Third time used. Puroclean Arlington for water in basement. Excellent efficient skilled work. Provided se real big fans that dried all. Responded quickly. Got my cleaned carpets back in couple of days. Team installed and put every item in basement moved back in place. Left basement better than it was before.

We had water damage at our house, and not certain how to start the repair. PuroClean of Alexandria really helped out throughout the process, explaining each phase and getting it ready for final restoration. They started by tackling the core issue of water damage by drying out the space with industrial sized machines, and even took out the bathroom tile, underneath was completely wet. There were some mole growth, and they coordinated getting mole tested, thoroughly scrubbed the mole infested area, verified that it was all gone and then did a final cleanup. The whole thing took a few days but seeing each step of the process convinced me that they know what they are doing and really care about getting my house cleaned and ready for restoration. They also provided repair company/handyman recommendations, which was an added bonus. Overall Im very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to everyone!

We had a leaking problem under the dishwashing machine in our house. After the crew identified the problem and they put the machine to dry the leaking spots and then when all the spots got dry and cleaned up, they took down all the damaged floors and replaced the new floor. Everything put back to clean and neat. We loved their proficiency and their quick response. Great work.

PuroClean of Alexandria is amazing! In owning properties for over 15 years, I had my first ever major water leak and mold formation. I had no idea what to do. We are so impressed with these guys. We had a leak, and the kitchen floor and basement were a disaster. We called the Insurance Company and they connected us to Puro Clean of Alexandria. Within a few minutes, Puro clean reached out to me and within few hours they were here. Phil Dhargyal and Stephanie arrived with their crew. The crew was on the scene with their commercial dehumidifiers and fans to begin the drying process. Their team had moved and/or covered our furnishings and cut out and removed large sections of ceiling. The amazing part was the attention to all our things. They were covered with plastic and plastic wall was created to protect the rest of the area. They made the entire process look so smooth and easy. And every drop of debris was picked up and cleaned. Phil thoroughly explained his mitigation strategy to circulate hot air under floors and through the ceilings. It was effective and efficient, with the least amount of drywall removal, which would save us money on the rebuild. They came back in few days picked up their fans and dehumidifiers right on time. Not only that Phil & Stephanie helped us connect with the right contractor. They went beyond what they were supposed to do. I have never seen an operation run that smoothly and with no glitches, no issues. I cannot say enough great thing about Puro Clean of Alexandria. I highly recommend them.

I want to thank Tenzin and his team at PuriClean. They contacted my wife within an hour of her phone call to our insurance when she returned home from a long weekend away from the house. She walked into a pool downstairs from our hot water heater bursting and I was at work about an hour away. The PuroClean crew came in and started fans right away. They were very easy to work with when it came to additional days having to stop by, to adjust fans, cut carpet, or even rip out all the old asbestos flooring. Always working around my schedule, even when it would mean a very early start, or a very late clean up. They worked even over the weekend so that we were not having to be put up in a hotel for longer than necessary. We were already planning to be out of town for 2 nights, and so, only had to spend 2 nights in a hotel. Thank you PuroClean for making this as quick and as painless as possible.

Puro Clean is absolutely awesome!!! I called Phil Dhargyal Friday evening and he had a team out, on time, the next day. They started work on Saturday, but had to finish the demo on Sunday. The job was bigger than they thought so, on Sunday, a team of 4 folks came out to finish the demo, pack up stuff, cover belongings and install plastic air shields around doors to prevent air migration. They also installed 10 dryers and dehumidifiers to dry everything out. The team was so fabulous, clean, professional, reassuring and respectful of us and our belongings. Despite tearing our house apart (only to the extent necessary), there was a certain calmness to having them in our home and in control. They came back everyday to measure wetness and maintain logs. Terzin was our main contact. I think you could call him a Project Director and he also may be part owner. He was there every day and was great about explaining everything they were doing and why, including the extensive documentation they send to insurers/owners. There was huge cloudburst of rain in Falls Church, Va in late summer. Water came into three floors of our building. I called Puroclean and Tenzin came right over. He got a crew in here to dehumidify, clean and dry the air. He then got a demo group in here to tear out water saturated walls. He checked on us each day to see how things were. It was a big mess, but Tenzin got us through it. Tenzin was courteous and helped explain the situation to us in ways we could understand .Things are back to normal now, thanks to Puroclean. Called everyone, hurricane Florence left 8 inches of water inside. ServicePro missed 4 appointments with no phone call or follow up. Continuous phone calls to Servpro we responded with little or no concern. We reached out to puroclean, Tenzin called and scheduled an 1100 appointment; walking through the house he quoted my wife a price that was 60% less then Servpro who finally showed up after 4 missed appointments and couldn’t set up equipment until the 15th. The job puroclean (Tenzin) an his crew did was phenomenal, he and his team are true professionals. Won’t ever wait around again for false promises.
