It was a long wait, but we just had an excellent crew of 2 do the final install of our fiber optic cable internet connection today. The guys were very focused and efficient, but also quite pleasant. The new fiber optic service is so fast as to blow away anything Ive previously had (including Charter). Thanks for the great install and the great new Internet speed!

We use them for our business internet service and have had a couple small problems but they have been extremely fast with resolving them.

We have Gardonville for both our home service and for my business and they are the best local company! The service techs are all employees care and will go above and beyond to help when needed. If you have the option to use Gardonville, try them out!

We have had Gardonville service for over 10 years and couldnt be happier. Over the years weve found customer service very responsive to any needs, promptly addressing problems and concerns. The services have evolved with changes in technology, prices are competitive, and our internet speeds are fantastic, especially considering the number of trees around our home. Its great to do business with a local company that we know and trust.

A monopoly at its finest. Making everyone pay 80 bucks for 10 mb internet. Because apparently you need a voice service to make the deal work.

My internet works great! No issues so far, and the tech support was knowledgeable and friendly helping setting up my router.

Gardonville handles my business phone and Internet. When I have an issue, usually which turns out in the end not to be theirs, I email their people and, within five minutes, my email lights up or my phone rings. I have no special privilege with them and they seem almost obsessed with taking care of any issue I encounter. Try THAT with some multi-national conglomerate.

Horrible. Get dial up much more reliable than gardenvilles service. And the tech support is a joke. The internet works maybe half the time. Very disappointed. Hoping that someday there will be another provider in our area.
