Absolutely horrible service.I was informed that a delivery was scheduled.I could not be home that day, so I called and spoke with someone at the call center. Call center connected me with the local office. Local office rescheduled me for a couple of days later when I could be home.Instead, they showed up on the day that I was not home. I called and left multiple messages TO THE LOCAL OFFICE! Their voicemail says they will call back within an hour. Never got a call back. Multiple calls. No call back. Called the call center back. They sent them an email, and said my call would be returned within two hours. No call back.Finally got a call through and someone actually picked up the phone at the local office.They take no responsibility. They say they have notes on all their conversations, which they clearly only have for the main call center.Horrible, horrible, service. Complete incompetence.Edit: Adding two stars. One for the manager and one for the delivery guys. The scheduling office should get nothing though.A manager called and moved up my next scheduled delivery date by several days. That was greatly appreciated. But, had the office scheduled it properly to begin with, wouldnt have been necessary, and I would have had my dishwasher 4 days earlier.The delivery guys were great! Just good guys doing their jobs, but they double checked everything and did it right.

ZERO STARS. We are dishwasherless, have damaged property, and aren’t able to use our sink.We were supposed to have our new dishwasher installed on Saturday, but it was damaged, so they just unhooked and took the old one. I noticed there was some water under the sink after the technician unhooked the dishwasher, and mentioned it to him, and he said it was just a little bit so he put a bowl under it (which he took out of our sink) and shrugged it off. Once they left I opened the cabinet under the sink and everything under there was DRENCHED in water, so I took everything out and cleaned it up, left the bowl there, and didn’t think much more of it.However, it turns out the technician didn’t cap off the hot water under the sink where the dishwasher was hooked into the pipes. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until later in the evening when we came back and saw the kitchen floor was wet. Opening up the sink cupboard, there was a quarter inch of water coating the whole bottom of the cupboard which warped it and now the vinyl layer is tearing up. So our property is DAMAGED.I’ve called several times and left messages since Saturday to speak to someone about this, because WE CANT EVEN USE OUR SINK until we have the caps! But no one has ever answered, even though it says on the recording they’ll call you back in an hour. Hopefully someone reads this and returns my calls! So unprofessional.

The refrigerator they were supposed to take away is sitting on my driveway waiting for a date that could possibly come back to get it since they were contracted and paid by Home Depot to deliver and pick up the old one. I have been waiting for two days to get a call from management, Apparently they dont have time for their customers. I will say the delivery team lied when they said they could not take it and that Home Depot would reschedule the pick up. Bad Business all the way around, no customer service. No pride!

Absolutely awful experience. They refused to install our fridge claiming not enough room. We made room and they still said no. They lost their tools and accused us of taking them, then proceed to call the cops on us. The cop finds the tools inside the stove they just installed!!! The acted unprofessional the entire time. They are running a scheme where they stretch out the service call to multiple trips to milk more money from Home Depot their contract. Stay away from this company at all costs! Stop shopping at Home Depot because apparently this company is the only company subcontracted to deliver appliances in east TN.

Awful customer service. Completely incompetent. I had to schedule an appt for them to come check a dryer they had just installed. The home depot rep., Samsung rep., and myself were on a call to schedule the appt and confirmed the appt date. When it was sent through to R.A.S. to their schedule they set it for a day later and put in their notes that it was supposed to be the day before. Then, didnt bother to call me to notify the change in date. I had to take a day off work today so someone would be home and now have to take off tomorrow too. When I called to see what could be done the woman offered no help at all. Pathetic excuse of customer service. I hope I never have to work with this company ever again.

The worst service Ive ever dealt with.I bought a dryer from Home Depot and it was installed by R.A.S. The guys that installed it were nice enough. I gave them a nice tip.Fast foward a few months when our dryer starts smoking. After some investigation, we realize the guys dropped a terminal screw and just substituted a screw meant to hold on the terminal cover plate. The screw was a different diameter and had different threads, leading to a poor connection. Rather than admit their mistake and take 5 extra minutes to find a proper screw, they said everything was fine.While trying to settle all this, R.A.S. says they didnt install the dryer. Yes, we signed paperwork saying they delivered it and did not install. But they explained this as they delivered the dryer but did not stack is as initially intended.No respect for such a horrible company.

Home Depot subcontracts this company to deliver and install home appliances. They installed a washer and dryer for me in January 2020, I recently found that they used an incorrect, uncoated, screw to install my dryer cord. I noticed smoke coming from the back of the unit and it resulted in the dryer terminal block and wiring to melt. The company is refusing to accept my damage claim because they claim they didnt install my unit due to a paperwork error (this is false, I paid for delivery and installation). Their installers dont have the basic human decency to inform their customer that they presumably lost the hardware supplied with the dryer and used whatever they could find laying around to get out of there as quickly as possible. Their incompetency could have burned my house down. On top of that, the company doesnt stand behind the quality of their installations and is refusing to correct the situation. Wherever you decide to shop for your appliances, I would advise against having R.A.S handle the deliver and installation. Home Depot has not been helpful in this situation either.

Had a huge air compressor delivered by Jeremy and Maria after Home Depot dropped the ball completely. We have a long, downhill driveway to our shop that Jeremy negotiated like a pro! In reverse right down to the shop! He got the compressor unloaded and moved into place in no time! He and Maria were professional and super nice and went the extra mile to help us out. I would recommend them highly! Thanks guys for a job well done!

I ordered an entire set of kitchen appliances from Home Depot, this included installation of all appliances and moving the old ones to my garage. While my work-order stated this information, the scheduling department at RAS failed to allow enough time for Jeremy and Maria to do this, they only allotted for a drop of the appliances. However, because they did not want to inconvenience me they stayed and completed the job rather than dropping the appliances and putting in yet another work order. Jeremy and Maria were very professional, took care of everything in a timely manner and were beyond pleasant to deal with even though it messed up the rest of their day. I would highly recommend these two for any job needing to done. They believe in taking care of customers, and doing it well. For their sakes, the office needs to do a better job of reading the orders for the deliveries.

We will never buy another large appliance from Home Depot because of this delivery company. Unprofessional does not begin to describe their employees’ behavior. We have had plenty of deliveries here in the past. This was about as simple a delivery as possible. All they had to do was move our freezer from their truck into our garage, normally a distance of about 15 feet, but for some reason they did not back all the way down our driveway.After needing help to get parked, they pivoted our freezer on its side off the back of the truck rather than using the Tommy-Lift. Then the short mouthy delivery person said to the other delivery person that he did not intend to use a dolly because it was buried in their truck, so he instead started to drag the freezer down our driveway. This of course, tore the packing material off the bottom of the freezer. He then proceeded to drag the freezer about 60 feet to the garage. I told him that this was not a good idea, but he ignored me, and bounced the freezer down the textured driveway. Once in the garage the smaller, mouthy guy plugged-in the freezer and they started to leave. I pointed out that there were hinge and foot covers to be installed, and was told that they were in the bottom of the freezer. At this point I should mention that we bought the exact same make and model of freezer from Home Depot earlier this spring, so we knew how installation should be done.As they were leaving, I was told that I had 48 hours to determine if there were any problems. Immediately after that I was handed a Bill of Lading with a hand-written statement on it saying that by signing it, I was agreeing that there was no damage to the product. I told them I would sign the Bill of Lading, but there was no way I was signing a handwritten contract added to the Bill of Lading when there had been no time to determine if the freezer had been damaged, and that I had a contract with Home Depot, not R.A.S. Logistics.The short, mouthy guy proceeded to unplug the freezer, implying that he was taking it back. That was fine with me. They also took and kept the Energy Star tag, for some reason. The other guy seemed to want to keep the peace, and went to call their manager.I talked with a manager at the local Home Depot who was sympathetic, and who indicated that they were very unhappy with the R.A.S. Logistics, too. Nevertheless, we will not take the chance of having to deal with R.A.S. Logistics again.Fortunately, our freezer had been strapped to the wall of the truck. Whoever ordered the LG refrigerator behind our freezer that was not strapped to the truck, but was instead laying on top of other boxes at about a 45 degree angle, has our sympathy.

RAS did a great job for me. When reading reviews be careful about laying blame at RAS when Home Depot could be the problem. I was given numerous promise dates based on LG information. I got Home Depot corp involved - waste of time. I will NEVER purchase on line from Home Depot again. But, I would gladly have RAS handle my delivery. RAS is the only company that kept their word.

SHOP AT LOWES!!! Do not waste your time buying anything at Home Depot due to this delivery company. My delivery was confirmed, then cancelled day of at 230pm. Then they rescheduled it for the next day without telling me until that day and said my time was 3-7pm. They show up at 1:30pm and said since I wasn’t there they’d have to reschedule again. All while I tried getting a hold of somebody and nobody will answer. Nobody will call you back. I left multiple messages for Jackie the manager at the Knoxville TN location, have yet to hear from her. No date rescheduled for the appliances I have already paid for. I don’t know who runs this company but if you have any pride for your business you need to get this circus under control.

Unreliable company! Washer showed up severely damaged, drivers said replacement would arrive within 3 business days, never heard back. Drivers showed up 3 hours before our scheduled delivery window. Then we finally find out new delivery date and get 4 hour window for delivery on Jan 8th 7-11am, then same night(Jan 7th) after they close I get another call that it is going to be an additional 3 days due to shipping delays and call company on Jan 8th, they blame it on manufacture. So IF our washer is delivered on Jan 11th, that is 11 days without a washer and NOTHING is being done to correct this sooner!!I saw several people reference they bought from Home Depot, to not purchase from them since they use this delivery service, but Lowes uses them too.

If you buy from Home Depot, these clowns will be the delivery service. They are unfriendly and unreliable. They are extremely hard to work with. I gave one star only because I couldnt give no star. I hope I never have to deal with them again. I hope Lowes uses a different delivery service, because these people are terrible.

I gave RAS 1 star as it is impossible to give them ZERO stars. Note that this review is prior to actually ever having the dishwasher we purchased from Home Depot delivered to us. The first delivery was supposed to be last Friday (its now Monday) and they never showed up. After multiple calls to RAS we were finally told the delivery person decided to quit early and go home. So delivery was rescheduled for Sunday, which I questioned but the RAS person, Gabe, promised they would call Saturday with a time and be here Sunday. Never heard from them. We complained to Home Depot manager who finally contacted RAS (they do not answer their phone) and said the delivery would be Monday (today) and we received an automated call on Sunday telling us they would be here to install the DW Monday 7-11am. Its now 1pm and still no word from them. Corporate RAS Logistics in Indiana says they cant reach the Knoxville area RAS and have no idea if or when our DW will be delivered. I am very disappointed that Home Depot contracts with RAS and will NEVER buy another appliance from Home Depot or any company that uses RAS. The Home Depot manager is also fed up with RAS but said corporate HD chooses the contract delivery/installers. Pathetic service. Actually ZERO service from RAS. AVOID!!!

What a nightmare!! We ordered several appliances from Home Depot and this is the company that delivers for them. The employee they sent to my house was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. He told me he couldnt square up my dishwasher because they already leveled it and it couldnt be moved. I told him that the old one was square and I knew it could be adjusted.He became so mad that he refused to put the handles on my refrigerator and said I didnt pay to have them put on. I refused to sign his paperwork so he called his boss and said I threw him out. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS!!! DONT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!!!

I bought a refrigerator from an online retailer, and RAS Delivery ended up being the local delivery service. I was orchestrating a move from out of state, and our closing moved around a bit. I had to reschedule my delivery with RAS twice, and they were able to fit me in where I wanted both times. They were wonderful about it, no trouble at all.The day of delivery, they called when on the way, and were actually able to get here a bit early. The guys were very friendly and kind, and put the refrigerator right at our front door. We didnt pay for installation or anything, so I cant speak to that, but the service we did receive was top notch! Highly recommended!

Worst service imaginable! After purchasing appliances from Home Depot I had the displeasure of working with this awful company. First, the delivery drivers tell my wife the refrigetator (standard size) wont fit in there. She had to show them that it would fit in there with a measuring tape (I wasnt home) that it would. After unwrapping the refrigerator it was scratched and banged up badly. We requested a different one. After calling them several times and being hung up on 3 different times, I finally reach someone who told me that it would ben24-48 hours before someone from kitchenaid contacted us. That was on Saturday, after not hearing from anyone I called them on Wednesday who told me the call had never been placed because the refrigerator wouldnt fit. Here we go again, I explained that it would, so they then call the delivery drivers who confirmed it would. After this they called kitchenaid to set up a request for the refrigerator to their warehouse to prepare for our shipment. Contacted by kitchenaid on Thursday, who tells me they cant push the delivery through until the 21st. Approximately 14 days past the original delivery of the damaged refrigerator. If I had returned the appliances and repurchased them through Home Depot after receiving the initial delivery of the damaged refrigerator I could have received them sooner than waiting for them to redeliver one. Contacted them today to check on the delivery for tomorrow on the 21st, not on the books because it was to be delivered on the 19th but the fridge was not there, it got there today on the 20th but it was too late to add to the deliveries. Im so livid right now, I am tempted to return all $7,000 worth of appliances to Home Depot just to not have to deal with these individuals. We have been without a fridge for 3 weeks, and cannot wait any longer or we would. Lets hope the next delivery for the remaining appliances on the 28th goes smoother with the stove and dishwasher. These guys are atrocious, and unprofessional not to mention they asked my wife inappropriate questions when they arrived to deliver the first time. If you want good service steer clear of these guys.

Terrible! Destroyed flooring, subfloor and all! I purchased refrigerator from Home Depot that was delivered and installed by RAS. Lets be honest no one pulls refrigerator out often so when I did months later I discovered a slow water leak that was caused by water supply line to ice maker leaking. Called contractor to look at flooring and surprise molded, rotten subfloor, wet insulation everything! I have been dealing with RAS now for almost 6 weeks and all I am getting is their insurance provider offering me 50% of cash value which was provided by their adjuster. No one at their Knoxville location works normal hours, leaves between 1:00-3:00 every day and any other time you call they are in warehouse. Their insurance company is even worse. I understand we all mistakes and I would hope the men who installed truly did make a mistake by not installing correctly but why am I the one stuck with the bill for their company not doing something correctly? I have submitted written letter from the contractor who fixed the leak stating what the cause was, proof my water bill went up the month installed by $15 or so dollars a month but back down to normal since leak was stopped over a month ago, pictures, etc to still get nothing but run around and sorry excuse that we can not determine we are completely liable. What a joke. I have filled complaint with BBB, TN Dept of Commerce and Insurance and will not stop there. I will not take paying for their mistake quietly.

Weve been waiting on our new washer and dryer that we purchased from Home Depot since February 28th. Today was the only day we could be home to receive the delivery from RAS. They called and cancelled at 8 am due to sick employees. I dont understand why they dont have enough employees to complete deliveries on what is presumably the busiest delivery day of the week... and I am very frustrated that theres nothing else Home Depot can do.
