I walked in right after another lady and there were 3 people waiting before us. No one came up to greet us or ask what we were here for. About 20 minutes passed by and another lady walked in and they walked right up to her to ask what services she needed. Absolutely ridiculous to ignore the others that came in first.

I got acrylics done here and I express that one of the tips were not glued down all the way. “Don’t worry, just trust me,Ok?” Well once I left and got home I could already tell the nail was lifting. This wasn’t the only issue. When I first sat down I told her I’d like all my real nails to be filed to the same length... well she cut them all the way down so short to where my nails hurt afterwards.Nice lady (was talking on her phone the entire time) but awful Manicure. The only reason I’m rating it a #2 is bc she did an OK job at waxing my eyebrows.

I took my cousin to have finger nails and toe nails done, she was under the weather (not COVID).. the gentleman did a great job, courteous.

So i got the dip powder nails and i’m just now noticing they are all crooked. I don’t know how but all of my nails are at an angle are not straight at all.

First time here, amazingly beautiful place and best pedicure I have had in a long time. Clean and I was a walk-in and got really lucky today. Do yourself a favor and go!

5 +++++I had never been to this nail bar before. They got me straight in as a walk-in with no appointment for a last minute manicure. Very clean tools & establishment, with extremely friendly staff. They did an excellent job on my nails, and my french manicure is beautiful over a week later. I am very impressed, will definitely spread the word. Cant wait to visit them again!!

First time coming to Noire and it was amazing! I would recommend this place to everybody! Really such a great atmosphere and Tina was so good!! she was super precise and made sure I was comfortable and made my nails look wonderful. She made sure everything was perfect and it was!! Will definitely be back and I highly recommend her !! I got a manicure and a pedicure and when I showed her pictures she made sure to match it right up!!❤️ I’ve had my nails done multiple times and I was just so shocked and surprised at what I wasn’t missing out on! 5 star, perfect for your needs highly recommend.

Noire is very clean and they offer many affordable services. Also, the service very fast compared to everywhere else I’ve been. However, when it came to my massage she really slowed down and left both my feet and legs feeling refreshed! I did not catch her name, but she sits at table #3 and is AMAZING as far as skills go. I only wear gel polish on my hands and mostly a French. She listened and cut my nails down to the perfect length. She also carried the gel down far enough so it won’t look 2 weeks old next week when they grow out. And she had my white tip perfect the first time; she didn’t have to put a bunch of layers on making it too thick like many others. Michael was also great and very personable. He kept conversation going. Both were very professional and I would definitely return.

I literally went Thursday to get my nails done its friday so its been exactly a week and these nails are falling off not enough acrylic. the guy that did my nail was to busy talking and not paying attention then there was a woman not even doing nails that was sitting there talking. After they fix my nails it give me my money back I will not be returning. They will no longer get my business. Although the man that did my nails did an amazing job on free handing the designs that I wanted. But the quality sucks.

Michael did a great job on my mani/pedi. Its probably my favorite nail salon in Maryville.

Very pushy trying to up sell. They harassed my 14 year old daughter telling her their regular manicure would not last 3 days and told her she needed very much to tweeze her eyebrows. My daughter wants fuller brows. Do not go to this place

I went here recently as a pick me up and I absolutely loved it. I ended up getting ballerina shaped acrylic nails with tips with a gel polish on top, Michael did them and he did an incredible job!! They are amazing!! They look great and dont hurt one bit!! Definitely going back.

I went for the first time last night. I called ahead to get the price of a gel manicure - very reasonable. Their shop was very clean, modern and comfy. I was greeted and helped right away. It wasnt late, only about 5:45 pm, and there were a few other customers getting various things done but I was able to get right in. They had a large selection of gel colors and only a couple brands - I like O.P.I for gel and they had several color options. The nail tech did a great job taking my old gel color off, cutting and filing my nails and cleaning up around my cuticles. I have a very bad habit of picking my cuticles and sometimes they do not look the best, but the nail tech didnt gawk or make comments which was very nice. Other places made snide comments and made me feel very uncomfortable, but this nail tech did not. I was very pleased with the length and shape of my nails when she was finished. The other techs were very nice, smiled and even sang along with the radio. I will definitely go back!

Positives: Nail tech was friendly and helpful. Area was clean and pretty. Located in nice area of town. Price was similar to surrounding nail salons.Negatives: Front desk worker was short and not helpful after asking multiple times for assistance.They yell your tip amount so the entire store can hear!!!I wanted something stronger than gel nails and was told the dip would last weeks. After 4 days there were 2 chips on 2 different nails and now 1.5 weeks after a nail fell off and many are loose. Also, I did not receive any cuticle care or shaping before the nail color was applied. I was not impressed by the customer service and the nail chipped and fell off. I wont go back to a place that I didnt feel welcomed at in the first place for a correction.

I went there to get gel on my natural nail. I went in and was seated right away with Tina. She got straight to it, it was probably the quickest manicure I had ever had. But I walked out with perfect nails. I would definitely go back. The price was very reasonable as well.

This place is absolutely terrible! Tiffany ripped off my dip nails and ripped my thumb nail down to the quick. Won’t be back!!

This was the most awful experience Iv had in a long time. We booked 4 pedicures the day before our appointment. While the 3 of us got our pedicures my mother had waited well over 30 min to get hers started. Because they took a walk in as we came in the door. As we got our toes painted they finally started her pedicure. Not only that but they took the polish swatches away from her to give to the walk in customer. I waited well over an hour for my toenails to dry and they would not help me put my shoes on so my mother help me put my shoes on and we got yelled that and swatted at. Working in the beauty industry we know how things work and how things should be done and we were very very unimpressed as we left to pay they yelled back every tip that we left for them over the whole salon not appropriate at all. We will not be going back.

Too expensive. I’ll admit I’m partially to blame as I didn’t ask for cost beforehand. I told them I was in a hurry and just wanted a basic pedicure (just gel polish, no foot or leg massage). The total was $62. The place was very nice, but not worth the extreme upcharge.

This was my first visit. I went in around 10:00 AM on Tuesday.I normally go to Nails and Wax but now I live in Knox. (I dont get my nails done often.) Went in to a very clean, bright place. Greeted instantly. They have a beautiful place. Only waited about 5/10 minutes before I was seen by the nail tech. Got a manicure (honestly I have no idea if he did gel or not, but Im assuming so.) I got black moon nails (not the painted design, the nail shape. Its basically where they paint everything but 1/3 of your nail down to the base and shape it off to the half moon. Look into Pinterest for more details.)The gentleman who did my nails did an amazing job! I recommend him highly to anyone who wants a gel manicure (I paid $35 not including tip.) He was very attentive to what I wanted and made sure they looked beautiful. I was stunned! Im glad I didnt leave or take the situation too much to heart.I will be going back again. (I dont get manicures often, so when a place impresses me, I go back.)

This is the 4th time I have been here. On the 3 previous occasions, I got a straight pedicure and was waited on by the same male pedicurist who was great. At my visit yesterday, I was waited on by a different pedicurist and I asked for (after being encouraged) an upgraded pedicure. The pedicure was one of the worst I have received This pedicurist put a timer on and then proceeded to rub each of my heels (and only my heels), talking to a fellow pedicurist until the timer went off. She then quickly painted my toes and went over to a fellow manicurist and started gabbing with them without ant word to me on when, how or where to pay or how long to wait when I got up to leave, she came over and was adamant that I be very careful but then proceeded to jam my sandals on my feet. I like the salon, but NOT this particular pedicurist I will go back and ask for someone else

Nails do not look good, high prices, was told my water wasnt too hot and told to just keep my feet on the rest until it cooled, made fun of my 20 dollar tip. They were rough and mean. Announced, only 20 dollars split 3 ways. It was me and my daughter. Will NEVER go back.

Its the only place in town my friends and I will go. Great atmosphere and the techs are so enjoyable! They always do a great job with my nails and wont go anywhere else!

The salon is beautiful, but the service isn’t great. They put scalding water in my tub and wouldn’t listen when I kept asking for cooler water. They didn’t lotion my mom’s heels after scraping them, and the edges of my nails were a mess. Nice people and pretty salon, but I’d go elsewhere.

2 stars because I was quickly seated and it was clean.1st time customer, powder dipped nails, I normally go somewhere else and should have just gone to my normal place. They up charge you for a hand and arm massage AND to have your cuticles clipped, $5 each (at my regular spot both are included) but that’s ok because I was asked up front if I wanted them and was made aware of the up charge. The real problem was the nail tech, she rushed through my service, huffed and puffed the entire time, she even stopped half way through my $5 massage because she was so concerned with what was going on up front. She didn’t do enough layers of color so my nails are a lighter shade of what I wanted and the nail color is lighter in some spots. Learned my lesson and will definitely stick to my normal place from now on.

Ive gone twice now for pedicures. The location is wonderful and the store is clean. However, both times it was a sloppy job. I had to come home and clean the polish off my own skin. I now know why theirs is the only shop in town without a wait time.

Last week I came in to get my nails done, service was good, but the lady seemed in a rush. Two of my nails popped off the second day after I got them done, walked in and she fixed them. Maybe 2 days later two of my nails popped off again, crack in one of them. Nail quality not very good. Never had a problem with this before.

Yes, there is a language barrier, but Ryan doesnt even attempt to understand, or, he just pretends not to. I cant decide which. One example, after repeatedly telling him about the towel fuzzies all over my hand, he just continued to slap on the polish. I now need a small brush to brush all the towel fuzzies sticking up out of my bumpy gel manicure. Thats just one example... the worst one. The other 4 were minor.

I really dont even wanna give it 1 star, I feel like thats still too much appreciation to them. The WORST nail shop I have ever been too, I was rushed thru my service and a week later Im having to super glue my nails back down. Definitely will not go back nor recommend.

I had a very relaxing pedicure, the leg and foot massage was awesome! Noire is very clean as well which is a huge plus.

I went in they seemed really nice the lady that did my nails didn’t even do what I wanted and ended up cutting my finger ... then the other lady that fixed my nails didn’t take her time ... I will absolutely not be back

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. My technician cut so much of my cuticle that I was bleeding. I was cringing in my chair and even now, hours later, my toes hurt. I didnt even get the color I asked for. I hope I dont get ingrown toenails from how much of the sides were cut off!! If I could give zero stars, I would!!

Very disappointed I have been going to Samantha since they have opened called to make appointment only to find out she isnt gonna be there because she is opening new location! So I scheduled appointment with someone else that fit my work schedule I go in and the one who was gonna do my nails called out and they told me it would be 30-45mins before they could get to me!! I am a very a committed customer once I find someone good but honestly Im afraid Ill have to go elsewhere for now on this has just been extremely disappointing

Wow what a waste of 40 dollars for a fill... Staff is rude.. Gel polish chipped about 2 hours after having nails done. Way too many other places to go that dont add nail polish remover to their polish because its empty just to squeeze out a few more coats.. Quality means absolutely nothing to them. They treat you like they dont even want your money or care if youll come back. Wish I could give zero stars..what a joke and scam this place is ...

I called 2 weeks before to make an appointment because I was coming with a friend for a mani-pedi. When we arrived, We waited 15 min to be seated then sat for 30 min in a pedicure chair, finally started on my friend, finished her pedi and no one to help me yet, she is now doing her mani and they have finally have gotten to me, but now I no time because I’ve been here for 1 hour.at least I had a glass of wine with my friend, but they were out of white wine . Did not thnk I will go there again, not a good experience to share with a friend.

First, I did enjoy my OJ pedicure. Thats why I gave them a single star.But that was it. Looking through the photos, people are easily pleased. I paid $48 for a full set with gel. No design. Nothing special. Coffin shape. That is the most Ive ever paid. $8extra for long nails? This was NOT communicated to me prior. And she nipped me several times. Also... I dont like being asked to pay and tip before the service is complete. These are THE SHORTEST nails Ive ever had. Wemt in Wednesday. Theyre rude. Theyre pushy. I stated several times that I dont like dip powder, it looks bulky and thick. The lady doing my pedicure kept pushing it. Then I sit down for my nails. Shes rushing. Shes snatching my hands. Throwing them. She finishes... and i show her that one is lumpy... she haphazardly attempts tp fix it. The lights are dim, so its not until i get into the light outside that I notice that theyre ALL lumpy. Some are shaped to badly that they dont even look remotely like a coffin shape. After being at work all day Saturday, obsessing over the awful job, I call and explain that I need them fixed. He says okay. Fast forward to Friday...... I come in and shes noticeably aggravated. Im showing her. She half files one to shape. I show her another... She asks me... what happened... i said what do you mean, its your work. Then she flops in a seat and takes an electric drill to them. At one point, she calls me picky and says shes been doing nails for over 5 years or something. IDC, i know a bad rush job. I even tipped them! Talk about unprofessional. She tells me thats what gel looks like.... like Im an idiot. If thats the case take them off. All of them. I would never EVER go back.

I have been going to Samantha since they opened and I have always been treated very well and my nails are beautiful.

This was my first and last time here. Got a pedi and mani, it was midweek during the day, only one other customer in the place but for some reason the manicurist felt the need to rush me out before my nails were dry, and of course before I got home I damages one nail. Three days latter the polish was chipping on 4 fingers.

I love this nail salon. Samantha is so talented! I wanted a Halloween themed pedicure that I found on Pinterest. Samantha looked at the picture and perfectly replicated it for me. I have been pleased with the quality and duration of the polishes and appreicate how thorough they are with the masage and exfoliation.

I went in there to get my acrylics filled and left with an awful set of nails. A kindergartner could have done better. I was not pleased so I went back in there had them take the polish off and I went somewhere else. Never again will I go there it was a waste of $38 dollars

While the acrylic nails being done looked awesome, my mani and pedi was just meh. I was not able to get the gel I wanted because of the language barrier. The manicurist could not understand me at all. Also, Im offended that the salon spoke Vietnamese in front of their customers which was uncomfortable for the clients.

Not very pleased... I went in today to get a gel polish change. The nail tech that worked on my nails didnt seem as if she was interested in doing nails today. I could barely understand her and she was more concerned that she messed up one of her nails while trying to fix mine.I wont be going back....to many other nail salons in the area that want my business with employees that want to work.

Worst place ever! Ive been to a lot of nail shops but this place takes the cake and I know what is right and what is not because my mom is on the state board. All I asked for was black nails with one done with the glitter powder but what I got was glitter sprinkled on top and still charged for a Design! Pitiful and then he wanted to get loud with me for questioning it oh no Booboo you got the wrong one for that! Never again! Lol! Can I give the a half of a Star! Lol
