I understand they remodeled these and Camellia court but these things are way too expensive for an apartment. Better off with a house for almost $700. They are small and not worth that. I used to live at Camellia court when it was known as Knowlwood. They where not nearly that high.

They don’t pick up the trash from the dumpsters for weeks!! Now theirs bags of trash in our apartments. You’d think the $600 plus a month for 28 units just in this set of apartments “$16,000 would pay for a second dumpster.
