Sales was good except for when they guarantee a loaner for any service if you get their service plan I asked the question point blank in the finance office.After back in forth later with the service department you have to call and schedule it out ahead of time due to limited loaners (not the loaner coordinators/service departments fault since they cant control what is promised up front).The service center though, well I am blown away. If you expect any communication from them at all in regards to updates its not happening except for maybe a simple oil change. For the past 2 months theyve had my car 4 weeks and the only updates I received were when I called repetively until they picked up or called back. They never called me proactively to give updates and give dates they miss with no update. These were all warranty issues as well, but to get them to identify issues and fix them you have to literally point them out to them if not it does not get addressed.This warranty issue started last year with a service tech then escalated it to the assistant service manager, service manager, and general manager this year.I will say no one was rude though.Well Google or the dealer screened my complete detailed review which I posted on dealer rater.Unfortunately the world of ford service plan they sell locks you to this location for service so keep that in mind.Ourisman please do not reply with your generic response because you already did with dealer rater and nothing came of it or will change what is done and over with.
I wanted to share my experience with Ourisman world of ford.Our sales person Antonio Johnson was GREAT!!! without him I don’t think this deal would have happened he made the process very smooth walked me through everything made sure that we had everything we needed and got us a deal that we were looking for. I highly recommend dealing with Ourisman world of ford and definitely ask for Antonio Johnson.i’d also like to thank the sales manager who also helped us through this process as well as the general manager who called us to offer us more for our trade which made the deal happen. Just bought a Lincoln MKC and worked with Armin--highly recommend him to anyone who needs a car. He steered me through all aspects of the buying experience and expedited a recent service experience. Working with Armin and the team was the most stress-free and easiest of any vehicle buying experience (have previously purchased 6 vehicles from domestic and foreign companies). I will definitely be back for my next purchase!
Service center sucks at this place. 2.5 hours for an oilf change. When you schedule online for a 30k service they dont tell you its 5 hours and $600 until you show up. No one was wearing a mask in the service center or waiting areas. One service rep walked up to another and put his middle finger in his face, with customers in the service area. I stood there for a while before anyone asked if I had been helped. Customers service they just cant do. Stay far away from this place. Even though I paid for oil changes for life I will never come here again.And no, the service manager did not contact me... the response to bad reviews is just a poor attempt to appear responsive.

My husband and I have been loyal customers for about 30 years. I made an appointment today at 10 a.m. for a simple oil change and safety inspection. I was told the wait was between 2-3 hours? Not sure why that would be when I made an appointment? The technician said he would try to get it in under 2 hours! It was exactly 3 hours before I drove away with my car. If Ford is going to take appointments, they need to be honored, not ignored. I also think it would be prudent to know your customers. If someone has been a patron for 20+ years, they deserve a little more consideration than being put at the back of the line. I will sincerely think again before buying another car from them!!!
Service Desk will make sure that you do not feel valued or respected. The row of them will do their absolute best to avoid making eye contact with you before finally being cornered into helping you out. Made the appointment with an advisor and entered the vehicle information online. Get here only to find out that only 1 guy is the truck guy and only he can help me. So head over to wait at his desk.Couple questions came up at that point1) If the vehicle information is entered online shouldnt you automatically route me to the 1 guy who can help?2) How long can someone sit at their desk playing on their phone without helping you? Actually scratch that I know the answer a solid 2 minutes. I dont care about the candies you are crushing thats not your job.3) I know the truck will not fit in the service lane because of the height restriction so why do you keep asking me to pull it up?If this was not a work truck and we did not HAVE to go here I never would. I dont know why anyone would.
Went to Ford with my dad just looking around, trying to find the perfect first car. There was this salesman that helped me I believe his name was Taz. Very intelligent gentleman. Super helpful I will definitely be coming back to purchase my first car.

I want to start by saying THANK YOU very much to Mr. Bill Lyons for helping me get into a brand new Lincoln Aviator. We spoke over the phone prior regarding this vehicle, and I had mentioned my needs and expectations. We also talked about numbers, and I was apparent of what my budget was. I live about 47 minutes away, so it was not a short commute. I have to say, hands down, he did deliver! Bill was so professional, transparent and went above and beyond for us during this process. As soon as I walked in, everyone greeted and tended to me. They made it very easy for me and very smooth to get in and out. This is what I was hoping for, and I am very thankful for that. The dealership overall was a WOW experience and, hands down, excellent customer service. It’s well managed with lots of experience. While shopping online for a new Ford F-150, my son, who lives in Washington DC, suggested Ourisman Ford. I checked out their website, found a great deal online and contacted them. I dealt with Armin. Armin was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. He made purchasing a vehicle from out of state easy. Probably one of the easiest car purchases I have made. He did not pressure me, gave me the time I needed to think my decision of making an out of state purchase through. All of the other employees that I dealt with at Ourisman were very helpful as well. We flew there, as cheaper than any truck price in Massachusetts, purchased the vehicle and left a happy customer. Would recommend highly them. We were treated so well when we were there.

Recently bought a 2018 Ford Explorer from them and within a week of bringing it home and having one day of rain I found SEVERAL water leaks inside the vehicle. One severely bad one on seat buckle mount non stop water flow into my vehicle and the back speakers in the trunk area also leak and are soaked. I called the dealership and they basically said good thing you have a bumper to bumper. Good luck! I find it absolutely impossible they did not know about these leaks. Absolutely ridiculous... no call from management, nothing! NO longer a happy customer or a returning customer!
Great dealership but even better sales people to work with. I would highly suggest working with Santiago if you can. He is very knowledgeable which is great but the best thing is he is a down to earth guy. He won’t pressure you or steer you into something you won’t like. During my experience we talked more about life and just normal stuff than the actual car which made my experience amazing and I got the car I wanted and at a great price. Santiago is the MAN!!!

My experience has been positive until October of 2020. I took my car in for servicing and somehow one of the technicians damage my tire to the point it had to be replaced. They replaced the tire for free, however what I did not realize at the time was they replaced the tire with a different and cheaper tire. When I left the lot I noticed the ride was different, but thought it was just the new tire. Over the intervening months the ride was getting worse. I took my car in for routine servicing and also got an alignment. The rep said, the tires are choppy and that the alignment would help a little. The alignment helped a little, but I didnt know what choppy meant, so I inspected the tires and thats I noticed 1 tire was not the same brand as the other 3. I look up the tire and found it was a totally different and cheaper tire. I reached out to the service manager and he did not reply. I reach out to the general manager and he did not reply. This is poor and shady service. How can they pride themselves on quality service by not even attempting to resolve my issue.
Armin was the perfect help for helping my mom get her MKC. He was patient nice and answered any questions she had for him. 10/10 recommendation and 5 stars for the perfect customer service. THAK YOU ARMIN!
Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Focus ST. The car is amazing! The dealership couldnt find the spare key for the car, so I had the opportunity to work directly with their General Manager, Lee, to get another one programmed at a dealership back home for me free of charge! I drove 3 hours to pick up this baby, and Id do it again to work with this level of professionalism.

I will say that the process to book an appointment online is very straightforward, and they always seem to have lots of openings. However, once you show up the wait times for even minor, routine services are excessive (expect to wait at least 3 hours) and you wonder what was even the point of making an appointment. The service prices are also high which is somewhat expected for dealership, but given the combined high prices and long waits I will be going elsewhere for service on my Ford
I took my 2018 Ford Escape into Ourisman Ford of Alexandria because my low tire pressure notification was going off. Simon was my service advisor and was super friendly and helpful. They had me in and out in less than two hours and even washed my car before handing me the keys. They didnt charge me a dime for any of this so I walked out with a clean, serviced car for $0.00. Ive found my new place for sure!
I am 100% pleased with my salesman Quinten!!! From the moment I showed up on a Saturday morning I never felt pressured or harassed. Unfortunately there was a hiccup that was done between the finance and accounting departments but had nothing to do with the sales team.Every person in a sales department I dealt with listened to my side throughout the whole process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing another.

Even though I didnt have a scheduled appointment, Michael D. greeted me courteously, explained that he would need to check their inventory for the needed part, and soon met up with me in the Customer Lounge to provide the good news that that part was in stock. I was lucky enough to get a special order 2021 Ford Bronco at Ourisman Ford and the experience was straightforward and pleasant from start to finish. Mike Powers helped me to place my order and ensured that I got exactly what I wanted, and then - when the car arrived — my sales person Quentin Walters took over and took me through the car step by step so that I was completely aware of all the features of the Bronco and understand how to use it to its fullest potential. Even though my Bronco was the first special order that came in to Ourisman, Quentin was already an expert on it! Do not service your car here or buy a car if you are depending on the loaner program. Scheduling appointments are a nightmare and the morning of my appointment they called and cancelled at 6:45 AM, as they had no loaner. Also had routine maintenance done, a 3 year old car, with 31k miles had to be towed in. They have yet to look at it and provide any insight as to what is wrong, when they will look at it and when I will get it back. Lincoln should really find another dealership to represent them. UPDATE: Stars to zero for their service, after a week at their shop I was told it was a software update issue. 3 days later cars is doing the same thing, so I took the car to Ted Britt Lincoln and they immediately discovered that the Cam Phaser has to be replaced.

Cindy who handled our financing is incredible, her sincerity is unquestionable. Tyra (sales person) went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions and any possible concerns were answered, she is very knowledgeable. Quentin Walters also assisted with answering and assisting with some of the technical questions, its nice to see team work. Both of these young people are extremely professional and courteous.I cannot finish this review without mentioning Paula Walters (service writer). We have always purchased a maintenance plan with each of our vehicles and Paula has been our service writer with each car. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and ALWAYS makes sure all of my questions are answered. She brings new meaning to the term customer service, Paula is the ABSOLUTE BEST!Raymond, who handles rental, deserves a BIG SHOUT OUT, a delightful professional.
Michael Douglas in the service department is a pleasure to work with. At drop off he guides you through the process, makes sure the rental department is available and ready with your rental car. Upon completion, he makes sure that all issues are addressed and has you look over the vehicle to ensure it meets your satisfaction. It is nice to have someone go the extra mile and make you feel like a valued customer.

I truly had a WOW experience with this dealership. My Sales Professional was Quentin W. and I have to say from the minute I walked into the dealership I was mad to feel warm and welcomed. I had submitted an inquiry online and went in person to the dealership. When I pulled up, I immediately noticed that the vehicle I looked at was pulled up front. I was warmly greeted by Quentin who quickly got me set up for a test drive. He made sure to explain the basic functions of the car so that I could operate the vehicle. He exhibited a through knowledge of the car, like, there was nothing he didnt know. I took my test drive and returned to the dealership where Quentin continued to demonstrate his professionalism and kindness while I was waiting for my paperwork to be processed. I had a trade in that I hadnt finished cleaning out and in the time I was waiting to complete my paperwork, Quentin was kind enough to assist me in cleaning out my car. He provided a totally fantastic car buying experience which was concluded with Miss Cynthia who was also exceptional and wonderful to work with. When you are purchasing a car, that is one of the biggest purchases that adults make. That was made a great experience by Quentin and Miss Cynthia. I would recommend anyone go to this dealership if they are looking for a Ford or Lincoln and if hes available, definitely ask for Quentin as your sales professional. He even follows up with you to make sure you are doing well with your car!!! Not many have ever done that with me.

My right rear blinker light went out unexpectedly and I quickly drove to Ourisman on a Saturday afternoon (didnt have an appointment). I talked with Michael and explained that I didnt want to drive without the light working. He arranged for a technician to change the light right away and I was on my way! Michael was polite, customer-focused and listened to my concerns. He solved the issue quickly. Thats 5 star service!
Ourisman Ford of Alexandria did a fantastic job helping me find my first car to purchase. Especially Antonio, who went out of his way to help ensure that we were always happy and comfortable with whatever decision we were going to make. From our first interaction till buying the car a week later, he treated our family with the upmost respect catering to our every need and helped us find the perfect car. Antonio is also very outgoing and friendly.I highly recommend this dealership as everyone is friendly from the salesman to the individuals in the finance office.
Had a great time buying my used f-150 from Armin B.I was in for repairs and went to speak to the manager Shawn when I was told my repairs would be more than what I was willing to spend..He put me with Armin. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me find just the right truck for what I needed. Overall good experience and this is now my families 2nd vehicle from Ourisman.
We came today to look for a new car. The sales man was just not really interested in us. He was rude basically asked us well what do you want us to do today. We looked at two cars and just left. I know car sales are hot but the attitude was just too much. I mean at least be pleasant and pretend you want to sell a car. This is my second rude experience with this establishment. I had previously come to service for my grandma car and the man at the service desk was rude to me did a hand motion and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I just left.

Went to Ourisman to look (and eventually purchase) at a 2018 Mustang EcoBoost. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend Ourisman to anyone looking for a new/used car. Quentin was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. If anyone is looking for a great salesman, ask for him! Additionally, Jeanie made the entire negotiation stage transparent and easy. This team has the best interest of the customer in mind.
After posting the review I was contacted by the dealership and was told that manager X would call. I am still waiting and I have made several attempts on my own, and left several messages. No call, no email, nothing. Bottom line - my concerns are being ignored and this is more indication that once they you the car, the customer service is null and void. Again, my main complaint is their business practice of saying you have 3 days; however, going ahead and processing the loan application. And they had the nerve to charge me a $50.00 cancellation fee for something that I would have removed (after thinking about it over the 3 days that I thought I had). And they want me to be happy that they gave me my money back (minus $50) right away rather than wait. They did not do me a favor, it was my money, I followed the instructions. Why say go sell your car and bring back the funds in 3 days if you already processed the loan as a trade in? Trickery? intentional misrepresentation? I say yes to all of the above. I am still waiting on that call but in the mean time I will just encourage ALL Females and especially FEMALE VETERANS to avoid this dealership. Since my original post Sean has gone above and beyond to return the funds from the extended warranty, which is what should have happened.I recently purchased a used Lincoln SUV. The salesman was great but the financial side has become a pain. First I was told that I had 3days to change my mind. Then I was told I could check with CarMax to see if they offered me more than the dealership was allowing on a trade. I went to CarMax and did get more. I bring the money back to find out that they processed the loan the same day and did not hold for the 3 days. Now here is the rub. They have insisted that I bring them the trade in amount of $1000. 00 on a loan that should have never been processed. A loan I had to refinance because of all the misinformation. I cancelled the extended warranty on day 3 and they still charged me 50$. They never notified me that my plates came in and only after I called them 5 times did they get my plates, after the temp one expired. Sean was helpful but as a retired Army female officer. I would recommend you do business elsewhere. Do not believe the 3 day option to change your mind because it’s not true. If I could give them this car back I would. I am sure had I been a make my experience would have been different.
Sharnetta and Tyra were wonderful and efficient when test driving and purchasing my Toyota Highlander today. They both were patient, understanding and allowed for a wonderful experience when purchasing a car. I would come back here to purchase again and recommend this place for sure.

First time Lincoln customer (long time Ford customer though). Bought my first Lincoln Corsair 2021. Gavin was my sales representative. Extremely responsive, professional, and courteous. He went out of his way to be helpful and communicative which made me feel comfortable as a prospective buyer. Jeannie (spelling?) was one of the managers and she also went out of her way to call me and answer all of my questions. I felt as though they really wanted to EARN my business and that means something. Incredible experience!
Terrible service. Messy wait area and customer entry. Made appointment for service an was told it would take 90 minutes. Arrived at my designated time. Waited for about 10 or 15 minutes to be initially greeted only to be told I was in the wrong area. Entire place seemed hectic, unorganized, and chaotic. Took another 10 minutes or so to fine my service rep who had a bad attitude and was generally unwelcoming. I was told where to bring my vehicle in. Afterwards the rep then told the service would take 3.5 hours. I simply had to leave. I will never return and would urge anyone else to stay away. There are other dealership in the area that are head and shoulders above Oursman Ford.
We had a fantastic experience with Sharnetta (our sales rep.). She was helpful and got all the answers we needed. She gave us room to make our decision and in the end the managers and Sharnetta found the right car and the right price for us. We love our 2018 Fusion Hybrid! Thank you.

Although we did not end up buying a vehicle, salesman Gavin K. went above and beyond. He answered all our questions throughly and clearly knew every detail of the Lincoln we were looking at. If we could have chosen the perfect salesman for the car we did buy it would have been Gavin. He was by far the best salesman we encountered. The car wasn’t the best fit for our lifestyle; however, if you find yourself at Ourisman Ford / Lincoln ask for Gavin. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience with Lee and the team at Ourisman!!I used to drive a different Mustang GT Premium every week when I was on business travel. I said I would buy myself one if my business travel schedule ever slowed down...Then the pandemic happened.I visited this dealership on a whim and did a test drive with my mom. Weve both been talking about getting Mustangs for a while. The cars were nice, but we werent keen on the price tags, especially because this is very much a buyers market. I had already made an appointment to test drive another vehicle down in North Carolina that weekend, but the day before I was scheduled to leave, Lee (the general manager) gave me a call to ask how our visit to Ourisman went. I told him that the car was nice, but didnt meet all of my specifications and definitely didnt meet my price point. He asked a few questions about what I was looking for, offered to take a look at the vehicle I planned to test drive in NC and see how he could make me a better offer. By the time we were done talking, he was able to offer me a brand new vehicle (the one in NC was pre-owned), for a few thousand more than the NC dealership was asking for the pre-owned car.Unfortunately, the vehicle that he initially offered was sold before he could get it, and he told me right away. However he was able to find me something even better. It was slightly more expensive, so we had to negotiate the price all over again but thats one of the good things about negotiating in the virtual environment... Not sitting in an office, tension filling the air, feeling like youre in some sort of financial standoff. Lee was polite, personable, and understanding and I never felt pressured. We were able to get the price down to a more acceptable level, and I made an appointment for a test drive the following day.Lees timing was perfect because I had reservations about the dealership in NC. I felt like their salesman was trying to lock me into an agreement to purchase a vehicle I had never seen. The only thing I had to give Lee was a $500 (refundable) deposit to get the car to the dealership. The rest was pretty straightforward.I worked with Cynthia in the finance department and she was absolutely awesome! Wonderful to talk to, explained everything and answered all of my questions.... And I had plenty of questions. There were a lot of terms and incentives that Id previously negotiated with Lee, and I wanted to make sure that everything we had agreed to was in the contract.Not only did I get my new car, but Lee ended up finding my mom a new Mustang too; identical to mine except that hers is a manual. As we were getting comfortable in our new cars and preparing to test drive the vehicles that we were actually going to purchase, our sales rep, Bouquet, said that there were a couple of people in the dealership who were also waiting on the finance office, but that he wanted us to get our financing information done first since we had come in together. I had planned to test drive first, and in retrospect, should have done so while my mom was getting her finance information worked out. I wasnt too happy about doing that part out of sequence, but Cynthia, the finance manager told me that if there was anything wrong, to come back immediately and they would handle it. I felt a little bit more comfortable about that because its a brand new car, but if youre buying a used car from here, definitely make sure you control the pace of the transaction.Aside from that, I felt really comfortable doing business with this dealership. I didnt feel pressured, for the most part I didnt feel rushed, the negotiation process was fair and reasonable, and most importantly, both my mom and I were able to leave the dealership with big smiles on our faces.Overall, Im very happy with my experience at this dealership.
I had an amazing experience with Ourisman Lincoln of Alexandria. The sales staff there always go above and beyond to make me and my family feel like VIP customers. We have purchased 9 vehicles from this dealership in the past 10 years and we absolutely love the level of service and personal attention we get from the staff; even the General Manager will roll up his sleeves and interact with the customers to make sure that everyone has a great sales experience. I would highly recommend Ourisman to anyone!

Poor customer service and timing...... When i took my car it was noting wrong with it was just for recall after they say they fix it took them all day the worst part is the next day my break is not working i took it back and they say it is not the one we fix it is the other one how unfortunate 🤔 i took an excellent condition car until i took it there i never exprianced this kind of customer service they the worst well not going back there
Armin was an excellent salesperson! From greeting through purchase and even after the sale, Armin was a consummate professional. I went to the dealership looking for a Ford and left with a Lincoln. Armin’s knowledge of both lines of cars was exceptional. He listened to my needs and helped to find me the best possible car.In addition to know the features of the cars inside and out, Armin was also a gentleman. He parked cars of interest next to each other so I could compare them side by side. He drove cars from one side of the lot to the other to make the shopping experience easier. And all the while, he created a low pressure environment so I didn’t feel bullied or rushed into making a decision.I worked with the GM as well to negotiate my deal and Lee was also very courteous, professional and caring.Great experience.
