Suzy is the best. Very good job. Mani/Pedi is always done so well it last me for weeks.

This place is wayyy over priced just for a fill in she charged 40 dollars and the nails weren’t even that good

I want to call the health department. Unsanitary! They used the same pumice stone on my sister that was used on the lady before her. It was still wet and went from one client to her. It happened so fast. Never again. Please just do it yourself or go some where else. There are cheaper ways to get foot fungus and bacterial infections. They barely cleaned the tubs, they were still visibly dirty.

SO RUDE!!I tried to make an appointment for me and my sister to get our nails done for her graduation and the lady on the phone was so rude and was rushing us. Then she told us to give her a minute..then SHE HUNG UP!! She was also being rude when we were telling her when we would get there. Above all, we will not be going here. I’m just saying..that is NO WAY to get and keep customers.

If I could give a zero I would. The last that did my eyebrows was ripped party of my eyebrows off that shouldnt have came off and all she could say is o well sorry then they charged me twice and when I brought it to there attention the other lady said o well and wouldnt refund my money for the over charge.

Always have a pleasant time here an they accommodate young and the older generation. Have had my daughter a little birthday get together here and also taken an elderly friend. Always friendly and do a great job!

I would have attached photos but I guess they don’t allow that. Just know, my nails look horrible. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I went here on my break from work. I can tell the company is new but has some growing to do, so I applaud them for opening a business but I don’t believe it’s being run properly. I was greeted by a younger female and her friend that was there, picked a color, and went with a basic polish manicure. No gel. The lady who was older was very sweet, but my nails look awful. The worst manicure I’ve ever had. She cut my cuticle so bad it bled the entire time I was there. She did apologize so I appreciate that. However, my nails weren’t cut or filed evenly, the polish hadn’t even dried before it smeared when she wiped them, she put oil on my hands and wiped them with a dry towel - the same one she used to cut my nails and cuticles. The oil is still on my hands. Feels very dirty. She ruined 6 of my ten nails and I didn’t want to tell her because I just wanted to leave. I paid $15 and still tipped $5 but I won’t come back. The younger girl kept talking loudly the entire time I was there and just bothered me because I couldn’t even have a conversation with the nail tech if I wanted to. It’s poorly ran. I was there for about 45 minutes and the only person. Just overall disappointed. Had my nails been ok, I would have came back but there weren’t at all. I feel bad complaining on a nice lady - but if you’re a nail tech; a proper one, this shouldn’t be acceptable at all for you.

Acrylic nails are way over my cuticle. Older lady doesnt know what she is doing. It took like 2 hours for acrylic nails. The lady that supposedly knows how to do anything wasnt there? According to other reviews she is never there. Horrible horrible experience I do not recommend

I was in an accident and need pedicures because I am unable to care for my feet at this time. I have had three pedicures at this shop and have found the treatment top-notch. The proprietor was very attentive and courteous and even helped me out to my car. I would recommend them.

I have had my nails done at many different salons. There were multiple reasons for the low rating. I will chose a different salon next time.

This is one of the best nail salons I have been to in a long time! They exceeded my expectations! I am usually very reluctant to try a new salon because of bad experiences else where. These ladies were awesome!

I will Never go here again. They do not know how to do the dipping process! The one girl is allergic, the older lady doesn’t have a clue!!! The other lady was out with the flu. I should have walked out!! The older lady did a horrible job and charged me 45.00. No I did not tip her. She took 2 hours and they were running and had blobs!! She was insisting I put tips on and then cut my natural nails too short!! I flat said NO. Then she said oh I put the wrong top coat. Redid that and now they are peeling. Just be honest and tell the client they can’t do the service!!

Took my wife here to get her nails done and my wife wanted a full manicure with fake nails but thats not what they did. The only thing they done was file them down a bit and put polish on them and it only took about 15 minutes. After they was done I asked how much and she said $30. I was confused bc that was not worth $30, may $10-$15. They seriously over priced my wife for something she couldve easily done herself. I just took her here to get a full manicure with fake nails but left with just a polished job. Not worth it. Very disappointed in this place. Will not come back.

This place was incredible! My heroes. I was on my way to the airport with a broken nail that had been snagging everything. I popped in here and they fixed my nail in less than 15 minutes with drying time. Amazing service. Highly recommend this place.

This place has horrible customer service. My daughter went there to get her nails done. She waited over an hour before they started on her nails. Once they were finished she had her nails drying under the machine and the lady hit the table causing her nails to hit the top of the machine that was drying her nails. It completely ruined her nail polish. She immediately brought it to the their attention and asked for them to repaint her nails. The lady told her she was sorry that they could not help her because they were closing then walked away.

2 manicurist, 1 is excellent, the other...not so much. Best to make an appointment. Priced reasonably

We just went to the salon at 6:05pm and it says they’re open until 7:00 on Sundays. Glad we drove 15 minutes over there for it not to be open!!! 😡

The woman there is great but the older man with the bald head.extremely arrogant and does the worst job that my wife ever experienced. ..dont waste your time here.

So I go in there to have 5 acrylic nails repaired ($3 each), and since theres only one employee at the time who knows how to do acrylics, I had to wait 45 minutes for him to finish someone elses nails. I finally started getting my nails worked on, only for my hands to get jerked around and my thumbs almost broken. He was rushing as if he had people waiting. I was the only customer in there at the time! And the end results are awful! The nails are thick at the ends, two of them are crooked, and the acrylic feels very weak and cheap. Also this is one of the dirtiest salons Ive been to. I dont recommend this salon unless you wanna waste money. If youre going to get acrylics I recommend driving a little farther out to ViNa Nails near west town mall. Theyre VERY welcoming, patient, and make sure the work they do is not slacking.

Waited forever and then it wasnt that good of job. Place not very clean...dust caked on polish bottles. Then was asked repeatedly if i wanted my eyebrows waxed. Told her no 3 times then she told me how badly they needed to be waxed...made nasty face when i told her no for the 4th time. I had already spent two hours in there for a pedi. NEVER TO RETURN.

Went in there to get my nails done for the beach waited an 1 hour and got an older lady i told her i wanted a full set and she messed up on everything to start the arclyic was over my cuticles, the shape wasn’t what i wanted nor was the length or color, as she was doing my nails she kept telling me i had big fingers and that i choose an old lady color and it took her 2 hours to do them i might add. Whilst drying my nails under the drying table she hit it on accident and it scraped my polish and ruined my nail polish, i immediately told her and she said sorry can’t help you we closing. i had to take my nails off and go get them redone. Waste of time and money worst nail place ever, They don’t even deserve that one star!

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. When I walked in only an older lady was working, told me it’d be a minute because she had to clean salon, waited 15 minutes when I was the only customer there. My nails were very uneven and polish was dried up. Worst my nails had ever looked. If I could rate it a 0 I would.

Worst manicure i have ever had!....the only reason I came here was bc it was the only place open near me on a Sunday and i was in desperate need for a manicure. The nail tech acted like she was in a rush, didnt file my nails evenly or correctly, and was messy! The place was very dusty and a bit dirty. I notice these things bc the way a salon is kept is a reflection on the service as well...in my opinion. Will not come here again and i do NOT recommend this salon to anyone either!

I paid $40 and it took this lady 2 hours to do my nails. I made an appointment and she kept stopping to do other customers that came in after me. My nails look terrible I had acrylic all the way to my knuckles. I will never go back!!
