Took my truck in for a mystery engine glitch. Discussed the possible problems and they did their thing. I needed a software update and they hooked me up. Didnt charge for their time & service. Great place!!!

The A/C of my 2019 Accord stopped working during our vacations in Western North Carolina. I chose to take my car to Airport Honda for service before my 8 hours return home. I received extremely courteous and high quality service from Rick McGinnis. Besides proficiently fixing the issue he performed a full multi-point check of my car, where he found one more issue. Labor was entirely covered by warranty and the part needed was at a very fair price. I highly recommend this service center, and wish all Honda dealers were as good as this one!

Service was so friendly and even fixed the few issues with my car in the service lane at no charge!! I was originally quoted $20 and even though that’s not much, the fact they went out of their way to help at no charge was so kind. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond what I’ve experienced in other service departments before. Fantastic first visit since I purchased my 2016 HR-V!
