Dissatisfied with multiple aspects of the company. First, they sold me flooring that had misprints on 20% of the material and was unusable. Second, they only took back half. Third, one of the salesman in the front office was rude, unhelpful, and short with me (even threw the receipt on the table). First and last time I’ll use lumber liquidators.

Went here for flooring ideas. Person who helped me was a newbie. I needed someone whos very knowledgeable about vinyl flooring. Pleasant person but I just need someone with more experience.

I had a great experience here. I have purchased flooring from them on multiple occasions. The staff is very knowledgeable and always takes their time with me. I have gone to every flooring store in ABQ, and none have even come close to the quality of service I’ve received at LL. John is incredibly kind and always goes out of his way to educate and assist me. If you’re looking for the best prices in town, and out of this world customer service, this is where you should purchase your floors!

They really have the best prices out of any construction place in town including Home Depot Lowes they have better prices than them, also they have very unusual tiles and laminate flooring that you cant find anywhere else so come and check it out.

I will never buy from them again. Purchased over $1200 of flooring for multiple bathroom projects. I had 3 cases left but because i was out of the 90 return period they will not take them back. People were nice but i suggest Go to floor and decor. Last time our company buys from them. Enjoy your profits from these three cases.

We bought the corelux Arcadia wood vinyl wood floors here very good price. The people are very friendly and answer questions that we have to help us out. We had to return some unused boxes that we bought and they took them back no problem. this is the second time weve purchased flooring from this place.

Flooring and prices great. Service not do much. Very limited employees. Needed to pick up4 boxes of flooring took an hour after I had ordered on the phone prior.

Second time getting flooring project materials from LL. Staff is always knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, making sure you have the right materials for the job. They make DIY projects affordable. Weve even put in a dance studio floor, thanks to LL. Pickup was easy and Mosha went out of his way to make sure my materials were packed well into my small car!

Love our new Wood floors, the wood is beautiful. Customer service was great. The installer they assigned to our install took a full 3 days to do our 400 sq foot living room, but he did a fantastic job paying attention to detail. Would definitely use Lumber liquidators again.

We bought flooring from them and paid for the flooring and installation - a few months and literally dozens of calls later they had still not installed it. They said they were working with a new subcontractor then who came out right away to remeasure and give us an updated bill/estimate, but never got back to us after that either. Again many calls later we were able to cancel our order and get a refund BUT they did not refund the initial charge to come out. Now we have all the flooring we bought from them and are having an impossible time finding people to install it and get the additional matching wood we may need. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE - STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING ELSEWHERE

I bought some stair nose from the Albuquerque location and had it professionally installed. One month later the wood is cracking and Lumber Liquidators informed me that it is not covered under warranty and that they cant do anything for me. I spent over $6000 for my floors and stair nose and was offered a $100 store credit. I am writing this review to hopefully prevent people from using them. Their website claims that they think like the customer and that they take pride in doing the right thing. In my opinion they did not meet the standards they set forth on their own website.

The only place I will buy my flooring! Daniel and John have professional knowledge and the best customer service. Lumber Liquidators has the best pricing and best quality you can find. Highly recommend this place.

They delivered the wrong color of wood but they fixed it right away.

Really nice guys working here. They quoted me well over 11 thousand for installation alone on a 1113 square foot project. The only thing these guys will liquidate is your bank account. Stay away from them.

Drove down from Santa Fe with my Dad. We were looking for tongue and groove red oak flooring. I sure am glad I made the trip. Well worth the savings and the 120 mile round trip journey. It literally cost half of what the places in Santa Fe wanted. The people at this place are top notch. Knowledgeable and professional. Wonderful service! And I mean WONDERFUL! I gratefully appreciate the help and customer service that was offered when we came in. My family and I dropped in 30 mins before they closed (on a Saturday) and were very pleased with the positivity that was given by the staff. We did not feel rushed at all and got all the information we needed. We got a great deal as well and I could not be happier with the decision we made. Thanks guys! keep up the good work :)

Bad service. They did not open the door for me for my order. Oh well, they just lost a $5,000 order. I will go to home depo for my floors now. Such a waste of time!!

Bring in the dimensions of your room or project and you will get friendly and expert help with zero sales pressure.

Everything was great and easy to work with. However if you order online, you may need to call the store to verify your orders ready. The website showed processing, but it was in fact ready for pickup

The day we went in to look at flooring, the person that helped us (D) was very helpful and knowledgeable. We got an awesome deal. We paid a no strings down payment that we could cancel at anytime. We decided to place the order and found out with our down payment, the order was already placed. That was a good thing. However, the glue we discussed buying was not put on our order. That was the downfall. We had budgeted for what we thought was a quote (not an order) and we thought the glue was included in that price. Come to find out when the order was picked up there was no glue. Now we have to spend more than we thought AND have to go back and pick it up. Not very happy about that part.

Can’t speak enough about the level of service I received here. What started out terrible (bought wood that was defective) turned out to be an amazing experience. There folks really care and go above and beyond. The manager is outstanding.

Pushy on sales; terrible at communication. They ask you to pay in advance for flooring and install. I paid for and received the flooring which is sitting in my Living room but have yet to get any info on an install date.

I try to shop local on so many things... food, clothing, art, furniture... but when it comes to flooring I just cant help LOVING Lumber Liquidators! Selection and prices are unbeatable - WAY better than a Lowes or Home Depot type store. The quality is generally good to great, and the sales reps know their stuff. They are very helpful, call me right away when my order comes in, and will work to find what you need and put everything together fast for your contractor to pick up. Im a Realtor and have done some project management for several clients and for my own investment several timess since 2010 and I can only hope your experience is as good as mine.

Very rude and condescending, they practice bait and switch marketing. Will tell you a piece of material is at the location on sale, but then when you get there they werent in stock and it has to be ordered. Was also ignored when arriving at the location. Would recommend going anywhere else for your flooring needs.
