Worst experience in my life. I never suggest to go here for bodyshop work. They are not at all good in their work. Very poor quality of work and asks for more money. They didn’t fixed what they promised. They always lie. For small peace of Re- work they ask me to come 3 weeks in a row and fixed it on 4th week. No one knows what they are doing. They are not even trained. I highly recommend don’t go here and waste your Time & Money. I am saying never try to come here.

I had an appointment for a recall fuel pump and routine maintenance through Regina all was great.⚘ I was even offered/ given a rental while my truck was being serviced. 😀At the return of my vehicle I saw a large scrape on my truck that I assumed wasnt there when I came in for service.😔 After Regina and the service manager looked at the camera the scrape was there prior to service.🙄 I appreciate the immediate attention and resolution to the situation.💖I went back the dealership to have the scrape on my truck repaired, that would take about 4-5 hours. It was Reginas day off,🤨 so I went to the rental car 🚗 office to inquire about a rental and was told that I would have to pay to rent a car 🚗for a couple hours, with explanation as to why. 😡I will return for service and repairs, but ONLY if Regina is there/working. 💯👍

We have 2 cars, never less than 500 bucks every service, go in for an oil change next thing you know 500-1200 bucks... every damn time.... not going there anymore, 5 years of this, my patience has run dry.

I had my car for service they told me it take 1 hour to done the oil change but I was waiting more than 2 and half hours and also I didn’t have any problems with my rear tires they said u should buy new tires I bought car from this dealership but I don’t recommend for service

Organized and efficient service with pleasant staff

I bought a car from this place 3 years ago and they gave me bunch of coupons which includes free car wash. Went there today and used my free car wash coupon. This picture is after they washed my car 2 times. First time it was worse and i asked and showed them my car. Then somebody washed it again. I guess the reason is i had a coupon but why they gave me those coupons in first place if they treat me like this. I gave them 3 stars because their sales people and front desk people are actually nice. Otherwise, it would be 0 stars.I have an idea for you guys. Just don’t give those coupons, then nobody need to waste their time. Also, if you have that free car wash coupon don’t ever think about to use it. Because they just spray water that is it. Shame on you guys who did this job. Stupid me because i thought toyota is professional in their all levels.

Bought keys and had it programmed there. Waited for almost two hours. Only the new keys work so far. Still waiting for someone to call me back and program the old keys like they said they would.

Young men explained me in details for tire rotation and oil change requirement. Also, explained me air pressure how it works. I am glad like him, all other technician must explain to customer at least a details of service. Thanks and kuddos to him.

I enjoy doing business with this shop. The people are great. My service advisor Mr Jabir is the best. The work is exceptional. I have never had to take my car back or regret the work.

Very unproffissional service staff. I am visiting multiple times for a small issue in my car within last two months. The last time they further damaged my car instead of repairing. The service manager told me that he will order the parts and repair it. He told me that the parts will arrive in Monday/Tuesday and will let me know. I followed with him by last wensday, but never replied. I followed with the Customer relation today. She told me that your parts are ready.When I asked the service manager that why didnt you informed me if the parts were ready. He threated me and was almost slap me. He was so frustrated when I told him why he is doing this kind of playing with me. He warnned to quite or he will not fix my car.I am so disappointed with they way the Jack Taylor toyota treated me. If this is not discrimination and unproffissionalism, so what is it.

I brought my car here for a warranty-covered issue that was recommended by my other mechanic. I was over pleased with the service provided by Muhammed! Not only did they fix my issue, they corrected another one and didnt charge me for either! My rental was also comped. I dont think I have ever received better service from a dealer. I will definitely be back.

Good when you are there in person. BUT: When calling my Service-team, I always get a voicemail. I leave a follow up number, the always call my old number on file. If I get a written response to an email, half of my questions are left unanswered.

I was disappointed that they didnt give me a complimentary wash like the other dealerships do.

I always take my car here for its routine maintenance and oil changes. On my last visit, I asked the service technician to check my drivers side headlight because it had come loose a few days prior. He informed me at pickup that hed had it checked and tightened it. The following week, my car fails inspection because the drivers headlight is aimed above the passenger headlight. I take it back to Jack Taylor and Im told that I wasnt charged on my last visit for them tightening my headlight and that Id need to pay $180 to have them adjust my headlights! WTH??? First of all, that price is ludicrous for that service and theyre the ones that made this problem. Im highly dissatisfied and considering not using them anymore for my service needs.

If you get a good service technician, you get good advice on service needed.
