This review is long overdue. After a botched attempt at refinishing our floors by some random that our dirtbag contractor hired, the original wood floors in our house were nearly destroyed. We called Bruce to see if he and his crew might be able to salvage them, expecting to have to pay an arm and a leg. Not only were Bruce and his crew able to save our floors, but they did it for less than the general contractor was going to charge us. Bruce and his crew were amazing, incredibly professional, and worked some sort of magic to be able to save our 70-year-old hardwood floors after the carnage that had been inflicted upon them. That was 3 years ago and were still amazed at how good the floors look. Please, if you have a wood floor that needs to be refinished, call Benchmark first.
