Never fixed anything and there was a rat problem. If you asked the property manager for anything, she took forever to get the issue fixed. She avoided things whenever you call. You have to call her more than once.

The best part about these apartments is the cheap rent. You get what you pay for. They can do better!

Let above neighbors dog urinate and poop on balcony above ours, then didnt punish them or clean it, let a water leak get so bad the roof out bathroom collapsed, and then took two weeks to fix it, and took our whole security deposit when we wanted to move out after the dog incident went uncleaned for months. The light bulb on our balcony literally emitted the smoke of dried urine when turned on.

Old but not too bad, quiet, cheap rent, large apartments.
