This company is highly professional. Fernando is quite knowledgeable of his craft. Everytime l seek out assistance with my lap top, he has been patient & extremely helpful.

Spoke with the owner and he commited to having work completed by the beginning of the week. I asked him to send over verification that he sent the request on the day he said he would and he said he couldnt do that. When asked about it there was no acknowledgement of the missed deadline or the impact it caused with him stating his world does not revolve around my emergencies.

The office did not have an employee present until 1PM. Tried to charge me $60 dollars for a used power supply so old the stickers were peeling off. I managed to get them to lower the price to $50, but that is still too expensive.From the time I called to the time I actually had the power supply it was over 4 hours.

Nanotech brought to life my dead Dell computer. It was so bad that I was turned down by Geek Squad and few other computer shops. They all said that it is not possible because of ***insert bunch of tech words that I did not neither have desire to understand***I did not care much for the computer as I knew that eventually I will need to get new one but the DATA, pictures, files I had on it was documenting last few years of my life, family vacations, first few steps of my daughter and much more. I was determined to have it back. Apparently, it was possible as the Nanotech guys retrieved my files without problem and gave me the option of fixing my laptop. Few parts and few days later my computer was up and running!!! I highly recommend this place!
