Been using these guys since 2007 last experience was very terrible. After having my vehicle for over 3 weeks and $900+ the same problem I went in with I came out with. Vehicle was not fixed at all. I literally went by there everyday to check the progress of my vehicle after calling numerous times getting someone and they’d tell me they’d call me back and never returned nor one phone call. I’ve never had a issue with this place EVER but I have to waste more money to fix a issue that I already paid to get fixed.

Tonys not only quickly and expertly completed the requested repairs, they went above and beyond to address a couple other areas I hadnt noticed. The price of the repairs was very reasonable and the quality of the work was top-notch, above what you can expect at the local dealership. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I couldnt have had a better experience. I was left with the impression that they took care of my car the way they wouldve cared for their own.

The absolute best foreign vehicle repair shop in the state! They often catch things that even the dealerships cant. Prices are very affordable and the customer service is friendly! Theyve been servicing my Jag since I got it and theyve often saved me a dreaded two hour trip north for repairs.

Have used Tonys for work on 2015 Audi SQ5 and a 2014 A4 - the team out there is competent and they turn around jobs quickly - definitely more convenient than driving out of town. Rates are better than dealership and they are following the same instructions for service. TJ will give you an honest assessment and do the work that needs to be done. Highly recommend!

Good repair shop to take your import car too get repaired.

If you own a European model vehicle you would be insane to go elsewhere. TJ is fair and competitive. He isnt looking to get rich on one car repair. I wouldnt use anyone else for my BMW.

Mr Tony is a great guy. He has a great staff. I have brought in my 1987 BMW several times. His guys have done everything from changing the timing belt to changing the fuel regulator. Its always been done quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable cost. If you call the shop, hes the person that answers. Im on the lower rung of his clientele, but have never been treated that way. I no longer drive my BMW, but I wouldnt hesitate to recommend his shop to anyone needing service or repair to their European vehicle. Youll get a fair shake here!

I own a 2016 VOlvo XC90, my closest dealership in in Lafayette, Louisiana just shy of 3.5 hours. I was making a trip to that dealership every 3 to 4 months for the past 3 years. I good man recommended Tony’s European Repair Shop and I couldn’t be more pleased with his services. You can’t go wrong with this guys.

I recently had the oil changed in my 2013 ML 350 at Tony’s. Today my wife called me to tell me the check oil message came on. I had her stop and check the oil level and found no indication of oil on the dipstick. We found oil on the bottom engine tray in the front and the bottom of the car was saturated in oil. A third party brought a qt of oil to her and she put the entire quart in and it then registered oil on the stick. She immediately took the vehicle to a shop, they inspected it on a lift and found the drain plug so loose it fell of in the mechanics hand. I have tried to call Tony’s but there is no answer. It’s a Wednesday 9:30. I will not take my vehicle to Tony’s anymore.

Mr. Tony worked me into his busy schedule with very short notice. His prices and wait time are hard to beat! He also answered every question that I had. Great experience!

You may have to schedule an appointment with about a week wait. Brought in 2006 MB for cluster panel malfunction. They couldnt fix it but told me what they thought may have been wrong with it. They did not charge me. I brought it to the dealership and it turned out to be nothing, just some aftermarket harness something. Tonys is First Class.

I had a horrible experience with the Mini Cooper dealership in Baton Rouge, but everytime I bring my Mini to Mr. Tonys place I dont worry about oil smudges on my interior and broken hood latches. I love this shop!!!

I brought my 2002 Volkswagen Pssat to Mr Tony with no heat. I got a call about my car that he was done. I pulled up at Tonys and he and a Mechanic was outside at my car and guess what no heat after $432. O0 to be paid. Then they notice a broken part and tells me he will call me when he finds out how much its cost from the Dealer. Well yup you guessed no phone call. I get that part fixed and still no heat. I drove to Layfette to dealership test and dianogstic shows the part he said he replaced is bad or never replaced. Called him on phone says let me check your invoice swears he never put the heater or coil in did something else on my car.But invoice says what they fixed and same part dealer sold me and the price dealer sold me. Then he wants to charge a single Mother and struggling woman additional 240.00 or more to fix what was never fixed in the first place. Please drive to Southwest Volkswagen first and be sure what is wrong with your car. Dont get taken advantage by this place.
