We were passing through Alexandria, Louisiana on our way to our Florida vacation when we started to have issues with our battery and our alternator. They worked us in a crowded schedule. By the time we finished our lunch they were finishing up our car. The battery and the charging system were all working in an optimal way. When I asked what I owed them they said Nothing! They wished us a good vacation. This is a very reputable establishment and I highly recommend it to any motorist in need of assistance!

I wouldn’t recommend them at all came back home from Dallas Tx had a check engine light so I left the car over night. They charged me for AC Delco parts an put cheap parts On the car oil all over my insides then they unhooked my Vacuum lines to my brake booster so I had no brakes after leaving my car there.Horrible Experience they didn’t try to make it right at all then tried to make me feel crazy because they messed up!

They do quality work here and carry good products. Have used them over the years for various vehicles. Recently had an unexpected nail in my tire and they were able to get me in and out quickly - very much appreciated! (NOTE: for anyone reading this review: get in the habit of walking around and looking at your tires when you put gas in your car - I learned that a long time ago and do that to this day - in this instance I saw this screw just in time)

The ladies and gentlemen here take great care of me. They give me accurate time estimates, theyre polite, and they dont assume that I know nothing about my vehicle because I dont look like a traditional mechanic. I wish their N. 3rd St location had their positive attitude and level of customer service. I will continue to support the Jackson St location by having both my professional vehicle and personal vehicles serviced here.

Had a blowout on my way to Alexandria, got two tires put on by someone else but they couldn’t balance them. Found this place through google. My first walked in, found it to be very clean and organized. Wish I remembered the kind young lady behind the counter so I could add it. She asked if there was anything other than the balancing of my two tires that I needed. Which was her job, but I felt the realness in her voice. The mechanic but covers over my seat and floors, even though me car was extremely dirty from a 1600 mile drive. Attention to detail great. A+. I had two lugs stripped, she had called and found some. Then asked if that was okay, I had a set in the car already, she said great. The mechanic replaced them and also I had a few missing he put those on as well. Also I didn’t notice until I washed my car, but I had valve stem caps missing, he put one on each tire, great attention to detail and above and beyond customer care. Finally I thought since I was from out of town, the price was going to be extremely expensive. But it was just the exact opposite, so affordable. If I lived here this would be my go to shop.

I am a regular customer and have bought many tires, have had brake jobs and oil changes for both my personal vehicles and my company vehicles. Today Saturday I came in to Jackson Street for an oil change and tire rotation at 0734 hrs. I was told by the lady it would be 2-2.5 hours and asked if I could leave it. I left my vehicle and returned at 1000 hrs. to discover my vehicle had not been moved and there was still another customer ahead of me. So I waited. My vehicle was taken back at 1016 hrs. and was finally completed at 1101 hrs.As a business owner I go by the following principle, “under promise and over produce”. If I know the job is gonna take 2 hours, I tell my customers it’s gonna take 3 hours (taking in consideration of stuff happening) so that when I get it done in 2 - 2.5 hours they are happy because I got it done faster for them. I pride myself on honesty and always get things done within the time frame I quote the customer. Just good business 101. It is much more positive to keep my word or even maybe a bit early for the customer in lieu of failing to keep my word. It seems these days the importance of honesty and positive customer service has taken a back seat.

They have consistent product availability, good service, and are consistently kind. Their prices are similar but Id pay any overages to avoid issues somewhere else. Great job and Thank you!

This would be my updated review from my last one. After the issues that I had last time one of the managers reached out to me to apologize and offered me a free oil change. I was reluctant to go back, but I think everyone deserves a second chance. I went back on 09/30/2016 and replaced all the tires on my car with brand new tires. They gave me a free oil change, and made sure that all my previous issues were taken care of. Special thanks to the Asst. Manager, Melissa Nelson, even though she was the only one there, and super busy she made sure that I was taken care of. Being that I have spent somewhere around $800-$900 in two months with Moore Grant Goodyear, and the fact that they were able to quickly take care of their mistake. I think I am willing to give them a second chance. The ladies that work there are really nice, and understanding and really know how to take care of their customers. GOODJOB!!! Moore Grant Goodyear. Two thumbs up. I will be bringing my cars here for now on.

Fantastic service here. I showed up late with a flat tire and a very early morning drive. The shop was out of the size of tire that I needed. They went way above and beyond to get me back on the road by driving to their warehouse to pick up the tire I needed. I wont be going anywhere else for car service from now on!

Came in for alignment and tires, rear wheel cylinders were leaking so I had them change those out. After almost 4 hours, $800 and almost rear ending someone, Im back for them to fix the problem...stay tuned, I will write another reviewWent back and found out, they didnt bleed my brakes very well and air was still in my brake lines. Good thing I didnt hit someone.

The plastic under liner of my car had cracked and was dragging on the ground. They fixed it quickly and efficiently, which is what I wanted. Didnt try to sell me anything else. Didnt charge me. So Ill be going back there when I need big stuff done!

I asked why I was charged miscellaneous shop supplies and what supplies were used and the lady said its something that every shop does whether supplies were used or not.

I discovered my tire had a serious issue. Things were taken care of in a short period of time.
