While our salesman Eddie was wonderful, we were less than impressed with the detailing job (if thats what you can call it). The car was absolutely filthy still and that was pretty disappointing. There were also some issues that needed fixed before I could leave the lot because it just hadnt been touched yet it seemed. Just really not the way to sell vehicles.

Another great Harper Dealership! Service department is top notch. Super easy to schedule with them, with multiple options for service. On time service appointment with accurate time quote. Had a slight problem with one of my wheels, that was no fault to the dealership, but they gave me a detailed explanation of what happened and how they would fix it. Service technicians and managers were all a class act from start to finish. Would highly recommend them for any and all service needs.

I went in for two recall items but I also had an airbag warning light that had just come on. Thankfully they made an exhaustive diagnostic investigation and were able to find that I had some rodent activity (chewed through the wires for the sensor) and had me back in my Jeep in two days- not even upset because they at least had a loaner car for me to use! Their service was wonderful!

Service manager Rick was extremely helpful with our recent repair on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. All work was performed on a recall that was giving us problems. Rick and service team noticed we needed brake pads and a air conditioner compressor was leaking. He informed me that the life time warranty covered the compressor and we had his team replace the pads too. Great job Harper and good you have a team like this to see things done the right way!

I cant brag enough about this place. I worked with Charlie Goodman and we built my car from scratch. I have worked with many places to buy a car, but this dealership was by far the easiest I have ever worked with! It didnt take long at all to work out the pricing negotiations, which has taken me up to 4 hours at other places. They were fair, honest, transparent, professional, and extremely helpful. I have never had fun at a car dealership... however, this experience was very fun and very quick! I am now the proud owner of my dream car. Friendly service, got some Jeep accessories put on 2020 gladiator. They said there was an issue with a missing part but found what they needed to continue work. They called and they had found what they needed & would continue, but when I called at 3:30pm they said it wouldn’t be ready until mid-morning tomorrow. At pick-up the said the job was way more involved than anticipated; however, they only charge for the quoted hours. I was unhappy leaving vehicle overnight, but the job looks well done. Communication could have been better about not completing on time. Will use this dealer again for service.

I was not happy over all with my experience. From being told the wrong diagnostic price and diagnostic procedures all the way through picking up my car it just was a mess for me. Getting your car fixed already stressful especially with mine and it’s constant problems and it’s only a 2016 bought brand new. I don’t think text messages is appropriate and that is how they prefer to communicate. I was told I would get some sort of idea what was wrong with my car and a little confused because they plug it up to the machine and it shows what is wrong but then they say that Chrysler requires them to do 3 to 4 hours of diagnostics and not just go to the problem and fix it which is another 150 some dollars an hour. I was told that the original problem that was replaced and I wasn’t charged for turned out to be the problem that I was charged for. I sat in the lobby and I thought it was wonderful that the head of the car dealership picked up this woman’s complete bill who was struggling and her situation and when I went in I was in Quite the same situation yet I feel like I was overcharged for work that didn’t need to be done. And no other Dodge dealership told me that they have to do all of that diagnostic work if the code comes up and they try and fix that first. Then I was stuck in a rental car through a holiday weekend being told that I would get some sort of an answer by Saturday and then it turns out that no one was there the whole weekend. So while it’s good you have one person who is struggling in a single parent I feel like I was overcharged and misled and I’m a single parent two of a disabled child in the same desperate financial situation. And I didn’t get a loaner car until the last day I had to pay an extra $250 for a rental car. That was after they comped me for two days instead of the full time that they said they didn’t know what was wrong but like I said the original problem was a very code that they plugged it in and got the day I came in the shop another thing that bothered me is that my window was left out because Billie The person I communicated with not the mechanic or shop manager, rolled it down because she was hot sitting in it trying to get my car to start when I told her that because I was there for a problem with the car starting not to put the window down because my son and I both are asthmatic and I did not see anything put on my window as far as plastic to protect my car from the rain and the heavy pollen here, as I live in Colorado, and I was told L plastic was put on it but they failed to tell me or admit that it’s that without plastic for several days and in the rain. I just don’t feel like this was a very good experience and I would never use them again. When I got my car and picked it up Billy was with another customer but she didn’t come over and thank me she didn’t try and explain all the extra charges that I wasn’t aware of. Someone else checked me out. I just would not use This dealership how am I supposed to know what’s wrong with my car because they spent two days asking me what do I think it is instead of just fixing the original problem that they said they fixed and it wasn’t the answer and then I got a run around story about how that was really the problem.

I just bought my second vehicle from this dealership tonight. Both times I have used Brian Myers. I couldn’t be happier with either experience. Brian is very helpful, patient and not too pushy. I appreciate that he actually knows about the vehicles he is selling and is able to show me all the nuances. He always checks to make sure I am fully satisfied and that I don’t have any grievances before I leave. This time the dealership as a whole went beyond my expectations because I drove the car yesterday afternoon and was supposed to go back last night and purchase after my wife got off work. She is a nurse at a hospital and had a patient come in with complications right at the end of her shift and had to stay until patient was fully recovered. So she couldn’t leave to purchase the vehicle before they were closing. They told me no problem and put a 24 hour hold on the vehicle and allowed us to come back tonight. It was the level of customer service I haven’t found in a dealership in a long time. I highly recommend them.

I just purchased my 3rd RAM 1500 pickup truck... This time from Harper Jeep Ram on the Alcoa Hwy in Alcoa, TN. I was a little apprehensive, since I bought my first 2 trucks from Rice prior to Harper. I had the same sales person for the first 2 trucks as well. My sells person for this go round was Charlie Goodman. Charlie was relaxed and always friendly. Not pushy and always helpful. I ordered this truck from the factory about 45 days ago. It arrived just as I had ordered and Charlie kept me updated on the build and delivery. The negotiation process was fair, uncomplicated, and I was agreeable to the outcome. I look forward to a happy relationship with this new dealership, of course only time will tell, but Im certainly going in opened minded. I like long term relationships that are built on trust, action, and the confidence that a business will do the right thing for its customers - always.

Made my appointment for service. It was scheduled for Monday. I told them I would bring and drop off Sunday night. They did not inform me that I could not because the lot is locked down. So I took early morning on Monday dropped off. They didn’t even get to it until Tuesday afternoon. Called me, I called back and they already had off the rack. What I took it in for they did not even check. On Wednesday I picked up, no work performed. Will not go back

I scheduled my 30,000 mile service and oil change appointment. AfterSitting for 2 hours, my oil was changed but my service was not completed or even started due to the service Dept NOT HAVING the proper spark plugs or air filter to perform my maintenance. After we bought our vehicle, we had to bring it in (the problem ended up being a user error). I’m a few months late, but Harper Jeep in Alcoa deserves 5 stars!! Dan was a dream to work with, he was accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. My husband and I drove from Myrtle Beach, SC to pick up my Wrangler in December. We were at the dealership for less than two hours, they’re on top of it. There was a little confusion with my tag transfer but they reassured me that they would help with anything and everything they could. And they did. Once we got home we noticed that my Jeep leaked at the front door seals, not a big deal. They sent me to my local Jeep dealer and all was fixed the same week. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership! You can trust them!

I have been taking my 2015 Renegade, to this dealership on Alcoa Hwy, for service since I bought it. The service has been good, but I can say its been better since it became Harper Jeep. My experience today was fantastic ! Seems they have added some exceptionally awesome people in their service department. Ask for Ricky Shoots when you call for a service appointment. He is absolutely the best Service manager I have ever dealt with ! And the technician, Chris Fraley, is unbelievable ! Thats who I will be requesting for my service needs from now on. I was very impressed with both of them. Good job to whoever is responsible for hiring those two !!! I highly recommend Harper for all your service needs !

I dont do reviews much but wanted to tell you my experience with Harpers Jeep Ram... Its really simple actually. I have used Harpers for my Jaguar at Harpers Jaguar for about 8 years now. The service is second to none. So when I needed a truck I looked to Harpers auto square and could not believe Harpers had the very truck I had wanted. I purchased it immediately with no hesitation knowing it was Harpers. Even though the truck was used I had no reserve because I have seen first hand how Harpers truly treats their customers after the sale. Harpers is a family owned Auto Square and Harpers Jeep Ram is just another example of Harpers excellence. I had a small issue with the truck. Shannon Harper and Bill Kenny took care of it immediately. I am very happy... as usual they did more than Harpers had to and more than I expected. While I was happy with the prompt service that Lafayette arranged for with two major items (door actuator and fan bearing), I was a little disappointed that the technician COULD NOT have checked that the door was working before turning the car back to Service and it was I who discovered that the door need lubrication after I took possession and paid the bill ($2000 plus).

Our Jeep has had a slow leak in one of its tires that we purchased from Harper not too long ago. This dealership is not close to our house & doesn’t offer loaners, so it took a while to find a service appt that was convenient. I left a note about the tire when I made the appt online & reminded them about it when I dropped it off. The scheduled maintenance took less than an hour & they told me they did “everything” but found no leak. (In contrast, Harper Infiniti once kept MY car all day, trying several methods to find the leak…and were successful). At checkout, I told them I would be back because the tire obviously has a leak. Woke up the next morning & it had lost 12psi 🤬
