nurse.
Some lazy people sitting at the desk don’t know how to handle the customer service desk. I don’t understand why these useless people come to work when they don’t know what to do.All they worry about how to collect money from people. Even when I call, there is no answer for the first 20 minutes and when they pick up they speak rudely and roughly. I am very disappointed specially for the lab work when there is an inexperienced lady pokes into your arms multiple when she does not see the blood vein to draw blood.
Id give the Doctors alone more stars if I could but I have to rate the overall experience here.Trying to get through to someone on the phone sometimes can be an all day affair. Trying to get through to someone for your results, or to a Dr./Dr. assistant can take weeks.I waited around 4 weeks before I was able to get someone to give me results from a test. They didnt call the number I requested until after 3 weeks and as many times as I have called to get them, they have always transferred me to someones voicemail.I finally got a message on the correct phone number stating anyone could have helped me. So for 4 weeks my mental and emotional health waiting on these results had taken a downward turn because of unnecessary waiting.They have even asked for the best number and 5 minutes later will call the incorrect number. Its maddening. I seriously feel un-cared for here.
Employees need customer service skills. When they have someone with excellent customer service skills they are jealous and basis for what ever reason basically they are horrible my kids will no longer go here and if your kids are here find a new clinic good doctors horrible receptionist

I have a very bad experience with this facility and the staff. I was ONLY one minute late for my wife’s appointment that I drove 80 miles all the way, however I called that I will be late a little, but they canceled the appointment. And my wife should have been seen by the doctor due to some serious health issues.
I had radiation treatment yesterday. I called 6xs trying to see if dr could prescribe antibiotics for a severe sinus infection infection. I was very ill and angered that no one was them was comunicating about my issues issue. It seem they didnt know radiation, 6ft away from people.They had me come in when I was full of radiation. No one cared. Waiting room was packed.

This place takes advantage of ppl who are in need, their dismissive to the elderly and have poor customer service. My mother was seeking assistance in an extraction and was late to her appointment, they refused her service although she had already paid and refused to make her another appointment and told her the money she paid was not to be refunded.You people should be ashamed of yourselves

Worst place EVER, my wife who speaks Spanish and English had a doctor ( woman, older, Filipino ) didnt understand my wife and always was rude and did not listen to my wife . And the customer service people are useless ! truthful would not even give a star more like ) stars!
Unprofessional, not on time at all today I had an appointment at 1:15pm but they called me by 2:53pm I really recommend you to not do business with them youll wist your time.

I had one consultation per call, I waited 15 days for a face-to-face consultation today. I showed up and waited an hour sitting waiting for my turn when I asked at the main desk if it was almost going to pass because an hour had already passed they said that I had not shown up for the appointment. How is it possible I was sitting there for an hour waiting? The attention is bad and they take a long time! Dont go if you dont have time to wait long. Most do not treat you kindly.
Very good attention the reception ladies very attentive and friendly especially the lady who sits on the left, for me it is an excellent service nurses and doctors very friendly and attentive I recommend excellent service on all reception very grateful to all of them. If we patients have a bad day, they dont want to say that we are going to treat the ladies at the reception badly. They are very kind and attentive. They help a lot. Grateful with them.
