Hayes replaced the air conditioning system on our granddaughters 2005 Honda. It is working great and cooling to a chill level. They were prompt, honest, reasonably priced, and the work is guaranteed for a year. Very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

Scheduled a timing belt replacement and repair a oil leak. They found out that my crankshaft pulley bolt was cross threaded from a previous timing belt replacement at a unknown shop from the previous owner. They got me going without having to replace the crankshaft which of been a costly expense. They went above and beyond to get me going. My 96 GEO Tracker runs better than ever. Thank you Hayes Alignment, a quality place to do business.

Mike charged for things that he did not get approval for before hand. Lied numerous times about calling and updating as well as time frame for which everything would be done. Additionally charged Over $100/hr for labor on said things that were not approved. Customer service also leaves a lot to be desired.Very frustrated!Edit to respond: Yes it was my sisters car but I’m the one that called numerous times about the vehicle and paid for it. SO. This review is legitimate.
